I was very concerned about looking beautiful at my first born prom, but with this dress not only I felt beautiful also sexy. The dress fit perfect I am a curvy girl, the dress was very well made and beautiful, I felt like a 100 bucks! Thank you for a wonderful night.
One dress never arrived and I was never credited for it or had a replacement send. The dresses I did receive were so tiny the sizing is crazy I am an a American size 12 I ordered an XXXL and it was still tight. Another XXXL was too big. We had to make them work but because of iffy sizes hard returns or exchanges not knowing if you will get it or not. I would not order from here again. The dresses we got were very pretty and looked good to wear for our event one time. Just a surprise with each order.

Don't buy from this company. I ordered a dress and shawl for a specific party and it took 30 days to arrive from China. I had to purchase another dress and shawl from Amazon (the same dress), which fortunately only took 2 days to arrive, but I am out all the money I spent with this company. Their return policy doesn't cover late shipping situations and has the most ridiculous return instructions that I have ever seen and require you to pay shipping back to China even though the whole problem was on their end. Terrible customer service. Again, do not purchase from this company. You can get most of the same options through Amazon or elsewhere with quick shipping and returns.
I could've definitely ordered a size smaller, but I made it work. Also, the material is more of a costume quality than an actual dress. But it was cute! I used it as a "Navy" costume for my cat's veterinarian's contest and party. I got a lot of compliments. Decent price. I would try this vendor again.
Long story short, ordered 2 dresses from them because one was faster shipping. Tried returning the other and by the time they got back to me after multiple emails back and forth on how to return the item, it was past their 15 day policy. If they would of had better customer serivce, I would of ordered more in the future but because of this, I will never order from them and hope to prevent others to have to deal with this headache. Unless you are 100% you you won't need to return or replace item, do not order from this store!

I bought two dresses for one event because I wasn't sure if they would fit right. Both dresses were stunning and I had a hard time choosing which one to wear! I had to make a few minor adjustments with the sewing machine to get the right fit in the bust, but that was to be expected and only took me a few minutes. They were lined, and very well made, I chose the blue flapper dress with iridescent bead work and got many compliments on during the event. Several ladies asked me where I purchased the dress and I was happy to recommend Retro Stage! I will definitely buy from them again!
Looked lovely on the website but terrible in person. Super cheap material. Looked like it belonged in a dress up bin for toddlers. Fitting was terrible. Very unflattering. Definitely never buying from this company again. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Ordered on Feb 7, for an upcoming 1920s event. I realized that it takes up to 15 days for delivery. I cancelled the order, next day, Feb 8. I received an email from Retro stating they already shipped it, on Feb 10th. The party has come and gone and today is February 28 and no package yet, USPS still doesn't have it. I ordered 3 dresses not knowing how they would fit and needed to try them on. Their website clearly states you can return them and I therefore felt safe ordering multiple. 2 of the 3 dresses did not fit and I immediately contacted them to return the other two and included all the information they asked before before their 15 day window. I have now emailed 8 times since then because they require you to email first and get confirmation of the return request before mailing them. I have heard nothing from them. The dresses themselves are not great quality and I wish I had gone somewhere else. Buy beware!

Gave myself over month and ordered a dress from their website. Three WEEKS go by and I call customer service. They tell me order hasn't been picked yet and would I like a refund or to wait. UMM seriously. That's when Iwas it no other information. I then emailed got a kick back message explain they were out of town at a festival? Finally just got an email saying they dress is out of stock! Excuse me? What company goes three weeks knowing a dress is out of stock and says nothing to their paid customer...? I would give a zero if I could. My first item arrived frayed in some places and had a hole in the hem. I requested a refund (which I would've had to pay for shipping). Their response - $15 partial refund and asked me to go to a local tailor. The next issue arose with a jacket. When I clicked on the site, I clicked XXL however when I went to check my order's confirmation a small was on the way. All other items were XXL. I tried to cancel before shipping but could not. I tried to initiate an exchange and instead they send me a snapshot of the confirmation. Cute clothes but reporte with customers need work especially when the customer has to foot the bill for any returns or exchanges.

This was a last minute order and I was not sure if it would be be very good quality. I still can't believe how nice the fabric and sewing is on this dress. Even the beads that came with the bundle have a heavy wieght. For the price I paid I feel like I am stealing from this company! Thank you for such great quality in your products. I also ordered 2 different sizes to try. I feel the size was right on. My return of the unused dress was easy too.
Although my dressed did not fit me in particularly well, I am happy with the customer service I receive. Lots of items to choose from and the shipping was fast. I would order from this site again in the future.
It took a lot of back and forth as they didn't have the dress I wanted in stock and didn't send me an order confirmation. Eventually, I was able to order a similar dress in a different colour. The sizing was a little off and I needed to get it adjusted but the dress was good quality material and not super expensive.
Their customer service could use some work though. They took for too long to get back to you and were really abrupt via email.
I received my dress in a pretty reasonable timeframe however when the dress showed up that fabric felt cheap and ended up not being what I was looking for (belt in photo not included with the dress, I owned this). When I requested to have the dress returned and issued a refund I was offered $7 as a partial refund on a $37.99 dress. I find that unacceptable. I do not expect to be refunded the shipping (an additional $5.99 making my total $43.98) but I think it's fair to ask for a full refund on the dress.

I ordered a few dresses at the beginning of December and decided to pay for expedited shipping to make sure I got one of the dresses in time for Christmas. Well it took 8 days for them to even ship one of the dresses and expedited shipping is 6-10 days. A few of the dresses shipped out earlier but it has been more than 10 business days and they are no where to be seen.
I'd be more understanding knowing it's coming from overseas if it didn't take 8 days to even process one of my dresses when I paid extra to get it quicker. I'm now not getting my dress in time for the event I purchased it for. I emailed to express my displeasure and they were very rude in responding and didn't even apologize for the delay. They offered no explanation just said I could return the dresses once I receive them. But I'm pretty sure they make you pay shipping back so then I'll be paying shipping twice! I just wanted a refund for the shipping cost the was by no means expedited!

I received my dress (a Gatsby style dress ordered for a cruise) and it's beautiful! I wasn't expecting high end as it was only around $50 but the quality surprised me. For the price, it's fantastic quality! Definitely good value. It fits perfectly too. I would order through this company again.
Delivery was slower than what I normally experience with online shopping. When my order didn't arrive 2-3 weeks after placing it, I checked the online reviews and have to confess to becoming concerned. However, I emailed the company to ask where my order was and a few days later I received a reply to say it was on its way and I received it about 4 days later.
My advice - order well ahead of time, be patient. Don't expect mink if you're buying cheaply, you get what you pay for. And definitely take a look at the Gatsby style dresses. Mine is gorgeous and great value. I love it
Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
