Ordered a dress with expedited shipping about two and a half weeks before an event. Found out a week later that they were out of stock. Only found out because I still hadn't heard from them based on the deadline they gave. Really dissatisfied with their lack of information.

I ordered a dress from retro stage, they took my payment, and then weeks later told me the dress I ordered was actually out of stock. I requested a refund immediately, and it has been 17 days and I still haven't gotten my refund. This business is extremely disorganized and unprofessional.

I received the dress and it fit fine on the bottom but the arm holes were way bigger than necessary and bigger on the top than the size chart suggested it would be. I contacted them about returning it and was actually told could I just resell or give to a friend or family member as a gift to resolve the problem. I will never order from them again. Their sizing is off and they are unprofessional.
I was really amazed by the excellent quality of the dresses (20 's), I received, when I ordered the first time. If I would have bought them elsewhere I would have payed a small fortune, because of the excellent and detailed work they have. Of course I ordered once again and I intend to order again and again and again...They are absolutely gorgeous and of extraordinary quality...!

This dress fit well. I am usually a 16/18 so I purchased the 18 plus, and I'm glad I did. It fit but was not too tight, which was perfect for the party I went to! Some of the fringe along the bottom came off while I was getting ready, but not enough that it was a problem. The slip under the dress had stretch to it, which was perfect! I would definitely recommend this dress!

The bathing suits said they were delivered and I did not receive them. When I contacted retro stage they told me to file a report with the USPS. I did and USPS investigated and said that since they were not shipped with insurance, retro stage was responsible. When I sent retro stage the report they said they must have been stolen and after many emails said they would send me more if I paid shipping again. I asked if that would be expedited or insured bc it had already been about 6 weeks since I ordered them and it was for an upcoming vacation that was soon, they never responded. I had ordered something else from another company that never arrived and they immediately sent me an expedited replacement with no hoops to jump through. Big difference. Later the USPS did recover them and they are nice but I will never order again because of customer service and the lack of help.
This company sells dresses to USA but it is not USA sizes. So be careful, runs very small. I ordered a dress and it did not come close to fitting. So I started the refund process. I mailed back the items in unused condition and provided retro stage with a usps tracking number. USPS then tried to deliver the package and they couldn't because there was no access to the delivery address ( in City of Industry CA). I tell retrostage this is unacceptable and they need to give me my money back because I did exactly what they asked me too. And sent them a screenshot of the usps notification stating they could not deliver. Now retrostage is ignoring me and not responding. This company is very shady. Be warned.

I ordered many dress on this website, and I am satisfied with most of the dress. But one of the dress is a little small, so I choose to return it. Then, I have to pay for the postage and waste some time. I advice that you can choose a little large size than what you measure. In general, it is an satisfying website.
Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
