Roblox is a very fun game for young kids to play and for even older people to create content and meet new friends, Even though there are sometimes when people are mean and don't understand that not everyone is like them so they just mess around trying to get a reaction, this is the main reason why I am giving Roblox 4 stars.
Firstly I am a player who`s been currently playing for 5 long years and I`m here to share an experience that has just happened to me for the first time. I`m currently writing this 20 mins after the event. First let me start overall when you overlook the major problems its a really smooth business with plenty of splendid games. But a main problem is banning...it`s okay to ban but to ban without knowing the reason is very rude and unfair for the banned person. They might have been bullied talked back(maybe not insult but question why the player did ----(something bad example bully or insult) and get reported and banned that is very rude and unacceptable i can`t stand unsensible movements that you did not even think about or look into properly into, sure it may not be your job to check the chat in a game that caused them to be banned before banning them so you know if they have a very good reason for saying something. The reason i am unable to screen shot is because i am playing on a laptop and i was not with any type of other device,plus i got banned veryt quickly.

Roblox is a fun game and there are endless stuff to learn and explore, you can make new friend and I enjoy making videos on Roblox games and other youtubers. I hope Roblox becomes the best game in the world. Others also learn how to script their own games and make models to be in a fan made FE2 game or FE2 Map Test. And my wish is that EVERYONW STOPS HATNG ROBLOX #Robloxforever

Dear roblox i am here to tell you that i was baned today and me and my friends were playing and this dude came up to us and started puting his boats down and trying to kiss samantha also he was cursing at us and being inaproprette so i reported him and i said that he was kissing my frend samantha and being inaproprete but then i was banned and i was baned because i said fallow me and fallow me b**** and i was ban for one day and i am herre to tell you that he had a inaprprette name his name was imnotyourdadyoo and i want to tell you that i shouid be unbaned today because it is dad day and me and my dad want to play bloxburg also what i did waant really that bad.

Roblox support is the most god awful support I have ever interacted with. After I had described my issue in FULL detail in my first message, it still took nearly 5 emails that seemed to be written by a bot, as NOT A SINGLE ISSUE they asked me about even RELATED to my issue. I tried to explain that I was UNABLE to use 2FA, yet STILL the agent linked Roblox forum pages that I HAD ALREADY READ. Even after Roblox began emailing me solutions that ACTUALLY related to my issue, it STILL TOOK DAYS TO GET A RESPONSE. The issue still has not been resolved, and I still can't reenable 2FA after I had done it on my own previously. I really need to get my 2FA enabled, as my Roblox Premium is USELESS now without trading. This has taken so long that I just got charged AGAIN and I STILL CANT TRADE. I haven't heard a single good thing about Roblox support and I feel bad for anybody who can't access an account and gets these BOT EMAILS. Roblox really needs to get their stuff together, and actually give some attention to this horrible service.

If you want a refund on a unauthorized purchase and you want the refund they will PERMANENTLY BAN your account to "PREVENT FUTURE UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES".
