Roblox is a very fun game for young kids to play and for even older people to create content and meet new friends, Even though there are sometimes when people are mean and don't understand that not everyone is like them so they just mess around trying to get a reaction, this is the main reason why I am giving Roblox 4 stars.
Firstly I am a player who`s been currently playing for 5 long years and I`m here to share an experience that has just happened to me for the first time. I`m currently writing this 20 mins after the event. First let me start overall when you overlook the major problems its a really smooth business with plenty of splendid games. But a main problem is banning...it`s okay to ban but to ban without knowing the reason is very rude and unfair for the banned person. They might have been bullied talked back(maybe not insult but question why the player did ----(something bad example bully or insult) and get reported and banned that is very rude and unacceptable i can`t stand unsensible movements that you did not even think about or look into properly into, sure it may not be your job to check the chat in a game that caused them to be banned before banning them so you know if they have a very good reason for saying something. The reason i am unable to screen shot is because i am playing on a laptop and i was not with any type of other device,plus i got banned veryt quickly.
What is with some of the people here. Yes there are some people like what the other reviews say but it's not all that. I have found some of my favorite games on here and it's what got me into rhythm games and I am still playing many today. To the people that are seeing this here's some good games on roblox. Rosu (an osu mania port) sound volblox (version of the arcade game sound voltex) robeats (preferably the community server) and one of the best games on roblox in my opinion robot 64

ROBLOX is a game I've been playing for 2 years, it is very enjoyable. A lot of people are complaining about the "toxic community" which my be true in some ways, they are some inappropriate people, if you ask me it is very easy to avoid these people, if you want a game where your son/daughter can have fun with other people without having to worry about predators here is what you should do.
1. Limit the friends they add
2. Tell them if anyone asks them something personal to tell you. (Your kid also needs to know what is personal and what is not)
3. Tell your kid that if someone if bothering or bullying them then block them.
ROBLOX can be non-kid friendly, Examples: Bypassed audios (songs with bad words in them) these usually get taken down by roblox by a week or less, Games on the platform that are very inappropriate. Usually these get taken down if you report them. Don't leave yet and say no to roblox just listen
It is very easy to turn roblox into a very kid friendly game first of all you can disable chatting with other players and even people who are added to your kid not able to join them or talk to them, maybe go through their chats if you're gonna keep them on like once a week.
If your kid is mature and you think he can handle any swearing bypassed things you can let him in without worrying, but the steps above will get rid of these inappropriate things that can get into roblox from the steps up above.
Your child should at least be (in my opinion) 7 or older

It is a good game but as soon i start to play it it was very addictive. But after I was more experience I wanted some robux so I asked my mom and dad and they said no i mean i was a little mad but my mom said that it is a wasted of money and i told her only 10$ but NOOOO i mean it was OK but whatever. I would have gave it 4 and a hafe because sometimes it gets boring. Another thing is i got robux and i dont know my password so i dont what to get longed of but other wised it is a good game and lots of games to play. Some thing that are bad is scammers, bully, for chat ####, online dating, swearing, hackers, and others. I would say a good age to play this game at 10 years old and up.

Make sure to check your settings for the Roblox account you make, you can set up an email account so if you forget your password then you can rest it and get your account back.
If your child is under 5/6 you should remove the chat option so she/him cannot talk to anyone in-game until they are older, as some games require teamwork meaning planning out what to do etc.
Why Roblox is safe for kids?
Roblox is safe for kids as it teaches kids about being a problem solver and finding out how this or that game works. There are games that are called "Tycoons" on Roblox and it is about how to manage cash and buying things that make them money to get other things, to buy buildings and walls to build and defend themself. Some other games that your kids can play are called "Tower Defense or Tower Battles" they are defending, teamwork games that you need to work with to not lose the game. You are defending a base from zombies and don't use any gore just fighting NPC zombies from the base.
If you ever find any inappropriate games you can report it, they get deleted in less then 5 hours most of the time.

Roblox is the good game to me there's just a couple problems on these games that can be fixed for first events are kind of the same can you just pick two games for free prizes sometimes in then hey put in three games and some of the events are down right broken like the ready player one of them March the challengers were kind of broken I play ROBLOX every day only if I'm camping you just need to ban the online daters The report system is kind of broken also it doesn't even work at time is it because they don't know how to read and a band thousands of people and band the scams

Hey, I read a lot of the critical reviews. Yes, I see what you mean. This is an online site. If somebody is being mean to you, don't respond to them and report them. You really got to be safe on the internet. And for those of you who have been hacked, have you ever played a game that would ask you to enter your password and say that your password is wrong every time you enter it in? If you have done that, please immediately change your password before a scammer does. So don't blame Roblox if you got hacked. Apparently Roblox just wants to be safe, they just use a bot to do it, so they can't really understand a whole conversation. Anyways, I love Roblox. It has quite a few fun games and I have made many friends. I can always socialize with my friends this way. Also, another game that I like to play is among us. But there is actually a Roblox version. And one time, I was playing the Roblox version of among us and I was the imposter with my friends because we both had game passes! Also, you can actually become famous just by playing Roblox! If you can create a really poplar game, create a famous group, make interesting YouTube videos, or just by freely creating clothes, you can get followers! And if you get one hundred thousand or more followers on Roblox, you can get paid just by playing the game!
Despite the glitches and strict chat system, I think Roblox is an amazing game.

You can't technically, "refund" Robux, but in some of the games you can sell your stuff.
And, here's a tip, never tell any games your password, even if they say they will give you robux, it's actually a scam.

I really enjoy ROBLOX it's an amazing game that I've been addicted to but, I'm a little disappointed that you can ONLY trade if you have Premium, and honestly i feel a little upset about it because there are some things i spent my robux on loving it at the start but after a while i just wanted to trade it for something else because there were a ton of things i wanted and a lot of things i didn't wear in my inventory, but besides from that ROBLOX is an amazing game!

What a great site! I have been on ROBLOX for 3 years now and over the past 3 years i HAVE ENJOYED USING THIS. Just closely monitor profanity, as sometimes things slip through the cracks. But overall, this site is perfectly fine and nothing is wrong with it.

I've been a very very long player of Roblox and I've been on the platform since I was in 3rd grade, over a decade ago. I'm not going to mention my username anywhere here but today, I pondered on whether I would ever let my kids play this game now that I'm an adult. I would be lying if I said I didn't have a good time on this platform and I truly did, however, I can't recommend this game to anyone anymore, let alone children. They used to care about the players and community base, I know that as their game grew, moderation needed to be outsourced and made effective at the cost of quality but they straight up just don't care anymore. Ever since they raised the price floor of items sold using tickets before removing it outright, I was pretty upset but as an adult now, I understand that they were trying to monetize the game more under the veil of rewarding creators with more(shirts and pants creators at the time while ignore BC members being able to just copy clothes), enforce users to think of more sound decisions when purchasing, and it was also to uphold the quality and numbers of servers they could operate. Well, fast forward 7 more years, they've got the money now, the staff, the quality servers, and hires, and look at what they've become now. This is a game that's abandoned all of itself; what made Roblox actually Roblox to many of its OG users, and while I understand that the new must come at the cost of the old, the quality doesn't even follow where it should in a lot of important aspects. Just look at their Roblox support team and efforts, still the same copy-and-paste message over and over again. Look at their moderation efforts, if you don't know what rule 34 is, it best not to look it up, especially in tandem with the search term, "Roblox". Those games still exist and ironically, a lot of those fetish games have better quality than the crappy cash grab games that a lot of small to big companies that do joint events and ventures on Roblox (making promo games)make nowadays. It's actually hilarious! I'm very sad at how the game became, a soulless, money-focused, metaverse wannabe MMO.

Let's face it, Roblox support is terrible. If one doesn't know that Roblox support is terrible from the reviews and youtube videos, then they know it from personal experience. Any customer, player, or parent that has dealt with Roblox support knows how scripted and terrible their responses are, however, it wasn't always like this. Back in late 2009, Roblox used to ban players just for simply spamming "lol" or simple phrases in the chat and moderator notes for more serious inqueries were a lot more human and a lot less robotic and soulless. I understand that manually moderating players is quite a hazel to do and tedious, however, this isn't 2009 anymore and Roblox is now a multimilllion dollar company. One would think that a company of such size, popularity, especially amongst the kids, and networth, they would have just as much quality to back it up especially in "core sectors" or departments in their company. NO, they do not. If anyone remembers Roblox's twitch incident where the admins got a little too human, it really goes to show how the, now, ex-staff members really think of Roblox. Unlike the early times of Roblox where they actually listened to their playerbase and had consumer friendly practices, ever since they removed a free currency in their platform, tickets or "tixs," the focus has been shifted to making money. The platform's main target audience is children, so anyone else, that isn't an angry parent threatening to make bad PR, an influencer(like youtuber) or a known developer, then, you don't matter. As someone who has played Roblox since 3rd grade in elementary school, it's sad to see something that had so much potential waste away and lose its identity like this. Nearly every single update they've been putting out lately is targetted for more money or something that nobody asked for(like removing account statuses) and despite the negative feedback, they don't even listen to most of the developers on their forums anymore for input. Furthermore, their marketing and advertising is misleading to newcomers(showing anthro characters when nobody in roblox uses them) and whether purposefully or notit goes to show how disconnected they are to their community. Lastly, I'm also here because they terminated one of my accounts under suspicion that it's compromised and despite providing as much proof as I could, emailing them on all the emails I had linked on it, account details, and etc, of course, I get the scripted response and a vague rejection. Call this review a rant but I hate the people that works in Roblox support and development. This game has lost all my respect, and it's lost its identity, to which, it's clear that they are only focused on making more money now. Stay away from this game, it has no soul and certainly doesn't appreciate the many developers that try to put some soul in their games on their platform because Roblox is basically EA the second.

My son worked hard to earn a $25 Roblox gift card. When he had finally achieved his goal we went to Walgreens and bought the said card. It didn't work. We then took it back to Walgreens. They said this often happened and that we had to contact Roblox directly and that they were used to this problem and would sort it out. We contacted Roblox and it took several emails before they admitted they had sent us a faulty good and that it was missing a number in the code. They gave us the number but it still didn't work. When we asked them what we should try next they said someone had now redeemed the code and we must have leaked it to someone else. We had not. The only people we communicated about the code with was Roblox themselves and only because it was faulty and didn't work. They said they wouldn't reply to us again as it was our fault for buying a faulty card. They then stopped communication. We were left with a very disappointed boy and out of pocket $25. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. They basically stole $25 from us and gave us nothing in return for the money. Quite unbelievable.

Alright, Listen up there is a bunch of people saying that Roblox is bad. It is an Amazing website for your kids, Mainly because of Roblox Studio. Where you can build and code your own games! But just like any platform, there is some stuff you may need to know before letting your child access. Number one, Chat. The chat feature on Roblox is for users who want to talk with there friends on a virtual platform. The chat has some goods and some bads! Mainly goods, now if you are worried about people swearing in the chat don't worry! Roblox has a feature called "Hashtags" it cuts out swears in whatever sentence you are saying. The next thing I need to tell you is about the "Games" section of Roblox. There are over millions of games, but Roblox is for all ages. So I would make sure you check with your child on what games they are playing. Thats mainly it! I enjoy Roblox and I hope you have fun too. (Oh and Roblox has some in game purchases where users can spend Real Life Money for specific games. (Not all) If you would like your child to not specifically buy these, You can make sure that they dont click anything that costs money. And if they accidently click it do not worry! Just click cancel.

Got scammed?
Roblox dont care lol.
Roblox hand out user emails to random people pretending to be you and in turn, simply deny all claims that they did such a thing.
Automated response and bot replys are what they use.
They wont read what you send to them, dont waste your time with them, once you're hacked, they will send such irrelevant and stupid replys that you will literally give up since it gets that annoying.
Someone seriously needs to report roblox customer service and their account security department for lack of customer care and safety.
Roblox handed out my 2 Million Robux account away to some random kid pretending to be me.
And how did roblox deal with it?
Told me I wasn't compromised and sent me a "how to secure your account" tutorial
