It hurts my eyes that roblox supoort sucks so bad. They don't help you with ANYTHING. Everything they send is just a bunch of copy paste. How unbelievable. And to think that there's people paying to use their platform

I had over $1000 taken from my credit card, for what apparently my 8 year old daughter purchased, but the Robux never appeared in her account! Issue never got resolved! Customer service is the worst! Preprogrammed like robots! Maybe they don't comprehend what issue you are trying to convey. I can't believe how they have these kids hooked onto this game! I can't stand this company and their business practices - they don't care about customer service, just the money! I wish I could talk to their CEO directly. And I know most of my friends feel exactly the same way! I could probably replicate this review a hundred times.

This "online business" is completely horrible! My reasons? It's bad, it even gives me social anxiety and exquisite agony every day. Because everyone in the game is absolute 'toxic' and poor, they've been bullying people in the game. So in my personal opinion, I would absolutely not allow under 12 yo's to play this game. But, it is an alright game to play.

My son was really excited to join Roblox builders club until he found that it's broken and he can't do anything with it.
I've reported this bug and for over 40 days so far got 6 useless replies that they are looking in to this.
I was never dealing with so disgraceful support, in their first message they told me that I should be checking their webiste from time to time to find out if this is fixed or not. Too much effort for them to notify someone who reports a bug

I am glad I can share my experience with you! I think Roblox is a really good game. Many people make games on the platform, and they are really well made. The support is quite good also! The reason why I give them 4 stars is because the report system is really not great, many scam games exist, they definitely need to improve a little more. In overall, really fun experience!

I repeat do not purchase Robux for virtual items and toys. We have had many purchased items removed or deleted from our child's inventory by Roblox with a tough luck response from customer service. Roblox does not operate within consumer protection laws or ethical practices. We were told that no refunds will be issued for fraudulent or misrepresented products nor will they restore or refund items that were deleted by Roblox or creators. These people are taking advantage of children who spend money on robux and then induce these kids into purchases that are misleading or false advertisements.

Your account is not safe even with a 2 way sign in authorization! Contacting Roblox is a Joke! Playing email tag is not how I want to spend my day/ weekend trying to get my daughters account back. Y'all need to make your software more secure and have an easier way of getting ahold of someone to get this taken care of ASAP. Some people spend a lot of money on your $#*! to have to put up with stupid $#*! hackers! Not everybody has "proof of purchase" or whatever it is you want for verification. My daughter just wants her account back. We have tried the reset through email like 50 times and the phone reset doesn't even send her a message. Very dissatisfied. Would have given 0 stars if possible

Please parents beware of Roblox. There are some very violent games on Roblox. My kids recently started playing games on Roblox and I just saw my 8 year old play a game that was so violent it disturbed me to the core. I had to sought out websites like this to warn other parents. The point of the game were for kids to seek out other kids and stab them. Please also beware that their customer service support is pretty much non existent. This kind of filth should not be exposed to our young children. I will be reporting Roblox to my state attorneys office, I highly encourage you to also do the same so that our children can be spared from predators like this.

The Hog Rider is a fast ground troop with medium hit points, low damage, and the ability to jump over enemy Walls. He has unlocked at level 2 Dark Barracks. The Hog Rider (person) is a bare-chested dark-skinned man holding a hammer.

Blown away by this game. The community is better than any other community to exist, fighting off the bad in the virtual worlds. There's a lot of games to play, with monitored chats. Yes, you can talk to strangers, but the chat is monitored more for kids 13 and under. This helps the child to grow older and understand what they need to avoid before they come across it. Reporting has FINALLY been listened to, so the game is safe for your children. Amazing way to kill time.

There is something bad at this company. When I downloaded the game I got a virus. I cleaned my computer and tried again and did not get the virus the second time I downloaded it. Other people complain about the virus issue online. Cinemark filed a trademark infringement, Minecraft is used for Roblox Ads, the Calfornia Milk Processor Board sued them. I have also personalty talked to upper management at the company, I will not share what I was told online because I do not wish to be identified... let's just say they know about what they are doing, they watch your kids and don't care about them, just stay away, please.

Being 14, I've head a lot of there being kids stealing credit card info to buy roblox items, but that is the parent's fault for not keeping it from their kids. Other than that, the game is well polished and full of nice people. Here and there, there are jerks and what not, but it is best to ignore them. If a kid is 7 or younger, I don't recommend they play it. They would be easily offended by the bullies, most of them being far older than the age group recommended, so yeah. It is a little unfair that most of all customization is limited to premium accounts, but It is only 5.95$ a month, and I happen to make that amount in a week alone, so it isn't a problem. Those are my only two complaints, other than that it is an excellent game.

My child was exposed to pornography on this game tonight. I think the game has been compromised by a hacker. The image just flashed up in the middle of her screen, unprompted, unexpectedly. She was not in chat mode either. Just innocently playing the game. We deleted the app immediately.

I've been playing roblox for several years now, and nothing has bothered me as much as the new rule where you need to pay 10 robux to upload an item of clothing. While I understand the few reasonings behind that update, I think it is one of the worst updates Roblox has ever made. The number one reason for that would be if you spend 10 robux on uploading a shirt and it immediately gets blocked by Roblox, with no reasoning or refund. There needs to be a change in that. If anything, bring it back to only having the subscription to be able to upload clothes because it is ridiculous that I spend 10 robux for an item of clothing to get blocked by Roblox.

They popped up porn adds on my little sons tablet its disgusting and they won't stop I have reported the adds many of times but they keep showing up and my child has been exposed to the worst stuff you can see and im very disgusted and angry about it

I have been constantly watching my son on Roblox, I was aprehensive at first due to some content. However, I admit he has become too preoccupied with it. Therefore, I have parental controls, and a password protection. In reference to credit card use? Apparently, there are some parent's in need of "parental guidance ", not Roblox.,

Roblox is very flawed yet fun. It is fun to make games when roblox studio doesn't give you a hard time. Its also a very easy game to play. I would send a screenshot of gameplay but unfortunately wifi is down at the moment. However if you want to play it you need to create an account as guest accounts have been permanently removed. If you have enough money on your credit card you can be able to purchase the game's currency(robux) to buy a lot of cool stuff and even advertise your games and other contents.

Roblox Has the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. I purchased roblox money through my debit visa for my daughter and they charged me but did not put the stupid game money in her account. I have been emailing them for 3 days now trying to get it sorted out! Nothing is working I have sent them pictures of my account being charged with their company name and they still won't fix the issue! I'm so mad I'm a hard working mom of 4 my money is tight and when I pay for
Something especially for my daughter and fork out they money for them to buy their stupid upgrades I expect it to be put on their account! Or Atleast refund me the money because it's just going back to them anyways when I got buy her an actual card! I will never make an online purchase with them agian! Only cards. Upgrades are not even worth it but because we love our children we still pay money into this ridiculous company! Very UPSET parent!

This is a horrible game/site. Twice now they have stolen money from my child's account just after posting money on her account within 12 hours she was locked out. Obviously we tried "forgot password" and received no email for changing password (yes our email was attached to the account) I have reached out to Roblox on several platforms with NO RESPONSE. We will never be on this game again and parents please be aware as I have spoke with other parents who have voiced the same issue. Don't allow them to steal your money.

This game is quite boring. I haven't seen new games come anywhere near the front page in months. If you want to find a new game you will have to constantly click buttons and maybe you can find one. The community sucks. Lots of toxic players, Online daters and overall idiots. You HAVE to pay tons of real-life money to look any different from the standard character. About 80% of the people you find in games never speak and just plain do nothing. I can keep going like this for awhile, But i'll end it here.

So you try to join a game and you think it'll be okay, right? Well no. This game will literally ban you if you try to say "yes". I mean, come on. Also extreme lag, and I can confirm it's not my computer. I have a Lenovo Legion Gaming Computer with very high tiers, and when I play combat games the lag is so bad you can't get any damage on anyone, but everyone else can. Horrible game, I'm three seconds away from uninstalling it.

Roblox is overall good but with some bad things. First its moderation system. Its actually bad. It lets the idiots who randomly insult people get banned, and the victim of that idiot insulting gets banned or gets a warning. Then bad ODer games and inappropriate games bypass the moderation system. So kids see some dirty things on roblox. However, there is also good games like Work at a pizza place and islands.

Roblox is a fun game but there are downsides to this game like hackers on the rare occasion. I have seen hackers that just ruin games so maybe their anti-cheat system could be improved. Also to all the parents who think Roblox is unsafe it is safe! There is a rare chance of your child running into anything that is related to nudity or other things, even if you have it's probably never going to happen again!
