I love the quality of Rosewe clothing line. They are true to what's being displayed on theme website. Also, the size fits perfectly. Speedy delivery is their another best feature- my orders have already delivered before time and intact. Would highly recommend shopping from them.

I purchased $75.87 worth of merchandise from Rosewe.com on 2/29/16 and after submitting several tickets, and initially receiving several 'canned' responses, I received a response asking me to 'wait in patience.' I submitted several other tickets after waiting 7 working days asking to cancel my order because the status was still listed as 'not shipped'. On 3/10 I received a response from the 'Administrator' apologizing for the delay but stating that the items were 'out of stock' and to please be patient. I submitted another ticket THAT DAY asking to cancel the order again and received a response saying that I will be charged $3 per item to cancel for 'handling'. Excuse me? The items are out of stock... what the hell are they handling? I think it's deceiving & criminal to advertise that an item will ship in 24hrs when in fact the item is actually out of stock. I also think it's fraudulent to charge a fee for handling merchandise that again is out of stock. I made a mistake in ordering from a company that I didn't research first but I am thankful that I used my PayPal account. After learning that the items were out of stock I immediately submitted & escalated a claim & dispute with PayPal. 2 days after PayPal contacted them inquiring of the status, they sent me tracking info (3/14). Wait! What? I submitted 4 different tickets (2 on 3/10,3/11 & on 3/12) requesting to CANCEL yet on 3/16 they respond saying "it's too late to cancel the order because it's been shipped." You dirty bastards! I no longer want the merchandise. & no telling what they've shipped! I immediate placed a call to PayPal. They instructed me to refuse the package once it arrived & once I refuse the package to call them & they will refund my money. So thankful!
Take my advice and DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!

My wife ordered a bathing suit that she thought was very cute. After a week went by, she e-mailed them to find out where her item was as they say they ship within 1-4 days. She was told it had not been shipped and it was still in production (the website said the item was in stock). She was asked to please wait another couple of days. We checked the status of the order again and there was a tracking # on the website, but the company said that item had not yet been shipped. From there we opened up a PayPal dispute and more than a month later after the package was supposedly shipped with the tracking number, it had not arrived and we were awarded a refund. I would definitely not recommend doing business with tis company - it doesn't get any worse that this!
***Update following response received*** Nowhere on the website did it say this item was a pre-sale. The tracking # you gave in the response of this review was available in the Paypal transaction, but Rosewe customer service replied and said it had not yet been shipped after already having the tracking # - which must mean that the tracking # wasn't for the bathing suit and is a bait to try to keep you waiting and nnot taking action to get your money back. I have ordered many things from China and the longest I ever had to wait was 32 calendar days. Note this is calendar days, not business days. According to this tracking #, the package was shipped April 13 - today is day 44 from when it was shipped and 58 days from when the order was placed (which again was not listed as a pre-sale when purchasing). Finally, in the e-mail exchange you had with my wife, you said you would expedite the shipment; so that would mean a faster service than the standard mail that you did use; clearly you did not honour what you said you would do.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use it and if you must - use PayPal so you are protected

Well it seems after reading all of these reviews I may never see my $ again. I spent over $250 on XXL clothing to get me through pregnancy. I made sure the measurements of the advertised clothing met the UK size for size 22-24. After a month I received all the items however the actual measurements varied between UK size 8-12. I contacted the website to report their error and after almost a month the best offer has been they will give me $65 not to send the clothes back, calling that "compensation". I have asked for my complaint to be escalated but I keep being told the person who keeps responding cant approve anything other then $65. First and last time I order clothes online!
Update: Just to clarify things after Rosewe Rep's comments:
I didn't order the wrong size!
I didn't base my purchase on just what the pictures looked like!
I checked each item sizing information on Rosewe website before purchasing, to ensure that it was the measurements I needed.
The items that arrived were NOT THE MEASUREMENTS ON ROSEWE WEBSITE! This is FRAUD -- I don't know how else to make anyone at Rosewe understand this is their fault and not mine - normal "policy" doesn't apply.
Until now all I've been asking Rosewe to contribute to the cost of returning their goods and then a full refund.
After reading so many more complaints about Rosewe not returning money when they are returned items, I no longer trust Rosewe to return any money even if I do send the products back.
I've had numerous interactions with Rosewe Customer Service, although they obviously have no idea what customer service is about. So far the best offer I can still get is for them to give me $65 to go away and let them keep over $200 of my money.
I will be lodging my complaint with Consumer Affairs and PayPal, who will be able to do more about this scam website. I'd recommend anyone that has had the misfortune of doing business with them, don't wait too long before doing the same.

If you are not sure about the size, you are welcome to chat with the online service. As for your order, we support refund too. But you will need to pay for the shipping to you and back.
