Saw a few items mentioned on the Wendy Williams Show and decided to check out the site. I should have gone with my better judgement and stayed away. Maybe I've been spoiled by Amazon but this company is absolutely horrible to deal with. I'm a first -time (and last-time) customer. I ordered over $300 in products, all of which will arrive a different times because they come from different vendors. Ok, no biggie. My order was placed before Thanksgiving and some items will not ship until the week of Christmas. Annoying, but still no biggie. So first item arrives and considering its a metal canister of loose leaft tea, you would think it would arrive well packaged in a decent box, no, it arrived in a ups flat box, thank goodness it didn't get dented (part of a gift). A few days later the next item arrives, only it didn't. Let me explain. I ordered some hair perfume (another gift), came home to a padded envelope that was on my porch but there was a hole in it where it was obviously ripped open. I know no one came on my porch because I have a motion cam. The package was thrown on porch. So somewhere between the vendor and FedEx, the fragrance was taken out. Notified delivery company as well as Rue, surprisingly Rue offered replacement. They then followed up advising the item is no longer in stock and advised i will be refunded. I looked on site and it shows item still in stock. Same day, I received an email advising that a dress I ordered is no longer available and the order has been cancelled and I will be refunded. So now I am getting annoyed and I decide to just cancel everything that has not been shipped. I go through online chat, agent is pleasant but states there is only one item that can be cancelled at this time (this was item due to ship week of Christmas), everything else is on the way. They also offered a $20 credit for the inconvenience that I don't even plan to use. I asked the agent about the hair perfume availability. She confirmed its out of stock but could not explain why the site shows it is still available.
All of this to say, save you time and don't shop on this site. It is a nightmare. You know how it is, see A clothing item you like online, take your measurements to order the correct size based on the designer. A lot of the items were holiday gifts and now I'm just hoping they show up. I like to online shop because I'm a pretty busy person and love the convenience. This site is definitely a NO for me.

It was clearly evident these shoes where not real! And its SHAMEFUL that they would even send them to anyone!
I bought some items before from rue Lala site and had no issue, except mostly very late shipping. The first time on January 27' 2022 I order Chanel quilted bag from this site, when received the quality was so bad looks like cheap made in china fake bag, I called customer service 3 times in a week to ask if I can return the bag and get the return label. Customer service all 3 reps replied I can return and sending me the label but I wasn't getting the label, the 3rd rep create and send me the label, returned the bag but not getting refund when ever I called to check k I get the answer that the return department received the Chanel bag but label wasn't correct so its take little longer to get a refund. Yesterday March 3rd 2022 the rue Lala called me and said they never received the bag, that they mentioned in febuarary month several time with different rep and supervisor that they received the bag now they change the statement and kept the bag and my $3026. 99. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THE QUALITY IS VERY VERY BAD, DISCRIPTION AND PICTURES ARE WRONG AND IF YOIU RETURN YOU WILL LOSE THE ITEM AND YOU MONEY.
