The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
I haven't had a chance to enjoy the rug quite yet, because I'm still waiting for my couch to come in. However, so far everything looks according to the photo. I do think it will take a little while for the rug to fluff out.
As far as purchasing and delivering-everything went smoothly.

Ordered a black and tan rug. Received a black and green one. After about 10 emails back and forth they assured me I had received the right item (I didn't). I asked them to look at the link on their own website that I had ordered from---it shows a black and tan rug. Absolutely painful experience from a customer service standpoint.

While company advertise free 30 day easy returns this not at all what I encountered. I was charged 15.00 for a return tag and a 25. Xx return fee. Mine you theyvcharged these amounts to by bank account and the package is still in route. Of course I had a discuss and was promised a fun return.

The rug is nice; however, it came folded rather than rolled and it's been a task to get the folds out. Additionally, it was lost in transit for a while and came slightly opened with edges folded as well.

We understand creases and bunching can be a pain when receiving a new area rug. These are normal and will flatten within 2 -3 weeks as you begin to use your new rug.
Use these tricks to help flatten your rug:
Back Rolling: Roll the carpet out, then roll it back up reversely with the backside up. Let it sit rolled up reversely for a day or 2, or until it flattens out.
Heavy Objects: Lay a piece of heavy furniture or objects on affected areas for a day or 2, or until it flattens out. If the corners are sticking up, curl them back and place heavy objects on affected areas going the opposite way.
Heat: Use this technique as a last resort only. Place the rug over a cleared concrete or area like a driveway or sidewalk setting during dry sunny conditions. Allow the rug to be positioned for optimal sunlight as long as possible to give the rug time to absorb the sun's heat for up to 2 hours, but use more time if needed.
Blow Dryer: If a large concrete patch with optimal sunlight is not accessible, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to affected areas to heat up the creases. Always hold the hair dryer 7 to 12 inches away from the rug going side to side on a medium setting, as heat can sometimes cause backing to melt.

The shopping was good but long. After I finally made a decision (which I never was able to before), plus the 75% sale, the purchasing experience was good.
Delivery was strange. The two rugs and mats came in three different deliveries. And when tracking, the route they took was strange. Was wondering why they started out east of MN yet went through CA and UT. Weird. Did get to know the FedX guy though.
Seemed to have the biggest selection and good prices. Plus I was looking for a 9 x 12 rug which is hard to find locally, especially one that is not traditional.
Seemed to fit my living room plans the best. Gives me a lot of options for decorating. And I'd been starring at this marble-patterned pillow that I'd gotten recently.

Picked the rug, ordered it same day, and voilà 3 days later both the lining and the carpet were delivered! Exactly what I had ordered.
Thick enough for powerful vacuum to easily do its job without sucking in the edges.

Easy to order. Great value. Love the texture of the rug. Was afraid it might be too rough under my bare feet, but it's not at all. I set it outside for a few hours after I received it to get the "natural" smell out (and sprayed it with Febreze). That helped, but smell lingered for about a week (I am sensitive to smells). That eventually went away. I really love it. Especially the fringe. Goes great with my beach bungalow style.

Website was easy to use and the rug came on time. The rug looked as pictured online and is super pretty. As other reviewers noted, the rug is thin and it was a bit creased due to packing. But the creases can't be seen now that it has been sitting out for awhile. I actually prefer thin rugs because I don't trip on them as easily and it is a high traffic area. But you might want a padding underneath if that concerns you.

However, order was delivered a few days later than the anticipated date offered at the time I placed the order. Normally, this might not be a problem but I ordered the rug to arrive during a window I had flown to a home we are preparing to move into and the delivery occurred after I had left. Fortunately, a friend nearby had my garage remote control and was able to put the package in my garage.

Don't except rugs to shipped without having issues. Amazon, Overstock, Wayfair shipped rugs with a carboard tubed so rugs are rolled when shipped. Rugs USA does not, I assume to save on shipping cost. I received a 8'x'10 folded rug wrapped in shrink wrap. I contacted Rugs USA & they said it will lay flat in 2 or 3 weeks. Or take the rug outside & leave in the sun for at least 2 hours. Brilliant! If the seagulls & birds use it for target practice or the rabbit's & squirrels chew on it it will be broken in. The attached photo only shows 25% of the rug. I didn't have enough energy after moving lots of furniture to weigh it down after I was on my hands & knees with a hair dryer for 75 minutes trying to flatten out the wrinkles.

Prices were reasonable and we were able to redo our entire first floor, when were originally prepared to just do one room at a time. The quality and colors are amazing. We've three felines and the carpets clean up with a vacuum and overall are holding up better than anticipated.

I had been rug shopping for quite some time and could never find one that I just loved. I was close to purchasing one from Pottery Barn, but wasn't sure I loved it enough to justify spending the money on it. I just happened to come across Rugs USA and found one I loved even more for a fraction of the cost! The rug shipped out super fast! My only complaint is it arrived FedEx and they are not the best at delivering packages on time. Other than that, it was a great experience!

I purchased a runner allegedly on sale for $100 from original price of $250. It arrived today and it is absolute garbage. I am returning the rug and see that I will be charged $25. The rug is not worth $25, let alone the $100 I paid. I would be embarrassed to have this rug seen in my house.

My package finally arrived 5 days later while costumer service had no idea where it was. I was calling them everyday trying to figure out where it was. When they were going to finally send me a replacement it randomly showed up. It came folded which has led to many wrinkles and it's been extremely hard to flatten out.
I have had previous from there and have been fine. But this one was terrible.

I received my beautiful rug, the quality is great and looks exactly as shown in the pictures.
I had an issue with their service though, I needed to fix my address and I talked to 3 different people throughout the week and their information differed making me insecure about if I would receive or not the rug in the right place.
My address had a misspelling and I called y'all to fix it and I was informed in my first contact that it was done and I'd receive a new tracking number within 48 hours, I had to have a second contact after the deadline bc I did not receive the tracking number, so I had to go through all the same process again, but still didn't work. My third contact was through the chat service where I got most disappointed because the information differed and the person said that could not insure I'd receive my rug and also asked me to keep checking throughout the next 48 hours to make sure it wasn't misplaced, exactly what I was trying to avoid since day one.
I was in contact with y'all since at least 5 days before trying to avoid a problem and read that anyone did or could do anything to help me was frustrating.
I could fix the problem by myself throughout the FedEx website where I asked them to drop it off at their facility for pick up.
Because a friend recommendation, good deals, and quality
I liked the style, material, and color.

The other reviews do not lie…this rug is SOO soft and you dont even need a rug pad! I got the runner size. At first i wasn't loving the multi colored white, grey, olive colors but it actually blends really well and gives it texture! I put it in a low traffic area so i have not seen any huge pulls in the rug. (i have a dog with long nails too). Highly recommend would love this rug in a larger size.

There are some outdated/ not very cute rugs you have to filter out. But after that there are so many rugs that are perfect and it's hard to choose from. I always recommend rex USA to my friends family and coworkers because I think they're really good quality and a good price.

The rug is cute but there's a lot of hard pieces in it. I bought It so my baby didn't have to crawl and play on a hard floor. I ended up having to put it in a different room because the pieces kept hurting his knees. Some of them are sharp.

I received a rug and pad after the second order through customer service. They are great, but the first order never arrived, even though it said online that it had been delivered. It took several weeks (2 phone calls) to resolve the problem from my first order until the second order arrived.

Rug runner was way too big for the rug, had to cut it and I'm 8 months pregnant so that was fun. Also the rug has to be vacuumed by itself as it takes up all the room in the dirt collection part. Otherwise we love it!

It is completely normal for rug pads to show beyond your rug and rug pads are meant to be trimmed to perfectly fit underneath your area rug.
We suggest taking the following steps to get the perfect trim:
1. Pick the perfect spot for your area rug!
2. Lay your rug pad down where you'd like your area rug
3. Lay your area rug on top of your rug pad
4. If possible, leave your rug pad and area rug out for about 24-48 hours to allow all of the creases to relax before trimming
5. Once the creases have relaxed, use fabric scissors to
1. Vertically trim your rug pad
2. Horizontally trim your rug pad
6. Vacuum the rug to remove any air-bubbles from trimming the rug pad
7. Place your furniture back in place and enjoy your new area rug!

Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase. But this is the first rug I have purchased from Rugs USA where the color in real life was not consistent with the color online. Blues/greens were inconsistent and not what I was expecting.
Shipping process was very strange. Delivery estimate kept changing/being pushed back. Product left Rugs USA very quickly, but FedEx was very slow. The information available from the tracking site was inconsistent with my actual delivery experience.

I'm an interior designer and these were not rugs! I've done washable rugs before - multiple times. These were basically heavy fabric with print. Sent back and awaiting getting part of my money back. Still waiting.

Always come to Rugs USA as my first stop when I need a rug :) this is maybe my 3rd or 4th I've bought from here.
Edited after most recent order: received the wrong rug and was told it was due to color differences on "screen." That is absolutely false. The trim was cream on the rug I received and dark brown on the rug pictured on the site. Support still insisted that It was color difference. :( not a great experience bc of that. Sending back due to this. The support agent did help get a return ticket issued quickly, though, so I'm pleased with that.
Support insisted that the color differentiation i received in my rug was due to “screen” differences. That has to be false because the trim is light cream on the rug I received and dark brown on the rug on the site. I sent photos and they still insisted it was screen color differences. It was pretty blatantly obvious it couldn’t have been THAT different :(
Overall the agent did issue a return order quickly so that was nice. Sending it back soon.
