It would have been nicer if it told me I had to pay for it before finishing it while promoting it as free originally. Other than that, it's really good and helpful

Great. I first used an outside template that I wasn't sold on and this site quickly took my resume and recognized all of the information in it and made changes easy.

I was pretty satisfied, nothing special, but it was okay, and decided to pay the fee to see what else this service offers. After paying, I was getting spammed with a non-closable survey, asking for my feedback. I typed in a short review and, that wasn't enough. So, from a customer point of view, that reduces the rating. When I reduced it to 2 stars, I was offered to not submit the review, so yeah.

Great experience especially the AI-generated. However, I am having issues with editing. Unless, you can only edit after you sign-up for the account. I shall see after this survey. This should also come after the resumes are finalized.

I was really stressing out trying to get myself a decent resume that I would actually be satisfied with. Resume genius helped me more than I expected and I am very pleased with the results.

This is classic bait and switch. Absolute garbage to advertise FREE RESUME BUILDER and then walk someone through the entire process just to charge them at the very end. I'll be disputing this credit card charge as fraudulent as well.

Thought this was a free site and after spending several hours on my daughter's resume, was made to pay. Then, payment process was terrible. What a scam.

There's a glitch in the section asking for community service. It interprets you saying that you want to describe another job. Never got list my community service.

I spent hours creating my resume to have to go through another hour process of attempting to pay to retrieve my resume. The site would not process any of my cards which yall state yall accept. I was feeling like this website is a scam. Will be calling customer service in the morning.

I think you should be more upfront that it costs money, not go through entire process of making resume and get sent a pay page at the end of process. Other than that, it's a really great tool.

Good services and makes very good resumes. But gave 4 start because i had searched free resume builder this sited popped on top i followed the instructions than it shoed me to pay for it.

Quick and easy to use. I've worked at my job for 29 years and never had a resume. Back then we just filled out paper applications. This program just wrote the resume for me
