My son was gifted several gifts cards for Christmas. Unfortunately, we later learned that some of these gift cards could not be used on his Xbox. When attempting to reach costumer service for support, the continued to reply by sending articles. In short, they could not transfer over $50 worth of Gift Cards into his Xbox and requested we go through our retailer. I was denied a refund even though they could see that we entered the code online and spent the money on Robux. One small barrier, this was a gift from someone out of state. Imagine the hassle of having to send this back, have them return it and go back and forth with the retailer so we could get our money back? My advice, avoid buying any specific Roblox gift cards that are intended to be used on Xbox. Simply go through the Xbox store. Finally, do not expect much from costumer service. Good luck!

The game is good im not gonna lie but there is just simulators and nothing original I play the same game everyday and i am getting kind of tired of it yes there are other games on the front page but i just dont really like them only some

Customer service is horrible! You purchase robucks for your children and they don't appear on their available amount. Then when you try contacting customer service they act like they don't get the messages or proof of purchase nor the robucks! I hate this game and am trying to find out how to block my children from re-downloading it!

I love playin roblox! There are a lot of fun games! Only some people like get scammed from free robux games BUT! Its not Roblox's fault its the hacker's fault (aka the free robux game creator)! Only some people online date, bully, and other violent things because they dont care about roblox's terms of service. And some people say that its so hard to make a t-shirt then well... just watch yt vids how! Until you understand! No need to hate roblox! Roblox is kid-friendly. Thanks for understanding! :D

I put 1 star to get haters attention. Listen up. When things happen on roblox, that you don't want to happen to your child, suppose online dating, or scamming, hacking, or bullying, why blame it on roblox? Roblox has millions of users. You parents think they can monitor each and every one? Sure, they aren't perfect, and can be corrupt. But compare them to other companies, suppose apple. They aren't much better! Everything that happens in roblox is simply the people. I'm gonna be honest. They do what they can. It's life. Nothing will be perfect.

It's a nice game, I've been playing for about 3 years now. Yes, I could the community is getting a little bit worse, but it's not roblox's fault. The games are fun, easy controls, sometimes laggy, but heck. Who cares. I took away a star because of the chat filtering. Now, I know about safechat, but c'mon. I've been on games with users bypassing the chat filter and saying the f word just by using a different formatted F. I've seen people getting tagged just because they miss-typed a word. Also, the banning system. Getting banned for having an opinion and saying a word is a little annoying. But overall, it's fun, just make sure to monitor the games your child is playing, because there will always be bullies, and exploits, so keep in mind it's not roblox's fault. Nice game though

It is not very nice to have a crash eh? Well for the past few days I have been experiencing crashes in this game called, Adopt Me while I am doing a roleplay with my sister or maybe with others. It is horrible. But surprisingly for other games it is different. Nothing happens. I am very angry because I can't do anything in Adopt Me for too long or it'll crash. This game is literally lego EA, and this is coming from a former roblox fan. Back then they actually tried to make it fun but nowadays they don't even give a crap about hackers. And it's not like they don't have time, because they always give out these "interesting" updates which the players never asked for. How can you be this lazy?! At least for team fortress 2 the creators actually try to fix the game nowadays. AVOID THIS. You're better off playing a flash game over this pay2win unmonitored waste of time

Hi I bought a 30,000 robux item that is $300 I got double traded scammed that is a type of scam. I emailed support they took days to respond and they would not give me my item back. I knew it was my fault but they should at least care about their customers. I mean it's $300 that is a big chunk of change I showed them enough evidence. But then I realized that if your account gets compromised you get your items back, total bull$#*!. Then I reported the guy who scammed me 7 times and nothing he still has all his scammed items and everything. $#*! you roblox

My kids play on this site all the time. Other kids are of course very blunt (and kids love cursing once they find out it exists) but they have recently added hashtag censoring. Inappropriate usernames are picked up slower than usual but profiles are deleted. I've noticed a lot of older kids (19 and such) playing, and their age makes them act rudely towards the other kids. Pretty good site. Don't waste money on the little Builder's Club, though.

This thing is absolutly horrible. My son's account got hacked ( not it's fault) but then according to our antivirus the app provided an entrance for hackers to hack his computer! We also payed once for the 400 robux purchase and it never came through. My son also changed in behavior (bad way) and overall the game is not kid-friendly.

I have been playing this game since 2007 and now this game has gone downhill, there is little originality for e.g. Copied games other games which are similar to other games. Events are just plain mediocre nothing is wow about them. People will always make fun of you whatever game you play. The groups? Dear god! It's filled with trolls and bots especially in your messages you will have bots. Did I forget to say something about the moderation? It's outright horrible whenever you report someone it never works. The moderation is also consistently poor. Then you have these online daters which will flood your entire game. People who would exploit the game without any single purpose. To the parents and kids out there I wouldn't recommend playing this game as this game sits down with too many drawbacks.

My kids account got hacked, and Roblox didn't want to reinstatte what was stolen, as Roblox promised. It wasnt a lot, and I expected more from Roblox. If you are a parent beware of account hacking, and make sure you enable two step verification, and if possible avoid using Roblox they are not kid friendly.

I ordered robux one time for a relative to build on Roblox, using my credit card. When I checked my credit account there were additional charges. I couldn't find out where to delete the card. I emailed them and got a reply stating that they do not keep credit card information & that it has to be entered each time. He said he was able to just click "buy" and a popup let him know the payment went through, so it did save the credit card information & he didn't have access to my card. A relative had a similar experience. She found a couple hundred in charges on her account before she realized it and she called to complain, thought her account was hacked, but they said they couldn't do anything. I think they need better security and safer payment methods. Parents need to be aware the app is allowing more charges than were initially authorized, whether the kids are clicking buy or it's hacked. Roblox needs to stand behind what they say and fix these issues.

My daughter was bullied on this game and Roblox didnt nothing to help my situation as they said it did brake the laws. Being called a $#*! and names definitely is being bullied.
Also account was hacked and they refused to refund me over $80.

A user was being mean to me in a game. When I told them to stop, they enabled a hacked client and terminated my account. Then, the user tracked down all my alt accounts' passwords and sold them on the black market. Trolls then proceeded to buy tons of "Robux" using my credit card information, which they also stole from me, and spent over 1 million dollars on Robux. When I asked Roblox about this, they said "get rekt lol, I love the money I got" I am writing this before selling my computer to make my debt a bit smaller.

Roblox is... full of problems. Online-Daters are rampant in their hives and are a major source of revenue for Roblox, leading to their inevitable downward spiral of greed. While creating your own games is a very rare sight, it's filled with bots that copy games and just repost them. There's a good chance the children you raise will literally never use grammar on Roblox, ever. It's... sad.

The roblox service customer is so bad, i try 10 times to complete all step to reset password and roblox just shown about a support ticket and after like 10 and 20 days roblox customer don't have solution how to solve

Overall, Roblox is a amazing app. I have been playing this game since 2016 and it was great up to 2021. I was playing Koala Cafe and there was a troller saying many inappropriate things to ONLY girls. The troller threatened to come back and continue following us. She stalked us up to 10-11 days in February, and came back on several accounts. Luckily I reported the troller to Roblox and got help right away, it was great service the worker gave me. I suggest playing this game, if you have a young child there is settings that can keep them safe. You can edit your avatar, play games, and earn badges. There is also groups, you can even create your own for only 100 robux.

Brought some robux, only to have my account terminated a few weeks later. Thankfully It was only about a few pounds worth. But still, It is clear that they just want you to continue to buy things with real money. Up until then I was mostly satisfied with the actual game play. But did come across some questionable usernames and games.

I was playing this game called death note, this girl named moon something i cant remember her user but it started with moon and she is probably the one that reported me for this bc i said it was her when it fr was her, she was kira but yeah, getting banned for this is stupid and annoying, roblox stop banning ppl for complete nothing, if anything the only thing there would be 'btc' but i should be getting a warning for that, like bro pls stop banning ppl for nothing roblox and kids barely use the game like i've meet 10+ ppl only and them 10+ ppl already know swear words

Roblox is good but it has people that curse, bad moderation inappropiate games. And it bans you for false or stupid reasons. I was banned for uploading a picture of minecraft. They hate it if you screenshot minecraft images onto roblox. There are also hackers, creeps, and cyberbullies. Im not a parent im just warning the younger children of this game.

Roblox is a pretty decent game, it has a wide variety of games and you have options to disable chat and restrict specific options on your account if you worry about account security. It's basically like a YouTube except instead of videos it's games. If you want to have a good choice of games every time you play, this is the game for you. Also, watch out for scams, since there are lots of them around the platform. 7/10 would play again.
