The clothes are of the expected quality. Nice fabrics. They are all just as expected from the pictures, no bad surprises! I think those are amazing for the price!
I purchased a dress and shoes for Valentine's Day and loved them. The shoes are a little taller then I am used to but they are so cute. It gives me an excuse to hang on my hubby's arm. I get a lot of compliments when I wear them.
The dresses here are a little unconventional which i like, and I find it attractively priced. Overall, the fit is good and it looks quite nice on me, and I have turned a few heads swining down the street, lol. I would come back to the website now and again to see if any good deals are happening.
I ordered a dress for my wife's birthday a month before her birthday I gave it to her did not fit apparently this site is for fat women mediums usually fit her she needed a small. I ordered it a month before her birthday and they would not allow me to return it so don't order anything from this crappy $#*! company that won't let you return something that you ordered screw them hopefully they shut down and never be able to sell any $#*! and if you do end up ordering something on there order a small because apparently their sizes are way too big apparently they're for fat women.

I ordered three dresses back in October thinking it would be ample time to receive them for the Christmas season. One dress was shipped and not good quality, very sweatshop manufactured. I contacted them about the other two dresses. I was told that it would be sent by the 15th of November. 29th of Nov still no tracking no. For the two dresses, tried to email them about when I could expect them and the email came back with a notification to say the email was not available. I have now had to try and claim it back through Paypal.
Definitely do not recommend buying anything from Retro Stage.
Ordered a retro dress and the works with gloves, headband and all and did not receive until after the event was over. When I placed the order it said that it would be express shipping for a few more dollars and I paid for express shipping and did not receive the items in time so I have tried to contact them by phone and the number does not work. If it is a number is California it should work since they are only 3 hours different from my time. Customer service is not good. I want to send the items back since I purchased them for that occasion only. Very disappointed with timing/shipping.

I ordered 2 dresses and shoes to match. All their clothing came from China which was an initial bad sign. I get the clothes in after a month and found myself disappointed by the quality of the fabric. All the fabric for the dresses was cheap costume quality. On the plus side, the clothing did appear like the images did, but the fabric and stitching was sad to look at. I got nice fabric boots with fluff on them and the cut of the fluffy accessorizing the boots was not clean and saw excess protruding out from where it was stitched in. It is definitely expensive compared to the actual quality you receive. As excited as I was to finally afford to gift myself their products, I unfortunately do not believe I will order from there again...

Overall unimpressed with customer service and dress. Dress took 16 days to arrive and I had to contact customer service numerous times to receive shipping information. Dress had an unflattering fit and looked nothing like the picture. When I asked for refund they first accused me of not reviewing their sizing chart before ordering. Then this is what customer service offered me "If there are no problems with the item itself, would you mind that you kindly accept it and how about we refund you US$7 as a compensation? May you give it to your family or friends as a gift? Or resell to others? Is that ok with you? As if you return it back, it will be charged the shipping fee. Hope you understand." Looks like others had this same experince. Wish I would have read more reviews first.
I am usually an xl sometimes run into the next size up. I heard these ran small so I ordered 2xl and 3xl the fit was awful. I placed my order December 6th last part of my package was delivered January 6th. Never received any order confirmation or tracking. I reached out via email as the site says too and no reply. I sent email after email. It is February 1st I finally had a reply and I'm after the return cut off time. I am also to cover shipping cost now.
I included the rtn address if anyone needs it but you will need your order number from them as well.

It is very nice quality material, it feels soft and fresh. The dress is so elegant, but the shoes you choose to wear it with makes it a different style, like if you wear it with flat shoes looks more simple and relaxed look, and if you choose high heals it makes you look fancy.

Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
