Te engañan...He pedido 2 veces la primera vez unos shock y me lo enviaron usasos.La segunda vez llegó la pieza incorrecta finalmente perdí dinero enviando ambas piezas son un fraude

Habe einige Teile bestellt und auf Deutschland liefern lassen hat nicht mal eine Woche gedauert und war eine super Qualität! Bestelle auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke weiter so

Verkeerd onderdeel in goede doos gekregen doos was al hersteld met tape, blijkbaar vroeger retour gestuurd slechts de halve prijs TERUGBETAALD gekregen

I would give them a -5 star if available. I purchased parts (transmission filters and fluid) on there website for 4 different cars for work planned when time allowed. Some of the parts came loose, without packaging or identification in the boxes. Came to find out when trying to service these 4 cars that 2 of the 4 filters were wrong. I found out that i had waited to long to return the parts. I lost $45.92 which I would have spent with them. Note, there search engine specified these parts incorrectly. RockAuto does not have a arbitration for returns

Tried to buy an Antenna for 25.96, when I filled out my address, it informed me to make a change to my zipcode to make sure there were no issues shipping my item and i could receive it promptly. So i followed their advice and the day it was supposed to be here i got an email that my address was wrong, they cancelled my order and were going to refund me $8, NOT the full amount of 25.96!
Very unlikely to ever order anything from these fools again.
The whole thing was a waste of time and money! AVOID!

Purchased a part that took 25 days to get - quoted 5/7 days and cost $110. They want to pay return shipping to get a refund! You cannot speak to a human when trying to contact them. Buyers beware - stay away from this company

I just today purchased a part for my truck and paid the extra money to have it delivered early only to get my invoice stating that it would not be early and there is absolutely no one to contact! So in other words, if you don't want ripped off go somewhere else.
