Roblox is a very fun game for young kids to play and for even older people to create content and meet new friends, Even though there are sometimes when people are mean and don't understand that not everyone is like them so they just mess around trying to get a reaction, this is the main reason why I am giving Roblox 4 stars.
Firstly I am a player who`s been currently playing for 5 long years and I`m here to share an experience that has just happened to me for the first time. I`m currently writing this 20 mins after the event. First let me start overall when you overlook the major problems its a really smooth business with plenty of splendid games. But a main problem is banning...it`s okay to ban but to ban without knowing the reason is very rude and unfair for the banned person. They might have been bullied talked back(maybe not insult but question why the player did ----(something bad example bully or insult) and get reported and banned that is very rude and unacceptable i can`t stand unsensible movements that you did not even think about or look into properly into, sure it may not be your job to check the chat in a game that caused them to be banned before banning them so you know if they have a very good reason for saying something. The reason i am unable to screen shot is because i am playing on a laptop and i was not with any type of other device,plus i got banned veryt quickly.
I noticed that many problems stem from the fact that it is a multiplayer game. Multiplayer games all suffer the same problems: exploiting, 18+ trolls, moderation bypass, you get the idea. It's a giant game of whack-a-mole. Roblox wants to be a nice multiplayer online game, but it suffers at the hands of the abusive players, and the moderation system is bogged down so badly because of this. It's safe for your kids, but they tend to run around like headless chickens on this game and spam the report function, maybe when they're older and capable of fully interacting with a 3d game. Your child needs to have common sense on the do's and don't's of these things. If you see a hiccup, don't go crazy and be a total psycho on the Roblox staff. Kindly let them know. The media often exaggerates stuff and even creates misleading content about Roblox, because they know that it attracts attention of parents, who will view the article (and ads), thus earning the media money.

I lost a gift $50 giftcard right after purchasing. I immediately contacted customer care but was repeatedly told that they can't help unless I send a photo of the front and back of the giftcard. I sent all info such as the store, date and time, image of receipt and all info provided by the store. And still refused to help without image of actual giftcard. I kept telling them that if I was able to take a picture of the giftcard, it would not be lost and there would not be any issue. Very dissatisfied.

I was kicked out of Roblox for camping when I could not move I find this to be a mistake and I don't know if anyone should play if you get kicked out anyways.

I think Roblox is great! (1 star to attract haters) You notice that all these people that are extremely mad at it don't even know how to spell Roblox! Yeah, it's because they did no research, they obviously don't know much about it. Also, if Roblox is really that bad and you care for your children, why did ya CUSS! They just seriously don't know how to work it. Yeah, there are some children who are taking money and yeah there's no way it is an accident. Face it. Plus if you seriously knew how to work Roblox, you would know there was a way to stop comments, look, issue gone!

Personly I think the game is ok. It isn't the best online website that I have been on but it's passable due to other online websites that were questionable. The community is a problem the because they are mostly children who don't abide by the rules that the moderates and staff present to them. Other then that if you want to create some "ok" basic 3d games I would recommend this because of the in-game catalog that has thousands of clothing and models that you can use in your very own 3d game.

Roblox is a fun and amazing game which could be played on cell phone, tablet, and laptop. Some fun and interactive parts about Roblox are chat and make new friends, fantasy play, and even learn to spend their "Robux" wisely (in game money). I hope you find this review helpful and another reason why you should sign up for Roblox.

Roblox is a great game, and my son enjoys playing it. I can see why he likes Roblox so much, it is a fun app to use with many different games on it, his favorites being dragon role play games and obstacle towers. Roblox's only issue is that there are a lot of rule-breakers and online daters, which makes some games a little bit inappropriate in some cases.

I had over $250 of charges on my credit card over 2 days for Roblox charges through my Apple account. Before that happened I had deleted my credit card form my 10 year old grand child's Roblox account, her Apple account, and everything else on her tablet. It still went through. They may say it is not saved, but it is. I closed my credit card account, then they deleted my grand child's Roblox account. They would not refund all of the money that she had put on the web site from hundreds of gift cards over a period of time. She lost everything she had on the web site. Roblox is nothing more than a rip off account. I will never use my credit card again for any online game. It will be Gift Cards Only

This is stupid. I accidentally pressed 'Reset Roblox'. I'm on mobile so it's hard to not press something. After, I wanted to post a comment on the group chat wall on my group, then it said 'Human verification'. I did it all correctly, and the thingy said you did it all wrong. Of course, I was very mad. Roblox, fix the human verification thing. I need to verify every time I send a message on the group wall! This is getting very annoying. Would not recommend.

Ive been playing roblox since 2013 and it has made many positive and negative changes. Roblox gets more popular every day and that is lovely. Even if they add new things such as "arthro," which had bad reviews, the game continues to amaze me and its perfect. Of course people give it bad reviews for online dating, insults, and bullying. However roblox is not a game designed for online dating or anything in that manner. It is against roblox rules to do any of these things and if you have a problem you can report the player. If something bad happens, blame the player that caused it instead of the game itself.

Worst customer support on any game i've ever played, 10 years playing now & i've had some problems over the years & not ONE time has roblox helped me. Sad to see nothing has changed in the customer service side of roblox. Shame on you guys.

I think this game is perfect for many people, if you do not like a game you play on Roblox, it's ok because there are thousands of games by over real people and don't worry, parents, Roblox monitors all games for inappropriate games and bans them.

Was checking on the price of Roblox and everywhere advertised as free. When it comes to an upgrade it wouldn't update without payment method, after payment method was added it charges around 10$ without even notifying that it will charge curtain amount. Unacceptable

Over the weekend I got $19.99 charge on my credit card... I have used the online form twice but no response back from Roblox... I have called the number provided and left a message twice... No response...
I have never had an account. I did not authorize the transaction... Guess I'll have to let my credit card company handle it since Roblox doesn't seem to care a crime was committed on their service...

When I joined Roblox, I found many enjoyable games and had quite a bit of fun. The issue? A majority of these games are overrun with cheaters who ruin the entire experience. Roblox does not seem to take much action against these cheaters, so I've decided to go with a 2 star review.
Also, please for the love of god ignore the 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews made either by Roblox fanboys or people who have some vendetta against Roblox. These reviews have clear bias and won't help you at all.

If I could go back in time I would not let my kids play Roblox. I don't see any educational value at all to all the people who see it as that. Games hacks occur to trick others into the innocent kids into losing stuff in the games. But worst of all is that actual account hacking (unauthorized access) occurs and is more common than you think where the person can steal your kids name and birthday information, steal their robuc (money) and their inventory from the games. And even worst roblox support sucks. It's like they don't care that people are hacking into their systems or even servers.
Tip for consumers:
Done use your kids real birthday or name or real email.

Be aware when buying robux as they don't make readily available how much robux you're getting buying gift card or purchase.I personally think is a rip off and not getting your moneys worth. Every time you donate robux to a player you end up paying a percentage to roblox owner. It is a money making game from kids who are addicted to it.

Roblox, a great online gaming service. I've had this amazing game for 3 years (2019). But even the best of games need bug spray, and by that, I mean there are some bugs. For example, I tried to join a game, but it said that, 'Guests are not permitted in this game.' I checked if I was logged out and I wasn't. Please tell me if you have experienced this issue before.

I mean we all know about roblox by now, In my opinion it's a game for ether children or adults that have nothing better to do. I mean i've played this game and i liked this game for a long time but after awhile it just got really weird i mean just look at the games that you could play, most of them are ether online dating, or games that make everyone cringe. Also it's nice to know that people can cheat there way in that game because who wouldn't want to play that game right?

You don't just ban people because you dislike them or that they behave inappropriately OUTSIDE your game. As long as they follow your ToS while playing roblox it's fair game. Your rules only apply to your game. Why judge people base on their out-of-game behaviors in your game anyway? That's an incredibly immature thing to do.

One of the best games I've played... Until just yesterday my account got a 7 day ban for no apparent reason. It just said something that was totally normal. Who would say "I'm gay" and get a 7 day ban? I'm confused and I thought it was a joke to someone, and some nerd, or idiot just reported me for just that. I see people saying "You're gay" to some other guy and when I play that game again, I can see that same account every time. I'm just gonna move on to another good, and much better game, Asphalt 9. Totally more balanced than this crap. Never gonna reccomend this app to a kid either!

The games on it are great the community is great and if somebody is annoying or bullying you, you can just block them.
Overall Roblox has kind of fallen a little bit but not much.
And all the inappropriate stuff like (sex, gore, satanic) stuff gets banned fast.
With many games like (Jailbreak, Phantom Forces, Meep City, Liberty County) there all great games.
And if there is a problem with the game like a bug your can just report it to the developer.
This gets a 5 stars from me excellent

It was fun, but not after I, for some reason got kicked from roblox. I was just playing big paintball and then all of a sudden, it said my account has been kicked. I really hate roblox for doing this. I had done nothing wrong to deserve this and then they go ahead and do that?! Roblox sucks

So, all these reviews you see here about child predators and people being racist, this can all be prevented. Parents who let their kids on the internet simply don't try to monitor what they do I bet half of you don't even teach your kids what not to do online and what's actually ok to do! Then when they do something that is unacceptable in your eyes and you find the source you blame that instead of your terrible parenting skills. Roblox is a really good game for kids, as a parent you can make your own account and enlist your child under your care. They cant change their settings and so you can monitor what they do if you do this 1 thing. Your child's safety is guaranteed as long as their DOB is not false, since Roblox's chat filtering system practically blocks everything, You cant even say kk cause it blocks it out so they cant even combine 3 k's into 1 line of text. This game isn't bad its really only the parents being negligent to their child's actions on the internet...
