Roblox now has a new update which makes people work out problems, it is very annoying and I dislike this new added feature.

His game encourages violence, death and horrible things. People walk down the street with a gunThey also spend a thing called robux on this game just to buy stuff. U MUST BAN YOUR CHILD FROM THIS REVOLTING GAME. Save their souls from this poisonous game. My child bought 80 robux for 1 euro. My wife is mad with me. And worse my son wont come of this game. He surpassed 20 mins. He hasnt done his daily reading for years. Hes so addicted to his screen. Hes a roblox holic. Dont get this game. It will ruin them. Scammers violence and sexual content. TOTALLY INNAPROPIATE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN. ITS DISRESPECTFUL. Sincerely Bruce Da Basher

This game is a great game! I own the account badcc and i make a living off of it. These parents have no idea what they are talking about. Yes, there is an amazing filter (it gets annoying sometimes) and yes, there are ways to bypass it. The chat filter is barely ever bypassed, and if it is then block your child's chat feature in settings. So that is complaint #1 solved. Now exploiters (which are for some reason referred to as "hackers") exploiters can only "hack" games that arent filtering enabled (which all of the games on the front page are fe) Dont allow your child to give their password to a "free robux" game on the front page (they use bots to get up there) Lastly, sexual predators. Now, this is brought up millions of times, there is a. 001% chance you will ever encounter one. The people that are sending those chats are trolls. Not sexual predators! Just block your child's chat. Roblox is a great platform for making and playing games with friends (which i have 5 in real life that i met on roblox) with the endless character customization (if you buy robux, it's worth it) and seasonal events, your kid will never stop playing. Because of Roblox, i make 530,000 dollars every year just by making games and clothes!

Have not played for 2 years so some things could have changed. But one guy who made a one piece game and closed it for a 3 month wait update wasting so many vip server paid for was banned. I never heard of any hackers getting banned. A lot of game are based of other video games and anime etc. Liked pokemon, was really fun, and then nintendo shows up and shuts all those games down. Roblox should of seen something like that happening and should not allow certain games to be published on roblox. Had so many hours in those pokemon games and was very sad to see them go.: ( Hackers ruin games, but they are mostly in pvp games, so non pvp games you are good, like shark bite or titanic simulator (which is a role playing game and it was fun to chat and watch a boat sink). When i was younger i would have gave this four stars but i would have to give it two stars since hackers in jail break, one piece games, poor support, hackers trying to steal your account. So not kid friendly.

IF your kid is going to play roblox games, don't play ones that say Free Robux. Roblox does a good job at shutting them down as soon as possible. Don't copy any links users might tape in the ingame chat. Activate two step verification. I had a few emails 3 months apart of someone requesting a password change. Only reason i'm leaving this review, because those emails reminded me that i did play robox.

I have played Roblox since 2017 and the platform definitely has it's ups and downs.

The Good:
Ability to create games and a community.

Ease of use on site and in games.

Being able to customize your avatar to your liking (but without Robux options are limited)

Being able to make friends.

There is a game for everyone on the site no matter what genre they like.

Can be used to learn how to develop a game or learn graphic design.

The Bad:
Overly strict under 13 chat filter.

Predators leading children offsite to 3rd party chat apps like Discord.

Poor moderation.

Too many scam bots.

Download of Roblox not supported on certain operating systems.

Too many people who bypass the chat filter.

False bans (often occur due to ban waves which are bans of thousands of accounts or items for a specific reason).

Too many exploiters and Roblox not giving developers proper resources to deal with them.

Roblox screwing over small developers and creators by taking 30 percent (A player buys a game pass and Roblox takes 30 percent of the profit).

Not listening to the community and what we want.

It's own form of a stock market in limiteds, which would be good but they don't teach kids how to use it wisely which results in scams.

So, I've seen a lot of negative reviews around robux! Specifically around robux being non-refundable and parents feeling as though they have been scammed. Unfortunately, if you read through the TOS (terms of service) you will see that they (robux) are non-refundable and that by creating an account you agree to the terms of use. I've also seen reviews of parents being mad about accounts being hijacked. So, roblox is not responsible for currency purchases as stated before, and they will terminate your account to prevent more currency from being purchased. So, to start off with talk to them about what to go to, and not to. For starters talk to them about "free-robux" games. These games will often times steal your child's password in which, hijacking the account. This means that their account has been hacked. How can you prevent this? Enable 2fA (two factor authentication) this is a form of extra security and will help better protect the child. Simply enter your email address and hit enable 2fa. Essentially, whenever you are logging into your account it will send a digit number to your email address that you will need to enter. Finally, let me address customer support. Yeah, it sucks that's one thing that definitely needs to be worked on.

You know, i just had a short trip from the 1* rating reviews, they were just pretty much pointless, basically, these were the comments i saw, scam bots, like, you have to be more smart to not fall for these because roblox has other things to worry about, they're trying their best. Another thing, pLaIn And SwiMpWL Items, well duh every game has a spirit, and these are original roblox items, also recently UGC Was released, it contains of a lot of cool accessories, and also if you think that roblox has that many problems then just leave the game?! Just write a review about that but with less sarcasm and stupid Quotes on Quotes. Also stop comparing fortnite with roblox because they're entirely two different platforms, although roblox has some problems like Oding and other things like filter bypassing then, the community is trying it's best, and another thing, THIS ONE GOT ME FURIOUS, LIKE MOMMY (This and this guy) BULLY ME! Like duh, learn to stand up for yourself.

This game is great! Many people say that its violent and when you die you fly in body parts everywhere, just to say that is NOT VIOLENT the only reason why you die like that is because there literal legos. My age rating is 7+ and people say in the chat players bully you all that is a LIE it is really good and actually teaches not just kids BUT EVERYONE about coding, I just wanna clarify that people think the robux system is bad but really the game would go OUT OF BUSNESS if roblox didnt make money overall this game is pretty good and everyone should play it.

Hear me out, Roblox is a FANTASTIC game, i've played it for 4 years now, the insane parents that say: oMg r0bLoX iS s0 bAd beCaUsE tHiS hApPeNd tO mY ChIld! 1, ITS NOT ROBLOX'S FAULT, its your stupid kids fault for actuallly falling for it, yea sure alot of 5+ year old children play this, but its your fault for letting them play unsupervised, i do suggest playing Roblox, its really fun.

My son is a teen and loves playing this game. His account was recently hacked. Roblox customer service is absolutely dreadful. I can only imagine them as a group of millennials that work from home in Silicon Valley. My kid's account was hacked and I sent them screenshots and everything. Their sight has false information. Be advised that although it states that they restore your child's account; they make it difficult to do so. Be prepared to wait at least 24 hours as you intereact with the Roblox support rep. 4 days have passed and I'm about at my wit's end. They take too long to reply and when they do, it is a generic reply. After you verify your child's account, then comes the crickets. WTH! If you state that you restore stolen Robux and items one time, then do it already! They make you jump through all these hoops and then nothing? Then after they reset your kid's account, they require you to confirm the account. No matter how many times you request the verification email message, it never arrives. I guess they figured, hey let's really annoy these parents. Let's allow the hacker to request a pin for the compromised account. Then they send a message to your kid's email and of course your kids replies that they did not request a pin. It does not matter. Hacker wins! Poor security and bunch of pervs. Great job moderators! This game is definitely for teens. As far as the review that stated parents are idiots, I can only suspect that he is a Roblox support agent, so... yeah. I rest my case.

Ive been trying to log into my old account (vvanex)and the password is correct but when i finish verification it takes me to my other account (h3qrts) ive been contacting roblox customer support and they were no help just bots replying to me! Garbage greedy company they only care about money they dont care about customers UTTER GARBAGE COMPANY!

I've been playing ROBLOX since december of 2017, and its a good game. It lets you create, and play creations! You can have a unique avatar, and game too. But there are some bad things about it. People like to bypass the trash filter. People can bypass words from the F word, to the D word. Speaking of bypassing, people also make insanely inappropriate games called condo games. Never play them. They are extremely inappropriate for anyone under 18. There are also exploiters that do the same in more civil games. Also, people online date on the platform too. And although rare, there are some child prededors. The worst of all, bans. Bans will break your heart after you spend years building your acc, all to go down the drain over a stupid ban. The moderation sucks. Its handled by mostly bots and you get banned for stupid reasons. From the 3 day infomus "yes" ban, to the "epic" termination. And if you say, "ill get my acc back through support, ez," then oh boy are you wrong. The support system is crap too. I almost lost my account twice due to my stupidity and getting hacked, the support took like 2 days to respond and it took 3 terrifying days to get my account back. But after all of that, roblox is mostly a free game. Though the community are skilled complainers, and the roblox team sucks, the unreasonable bans and the child preadoder stuff are not that common. Still a fun game to play with friends, and even make new friends!

Roblox may be a fun game, But their Support won't help you that much when it comes to false account deletions. I may not have my account deleted yet, But imagine they ban a dev. For no reason. Like, They would contact Roblox Support. Then they could get a awful message from Roblox after waiting for about 5-6 days. And it could even say about having future actions to their account. Even tho their account is already like gone. This means they did not even read it. The auto mod is bad at doing its job. I understand that they get lots of reports everyday. But the auto mod, its HORRIBLE at its job. This auto mod needs to be better. But even tho Roblox is fun, They need better moderation. Or support. Remember that this has a kind of a high chance of this happening during false account deletions with the reason, SCAMS. If it was a scam, It would have a 30% like rating. Having a 50/50 doesn't make it a scam. It could be too hard or a bug. Or even something else. 50% is not that close to 30%. Like, THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. Roblox is Mess now i join around 2011 or 2012 i had a lot of fun i come back to this game in 2014 now roblox is full of Online daters, Scam Bots, Stupid 12 Year olds that want a GF I mean like WTF?! Just buy minecraft instead it's better than that pile of trash and the front page is just full of games that copy other games like those Raise a baby games, Simulator Games and more crap like that but of course their are some good games i like to play but i think that roblox is dying because there is no more original content being made it's just other games are being copied over & over again and there are lots of youtubers that will scam u for free robux i mean like WHO WILL DO THAT?!

If You're instered in roblox and you see all these bad reviews are people who dont understand how roblox currencty works, the kid just might spened money. Bad Games for childern thing is not roblox 's fault. You simply upload a game if it bad the mods delete it. There are 71 millon people actiley and only 800. Theres also fake reporst which makeds it harder. Its preety fun game. The probs are hackers, trolls, and online dater { thy could be avoided easlies and troolls just leave game play, and hackers are hackers. I've been on roblox for about 5 years now, and when it was in the first days the website and games are interesting to everyone to every ages, but then it progresses onto dating games, and since ROBLOX does not allow dating in their terms of use, however, they still do not ban them for bad activities and does not help users with their problems, and the support team does not actually review the reports of user properly. There are also adult content on the dating games, mentioning about sex. I do not want to to sound like a boomer or a Karen, but ROBLOX makes billions of dollars a year and the majority of them go into themselves and a tiny proportion goes into the servers hosting the games and the website. Talking about it, the website responses are terrible and always have a downtime, a website that runs on 20$ a month can do better than a billion dollar company. Although there are many good games on ROBLOX and you could learn something from it, through my experience over the past 5 years, I find it terrible for users in general and myself, I hope this review help you reconsider on letting your child play the games there and keeping them safe from all unsafe content.

I played this game for five years, and I loved it, but then this verification happened it's like this dice pair and I keep failing now I was literally crying and then i just quit.
