Custom PDF Template that not only looks professional but builds to your resume's content value. This $24 investment is worth the return, save yourself headaches and time.
The whole process was easy to plug in all of my information, but was advertised as a free template, and then after spending over an hour fine tuning my resume, to download the resume, I have to pay a subscription fee. What a dirty way to play. I hate businesses like you who take advantage of people by false advertising. We're all just trying to get a freaking job in this crappy economy.
Very easy to use. I'm not really sure what else to say. I would definitely recommend this to people that don't typically know where to start when making a resume.
The first thing that came up.
Exceptionally easy, but I would minimize the options of selection due to the duplication of answers only slightly reworded. I could see some being kept but too many options are the exact same answer.

Was advertised as "free resume builder" and now I have to pay to get my resume. Also, couldn't pull all information from my resume that I imported. I like that there are many options for templates.
Because I needed to make a resume and this said it was free.

Fast and easy, I uploaded my current resume, which Ive had the same resume for over 10 years. My resume needed an overhaul and resumegenius nailed it!

I am going to look at my resume but I do not like that you automatically charge after 14 days and I have to call and cancel. It should be for two weeks only and if I want to continue I will.

I had a subscription before and confirmed with RG's customer service it had been cancelled. Then I still got charged 2+ times for a membership and can't use the card I challenged RG on.
I needed an updated resume.

This experience was quick and simple and very affordable. Also the website was not hard to log into all I need to do was add my email and went straight into creating my resume.

After multiple payments, and one resume, its ridiculous that I have to continue to pay to edit the resume very rarely and cannot use it as deemed necessary.
Cuz I put alot of work into my resume and need to use it.

You lie to people since it was supposed to be a "Free resume builder" that's fraud. You must write a msg or comment at the beggining for everyone to be aware of the trick.

Experience so far has been good. You aren't able to edit the resume in real time until you purchase it so that's the only drawback from the user experience,

Quick, easy and efficient! I hadn't created a resume in years and I figured this process would take a while to complete, but I have a full resume and it maybe took 10-15 minutes!

Expensive and didn't realise on the free site that you had to pay a fee to print your resume and then be charged $38 odd dollars per week. Would have canceled the resume but need the resume now and don't have time to do it again just now.

Site says free resume but pops up another site when you try to print or email your resume you spend considerable amount of time to create. Pop up site asks you to upgrade, I don't want to, but you have no otehr choice if you want to print. Main site also does NOT list a means to contact to clarify it is free. I will change my experience should this be some error on my part.

Would be better, but hard to edit while doing trial mode. It would be helpful if you could edit the template itself, as some spaces are missing in the headings leading to run-on words
