I received my dress, shoes, and shawl and all fit perfectly... they all look authentic 20s style wear which is what I have been looking for! Even though took a little longer than it probably should, it was worth it. I recommend that when ordering to plan on allowing time if for some event. Other than that, the products are great!
I'm usually a XL I ordered a 4X it fit other than the bust. They made the bust wide but the breast part had no cup. My boob just fell out of the sides. The color was darker than pictured. I will not be ordering again. I wanted to return it she offered me 7$ to keep it.

My dress arrived with missing sequins. I have tried for 3 weeks... going on 4 to get a refund. I have sent pictures and follow up emails. This morning they are requesting pictures again. This has been the worst online ordering experience I have ever had and will definitely be letting my event coordinator know, as she has been recommending this company to everyone. My new dress is coming from Amazon, as well as my shoes since Retro Stage still hasn't delivered the shoes I ordered at the same time I ordered the dress. I highly recommend visiting another website. (I've tried to upload a photo of my dress but this site keeps locking up.)

We had ordered 20s style dresses along with head accessories. It took a very long time for the dresses to arrive about 3 weeks. One of the hair pieces was not sent, no information was given why it was not sent or if it will be send. Arrived about 6 weeks later. The dresses themselves look very nice, however they are quite short. (much shorter than they look on the website.) return policy is so inconvenient about 5 emails back and forth so in the end we decided to keep the dresses... That's really what they want. Even tho the dresses look nice and the quality seems decent enough, I will not be ordering again due to too much hassle with customer service and return policy.

I really love my dress is so beautiful and good.
I am very grateful to retro stage, they gave me good attention, they helped me when to locate my package until I arrived home.

But it was worth the wait.
I loved it and will continue shopping.
It took about 15 days longer than expected and the quality is not completely perfect, but considering the price I really liked the dress and it fitted very well.
After some bad reviews I read I was really expecting a lot worst. I believe I'll buy again from the store.
I purchased a navy blue 1940s Tea Dress, a Lemon print swing dress, and white petticoat.
All were nice material- not flumsy, yet not stiff. They hold their shape. Fit great. Arrived decent time, however, I didn't order in a rush. I was ok with whenever they arrived so I didn't keep track of how long it took to receive.
Overall, I love ny dresses and will buy more.
I am so inexplicably happy at how wonderful of a fit this dress was. It was comfortable enough to wear at a hot wedding in New York. I only wore some normal sized wedge heels and it only grazed the floor when I walked downstairs. The sequins were not very itchy, other than after a few hours of sitting on them your butt gets bead imprints.
Other than that it's completely comfortable to wear. To be frank, it is also very easy to pee in. The dress isn't very stiff so it's easy to go in and just lift it. I am so incredibly happy that I chose this dress for my Grandparent's 50th year anniversary celebration. I got lots of complements!
I purchased an item for my wife for Mother's Day and she noticed the fabric had a big misprint what looked like the fabric was wrinkled when the pattern was printed. I sent pictures of the item to retro stage and told them I would like to exchange it for another, they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They emailed me back offering $10.00 so that I could take the garment to a tailor to have it fixed. I told them that is completely absurd and that there was no way it could be fixed.

I think it is important to support American companies, I did not realize this brand drop ships directly from China, as soon as I realized this I sent them an email to cancel my order, they waited until just after my package shipped to tell me it cannot be canceled once it is shipped. My order came in two parts, the first came promptly, the second was 3 days late after waiting for nearly 2 weeks. The quality of the items are so so, see through, kinda costume-like, but they are pretty. I don't plan to return, however it needs to be mentioned this company ships directly from China and the quality is as such, slow shipping, and I don't anticipate these items lasting a long time.

Dress turned out beautiful! Sizing is perfect, although the waist on the dress sits a little high and is more on my ribcage rather than my natural waist. But a little thread and the belt fixed things right up :) the package took much longer to get here than what was said, however that is most likely just the postal service in my country with this virus going on. Overall I am very happy with my purchase :)

I got the 1950s Floral Patchwork Swing Dress. The dress was supposed to be cotton but it feels more like cheap synthetic (I have worked with fabrics so I do know the difference). The dress does not have any pleats in it as it shows on the picture on the website, they were ironed in. There is no way this could be considered a swing dress from the 1950's even if it had a petticoat underneath it. Additionally, the dress smells of vinegar. The dress costs more than what it is worth, just dont bother.
I emailed to get a refund last week and haven't heard anything back.
If I could give less than one star, I would.

Very nice dress that corresponds to the description and photo. I ordered size M and it fitted me 100% as I expected. I have received the dress within 12 working days which also corresponded to the timing mentioned in the website.
I had ordered 2 dresses from the company hoping that a month would be enough time to receive them. 2 months later I get a notification that my package was delivered. Check my assigned lockboxes and lockers for my complex and NOTHING. Opened 2 cases with my local USPS and going back and forth with the seller I was pretty much told that it sucks to be me and if I'd like to pay more they'd send something else. I understand that that's the risk we take ordering online but really do better.

I received so many compliments on my 1920's bundle look. It arrived right on time. The material was great. It fit perfectly! I wish I had another event to attend so I could wear it again. I highly recommend this company.
I love the 50's dress I bought. Fits perfectly and looks better then I expected from the pictures. The shoes are really comfy, but a bit tight (suggest going up a size if you order shoes). I wore both to the theater and was asked where I got the shoes.
I just ordered a skirt and if it is as I expect - i'll be ordering 2 more in the other colors available.
Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
