Horrible

My recent encounter with Roblox's customer service left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. The source of my discontent stemmed from an incident in which my valuable limited items were compromised and stolen from my account. Naturally, I reached out to Roblox's customer service in the hopes of resolving this issue promptly.

The first red flag in my experience was their refusal to utilize their one-time rollback feature. It was baffling, as I had never previously utilized this service and it seemed like the perfect opportunity to restore my lost items. The fact that they declined this option left me perplexed and disheartened, as it was a feature created precisely for such circumstances.

Frustrated and in need of help, I turned to the Better Business Bureau, a well-regarded avenue for addressing consumer concerns. However, my interaction with Roblox's customer service via this route was equally fruitless. Their response consisted of nothing more than a suggestion to revisit their website for customer support. This circular redirection left me without any concrete solutions or avenues for assistance.

What further added to my discontent was the shocking lack of responsiveness from Roblox. Their consistent silence to my emails was uncharacteristic of a company that typically prides itself on providing timely customer service. It seemed as though my pleas for help were falling on deaf ears, and this extended period of neglect amplified my frustration. It appeared that they were intentionally ignoring my emails, potentially to evade addressing or resolving my situation.
As the days turned into weeks, it became evident that Roblox had begun ignoring my emails, further fueling my frustration. This prolonged silence was atypical of a company that typically responds in a timely manner. It appeared as though they were intentionally sidestepping my issue, potentially to avoid addressing or resolving my situation. This additional layer of neglect only served to amplify my dismay with Roblox's customer service.
This experience has cast a dark shadow over Roblox's reputation when it comes to addressing the concerns of its users. Their refusal to make use of a feature designed to protect users from situations like mine, their unhelpful response through the Better Business Bureau, and their apparent disregard for my pleas through uncharacteristic email silence, all combined to leave me deeply disappointed and frustrated with Roblox's customer service.

Roblox is evil. There was a game called something about sonic, with the owner called "Dead inside mephiles". And he was a pedophile. What did roblox do? Banned his account, after the ownership was transfered to his alt. What did roblox do? Nothing. Sega did no wanted to be affiliated with Doc (aka dead inside mephiles). What did roblox do? Roblox took it down ONLY BECAUSE SEGA GOT IN! Faave (Fave) is a pedophile too. What did roblox do after getting tons of evidence? You prob. Guessed it. NOTHING! Faave's account IS STILL NOT BANNED! There are tons of other preds. You know who exposed many of them? Example: RUBEN SIM! What did he have? Tons of evidence! What did roblox do? You probably guessed it since it was huge. HE GOT SUED! Why? There should be a photo. Also the nude employer was POSTED BY THE WORKER/EMPLOYER ON TINDER NOT PHOTOSHOPPED BY RUBEN! Who was the first to know about the lawsuit exept roblox? My daughter loves roblox. I am not keen on the game at all, but I occasionally play with her. She enjoys it. Most of the time, we are playing "adopt me". She enjoys collecting pets and creating her own character and home. I decided to purchase her the guardian lion in the lunar new year adopt me world. It was 500 robux. I was prompted to make the purchase, so I purchased 800 robux, and the guardian lion was supposed to be deducted from that total. The page to purchase after entering my information and confirming it continued to load repeatedly. Eventually, it stopped loading, as it would when a purchase is complete. However, she received no robux and no guardian lion on her account. I checked my purchase history on my Xbox one and it showed the purchase, as did my Chase bank app. I was charged immediately but had no robux or pet. So I used their customer service request form explaining the problem. I got numerous auto responses before getting someone that asked for information I already provided in the request form. I sent all relevant information. I received another email stating they needed a screenshot of the transaction receipt, so I attached both the receipt from my Xbox and the transaction from Chase bank. I was specifically told to respond and attach to the email I had been in contact with. I sent off my response only to receive an auto response stating that they no longer support direct messages to that email address and I needed to use the support form... excuse me but what? I was incredibly frustrated at this point, and used the support form again. Mind you, it has been 8 days since I requested help. I attached all relevant screenshots, and included my information for Xbox, roblox, email address, etc. I received a response from Caiden that said he checked my account and the robux were accurately applied. I logged into Xbox yet again, checking my daughters account. She has 55 robux from a previous purchase, and no guardian lion. At this point, I am so angry and disgusted with a children's game that is casually stealing from them, and have the nerve to imply I am lying for a 10 dollar transaction? I sent a response to his useless email implying I am a liar trying to get free digital currency for my daughter. I will never spend another cent on this hideous game. My daughter is welcome to play, but I caution anyone using this game to watch your purchases. If a mistake happens, even if it is their fault, you will receive no help from their so called "support" team. Your only possible course of action will be contacting your bank or credit card and disputing the transaction.
