I found it helpful with organizing the resume and loved the way it turned out.

Super easy! I started a job hunt after 20 years at my last position. Resume Genius pulled all the skills I utilize currently and put in a consolidated format for employers to review.

Your services heavily implied that I would be provided free assistance with my resume. However, after going through effort to edit and craft one, it was held hostage until I provided payment to you. Also, I experienced many intermediate inconveniences whilst editing the resume, such as arranging the order of my work experience (which could not be done manually). I had to delete a whole section and re-enter all the information, only for it to once again be out of line in the order I wanted it (oldest work experience to newest).

Pretty easy to use. It came handily and effectively just when I needed it the most for my job application resume. I have not used any cv or resume in the last ten years but this one blew my mind. Thank you so much for the easy path to getting one done.

I am trying to purchase a month subscription but my card is declined because it says there was no country provided. But there is no place on the form for RG to put the country. Very frustrating.

Super $#*!ty that your site/service was not up front about the fees and allowed me to get to a point where I sank a bunch of time into editing this thing, and now for you to hold all that work hostage and force me to either pay a ridiculous fee for honestly super $#*!ty AI, or else I lose all of the time I just sank into making this...If I knew about the fees upfront, I would have quickly moved onto a different website or service. But I bet you know that and this is duplicitous and misleading business practice you have to follow to earn a profit. The AI suggestions for resume bullet points are garbage and sound like the most generic thing ever. I had to edit the crap out of every single bullet point suggestion just to make it useable. ChatGPT provides stronger suggestions and it's FREE! I literally just wanted the resume template.

Did mist everything I needed except I needed to remove some things in order to make the resume 1 page only and there really was no feature to do that that I found. I suppose I will try at each section until at the final review I can see what it needs to like... Rather complicated that way, you know. Also, it was s advertised as a free service and then when you're all done there's a charge with a subscription you'll have to cancel.

This website was constructed well and made it very easy to make a base resume. However, i did not know at the end of the process that I had to purchase the resume to download.

I always dread having to make or update my resume, but this site made it sooo easy. I will be coming back if I ever need to do this again. Worth the couple bucks to download.

It was great. Google ad said yall were free. 5 stars. Suddenly to get my resume i had to pay. Felt really bad, 1 star.

But it was only 3$. Just say its 3$ and i wouldnt have thought twice, yet instead yall lied saying it was free when it wasnt. Also, just sell the 14 day access as a 1 time fee as a giant turn off was the fact that i now have to figure out how to cancel it.

I didn't think I would ever need a resume as I retired a decade ago. A Census position that I am interested in requires a resume, so here I am.! Thanks for making it so easy.

A one time fee makes perfect sense for your product. But forcing a person to pay and then cancel within 14 days to prevent being additionally charged seems a little predatory and like your company is banking on customers who want to use your service to build a resume but forget that it's a "subscription" and do not cancel

I'd love to change the image on the top of the resume. I think its the city line of ny, I'm in San Diego, downtown, and want to change it to the city line of America's Finest City.

I loved how easy this was to use and how helpful. The reason I gave a 2-star rating is the deception with advertising. This was advertised as "free", however, to access the completed resume, payment is required.

For the service, I would give 5 stars. For the advertising of services, 1 star.

Very simple and very helpful thank you, I decided to try an online resume builder to help me update my resume and I'm grateful I came across this website.

The inability to change font, text color and layout on templates is slightly annoying but everything else has been very helpful and is a good guide for crafting a resume.

Clean templates and the ease of use around to input information is nice and the AI generated bullet points are accurate for individual job responsibilities.

Opinions really shouldn't before that was actually saying good things but I've had a stroke and coming up with 50 things that are so correctly is almost impossible but please don't force the issu customers use the service so they won't have to write so much...we pay you for that.

Great, love the AI generated portion. I needed to build a new resume but didn't want to spend an entire day doing so. My only gripe is that I thought it would be free if I wasn't using any special features, however it was only a few dollars so I will live.
