Roblox is a very fun game for young kids to play and for even older people to create content and meet new friends, Even though there are sometimes when people are mean and don't understand that not everyone is like them so they just mess around trying to get a reaction, this is the main reason why I am giving Roblox 4 stars.
Firstly I am a player who`s been currently playing for 5 long years and I`m here to share an experience that has just happened to me for the first time. I`m currently writing this 20 mins after the event. First let me start overall when you overlook the major problems its a really smooth business with plenty of splendid games. But a main problem is banning...it`s okay to ban but to ban without knowing the reason is very rude and unfair for the banned person. They might have been bullied talked back(maybe not insult but question why the player did ----(something bad example bully or insult) and get reported and banned that is very rude and unacceptable i can`t stand unsensible movements that you did not even think about or look into properly into, sure it may not be your job to check the chat in a game that caused them to be banned before banning them so you know if they have a very good reason for saying something. The reason i am unable to screen shot is because i am playing on a laptop and i was not with any type of other device,plus i got banned veryt quickly.
Recently I was on my account playing Roblox. I got logged out as I was playing, opened the game to log back into my account and my information was changed. Someone hacked me and changed my email AND password. This meaning I cannot get into the account because I do not have access to the email the account is under anymore. I reached out to Roblox by submitting a support form and they absolutely are unhelpful. They have emailed me back with the same thing. "We can't help you any further until we verify the ownership of the account. By doing so you must submit a support form with the ticket number and the email associated with the account." This is so unhelpful, as I have already said I can't access the email to the account anymore. I offered to prove to them it was me by giving the the old email and password (which was mine before I was hacked), payment transaction IDs, Roblox receipts from when I purchased Robux, and the emails I have received from Roblox 2-Step Verification with my username on it, and they still won't help and except anything else besides the email. I called them, and they sent me straight to voicemail. I cannot get someone to pick up the phone so I can actually talk to them. It is a horrible customer support system and not secure enough if I had 2-Step Verification and they still let someone hack my account.

Not sure who's in charge of the Roblox Support Team but they're doing a terrible job at it. All they do is send copy and pasted responses to you. I've been trying to access an old roblox account but they won't even read my entire message then they'll send me some old message saying I need to show proof when I ask for an alternative way I get no help. Making sure to stop playing this platform and stop spending ANY money on here if this is how I'll be treated. So much for a "valuable customer".

I believe that Roblox needs better security because there are always hackers on that website and some people just purchase the app so they can hack other peoples accounts. Roblox can be helpful when you're bored. I made this review because of the security system and how it can be good when you are bored.

There were over 15 unauthorized purchases in two days made on my child's account without my password protection entered for the purchase. My credit card company automatically flag the activities and replaced my card. All Roblox did was terminated my child account and no further investigation into protecting their customer. Prior to these dispute, I've legitimately purchased many $$ for my child and they chose to ignore and disregard these previous purchases. They are ripping their customers off by choosing an easy path by just closing accounts instead of doing anything else to help their customers out. Horrible company and shame on the owners not valuing their customers in any way! In addition, when I contacted them, in one email it say as a one time courtesy, we will reopen your account and then few hours. Terminate the account again without any cause or explanation. Do not purchase with this company!

Hello there. I've been a Roblox player for around 8 years. You may be a parent or a kid reading this, but here we go... Roblox is a fun game. You can play tons of user generated games such as slap battles, brookhaven, you name it. But if you send even an emoji which is quote-unquote "inappropriate" then Roblox will hit you with a warning. Nothing crazy right? Wrong. Join back in that same server, say something completely normal, then instantly get banned for a day. That is what happened to me. I reached out to customer support, told them in full detail what happened, but they said they couldn't do anything because I did not own the account. I literally put the email as my personal email that I used for 2FA, but I guess that is not enough proof? They then stated that my ban was correct and they will not be making any justifications. Not only was it their fault that I got banned, they are saying that it is my fault for sending a normal emoji like the happy face. Outrageous.

My daughter got locked out of her account. We spent hundreds over the years on gift cards. Contacted customer service. After multiple automatic responses they said they would do nothing to help us and locked us out of even contacting them about the situation further. Horrible telling my 11 year old that she no longer had an account with over $100 credit on her account.

My child bought a gift card with $15 of her allowance money. But when she went online to redeem it, it said invalid. The retail store referred me to Roblox customer service, who responded:
"Unfortunately, the code you provided is invalid or already redeemed and we are not able to assist with it further."
Roblox basically stole money from a child.

I have tried so many games including Roblox, this game is not bad, but it's support is so bad.
I have lost some accounts on other games like clash of clans, but after my first try I got my account back in less than 24 hours.
In Roblox ai have tried 4 times around 2 years, and the last result is, " we have provided you with all that we can at this time"(lost account).
What the f** bro, really stupid support.

There's nothing wrong with it, unless you're talking about, you know, *those* games. Honestly Roblox is a game a really enjoy, and I never get tired of it since there are always other games to play. It's especially exciting when you come back to a game you haven't played in a while.

They are just copying and pasting, they don't even read what is your problem, they just send an answer to a completely other thing. I asked roblox support why cant we friend each other with a player on roblox (the add friend button is grey for both of us). And what i got is just sad. Nothing close to any solution. Just a feature that not even available in my country.

I have only been playing for roughly a week or two and I've been banned 2 times already. I had forgotten they have bots that will suspend your account over cuss words and I've had quite a few slips of the tongue but only 2 out of those times did I actually get in trouble for it. I was never cursing AT somebody and if I did it was towards my friends because that is how we talk to each other. Bad enough they use your previous bans to dictate how long you should be banned. I wouldn't recommend this game unless you are a holy saint who's vocabulary doesn't include obscenities. I'm not the type to go out of my way to make people feel bad or bully others and I'm still punished, don't expect the review team to help you either.

Customer service has been a complete joke, I ordered some gift cards and have only been trying to verify that they are activated through Roblox customer support. It has been 10 days of cyclical conversations, as if they have amnesia and don't remember the question, they've made me jump through numerous hoops, proof of purchase, scratching off the backs to give them the pin numbers, multiple photos sent of said gift cards, and the last email was that they can't read the PDF of my proof of purchase and I must send it in a JPEG... CAN'T READ PDFS?! Total clown show and more training is warranted... They've also glazed over my complaints that their customer service has been terrible... 10 days now and I still don't know if these gift cards are activated because they can't seem to figure out how to do their jobs. I'm beside myself with amazement...

Support team completely ignores your email messages. It is merely impossible to get a live person on the phone. The supervisor doesn't respond at all. Boycott these frauds. My suggestion... Just play free but do not buy any products from store or groups.

Terrible Experience for us. Thought this was going to be great, keep the kids busy when i needed some time to do things around the house.
How wrong I was, I have repeatedly had my young kids heart broken because ALL of his hard work was Erased or manipulated by hackers... So i set off to read up and drew my own conclusion that "ROBLOX Inc". Does not care that people "exploit" (seems as it takes 10 sec to create a hack account, in case they get banned.)
I even read that they enjoy having all these extra accounts so they can boast numbers. They say otherwise, however seems to have been this way for 10+ years.
Anyway, I have withdrawn his account and put my money elsewhere!

These people started by double charging my credit card. Then, they started to just charge it for fun. So far, they've made $82.90 worth of unauthorized charges against my account. If you look at their website, there is no way to tell when the purchases were made. I contacted them, and was pretty much told to get bent. So now, I had to pay my bank so that future theft from them will be stopped, and I have to dispute several different transactions and get a new debit card. All because this "company" thinks it's okay to steal.

Played the game for a solid 10 years. The game is overall an engine for exploiting children's ambition with no professional accountability for almost all activity if they can avoid it. Service is generally lazy and obnoxious and the platform has developed over time to find ways of incentivizing purchases while removing old features such as a permanent transaction history for their online currency and allowing people to nullify sales of clothing and game passes. The experience has an abundance of hackers and scammers as well which has been so ignored that it seems like their goal rather than providing any resolution. Absolutely appalling customer service, they do not care and do not deal with issues just take your money. Reading the reviews since I am shocked people actually use this game let alone spend money. Wish I had read the reviews before allowing my 11 year old on here, she thought she was purchasing items through a gift card I had added to her account, I then get hit with a £270 phone bill for purchases. I've been playing roblox for 5 years now and no longer will. I got my account deleted for my behaviour. It's honestly unfair, all I was doing was defending myself from other users which were disrespectful to me.
