AAAAND THE DRESSES ARE SOOO BEAUTIFUL - I also have to mention, that I used materials are quite nice. Like it... cant wait to order more /best case ALL/:-)

I ordered my package about a month ago and I've gotten very little information about it. I was expecting delays because of COVID19 so that isn't the main problem. What I'm upset about is the lack of information on shipping delays on their website and I paid for expedited shipping and can't get a refund on it even though they didn't uphold their claims on the website. When I try to get information on my ordered dresses I get emails that come several days later and are filled with typos and grammatical errors. And on top of that they won't directly respond to any of my questions on where my package is or how long they expect delays to be. Overall this company just screams unprofessional and I especially don't trust them because I found out they base their production in China and I personally don't believe they can get these low prices while having good working conditions. Don't waste your time and money buying dresses from these people, save up and buy a hundred dollar dress from a reliable source instead.

The dress came broken with holes andnall kinds of signs, that I payed to a spam company! They will not pay the shipping back and will not give me a refund! Do not buy from here!

I was so excited for this dress but now... I can't even tell whether I like it or not as it never arrived. The web site and tracking site not helpful I just want my dress delivered or a full refund.
I've been looking for dresses to wear for swing dancing and this site is perfect! Super comfortable and the underskirt is very helpful. Love this! Will be buying again!
Everything looks nice and the right size on their site but in reality when you receive your thing I received half of what I ordered and it's says the size XXL it looks like a medium in cheap material it's false publiciter disappointed

My mom wore this dress. It was a nice fit. After a few hours of dancing and sitting a few of the beads started to hang, but not very noticeable. She was very pleased with the purchase.

I ordered two dresses and my god I love them. The website was easy to purchase from, so many things to choose from and what was even better that it was all on sale!
So I've ordered a few outfits n accessories from RS n mostly the stuffs been ok, the sizes n quality are hit n miss so I've had to return items-their website states they have a no problem return policy but they DO NOT! I returned a pair of shoes bc their women's 7 is not US 7, a skirt bc the top part of the skirt where the buckle is was sewn on inside out! Hit n miss, I returned a pair of shorts n tank top (all went /the shoes n all were not good quality) n oc I messaged them etc. however the tracking number accidentally got thrown away so I've contacted them over n over to either give me the warehouse number that's here in California or they could contact the warehouse and their response is outrageous! They say they have no way of contacting their own warehouse-seems super fishy, so basically they are refusing to even look n have told me sorry but I'm out of luck n they are not going to assist me in making a return-bc they don't want to give me my money back so here I am hoping this gets out n people don't waste their money on this company-shop elsewhere n make sure it's not affiliated with Retro Stage!

I ordered 2 1920s dress came fairly quick and are good quality and true to size. I was worried after reading reviews but was pleasantly surprised and will definitely purchase more items!
I bought a dress and accessories for a 20's party I'm attending soon. I LOVE the dress- fits me perfectly and is right on point for the theme! I'll be ordering again for future themed parties!
I was sent a different dress than what I ordered, and that dress is terribly made. I would avoid purchasing from this site and know that they don't take returns.
All the dresses I always buy are beautiful and the same to the site, I just have to thank, I did not give grade 5 because I bought 4 dresses and only arrived the last one is yet to come, but I highly recommend it to everyone.
I received the wrong dress, twice... and it was the same wrong dress, twice... which means it was probably a technical error... the dress(es) that I received we're poor quality, which was unfortunate because the material of the dress that I had ordered looked great! However, I can't review that particular dress since I never received it...
I had all of the documentation, packaging, receipts, communication from PayPal, etc... so I was able to access and send all of the information that the Retro Stage service center asked for. The communication was fast and consistent, which I greatly appreciated.
My first review was a 1. My second and updated review (this one) is a 3. My reasoning for a 3 is because of initially receiving the wrong dress, which was low quality, and my initial communication with the company combined with the fact that all other communication was extremely prompt and I received a refund AND I offered to send the dresses back to which they said to keep them... I will be donating them.

DO NOT BUY! Ordered a dress for a party, allowed over a month for it to get to me. It took them 13 days to process the order and send it and over 20 days to arrive in the country. They refuse to provide a refund or at the very least an apology for taking so long to process the order. I'm still waiting for the package and the party has been and gone anyway. Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
