The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
I overlooked the color of the area rug I ordered - however, it was such that I could still use it. I'll be more observant in the future. The color and quality were nice and certainly usable, so no harm done.
Saw the ad and thought perhaps your cleaner would be as good as your rugs are and hopefully better than anything on the market now - all of whom seem to be ineffective

Received my first order and thru error rec'd two separate shipments of the same item. Upon receipt I realized I wanted different color. I got complete cooperation in returning the two rugs and getting the color I wanted. Outstanding service and I will definitely order my future rugs from them. Very satisfied with the quality.

After my wife ordered a rug from the website, she elected to return it due to a texture issue. She printed a return label, using Fedex (per Rugs USA). As of yet I have been unable to return it because when I went to do so at Walgreen's they advised me that their account with Fedex will not allow them to do so.
Also, for a total invoice of over $128.00, I am being assessed a fee of over $26.00 for return shipping. Easy Returns? NOT Also I have a prof of purchase in the form of the return label which the shipping vendor will not accept. Rugs USA needs to address their problem.

I ordered four rugs from Rugs USA. Out of the four, two of them were ok (and I mean just ok) the other two looked nothing like the pictures on the website and were worn out and faded. After calling several times and being disconnected and emailing for a return slip (which they one sent one) I was no longer able to return the rugs. I will NEVER buy from this site again. Horrible experience and out $500

But everything was quick and easy, with great selections for size needed. 12 x 18. The rug was quite heavy and the FedEx driver dumped it at the street. Once we got a neighbor to help we were please with therug and fit.

Bought this rug based on positive reviews. This rug was delivered folded instead of rolled and shrink wrapped. Because of this, the creases are impossible to get out and it looks awful. The border on all ends are lumpy and look terrible.

I ordered two rugs. One was perfect for my home, and the other was a beautiful rug but not quite right for the area intended. Rugs USA sent me a return slip and I took re-boxed the rug and took it to Fed Express. I have not yet received the credit for the returned rug.

The photos of this rug make it look as though it is a rug with rich warm colors. Instead the rug has a shine to it that prevents you seeing anything but white if you're looking from a certain direction. If you go to the other side of the rug you can see the colors. Very strange. I am leaving it and hoping that foot traffic and wear on the rug will make it better.
I have ordered in the past from here and been pleased.
This rug kept catching my attention every time I scrolled. I loved the colors and the richness and warmth that it appeared to have. But that is not the case in real life.

I love that this rug is washable. Aside from design, that was the second reason I bought it. Looking at some other reviews, I was glad to see my rug's letters came in ABC order. The color is more of a blue/gray color. Not what I was expecting, but thankfully it still goes with the room. My biggest complaint would be that the letters are not centered in the rug. One "side" of the circle has a large section of blue space from the top of the letters to the edge of the rug. And across the rug on the other "side" the tops of the letters are almost hanging off, no blue space above the letters. I notice it, I don't think guests would.

I got a blue shag rug, the reviews seems great and the pictures looked fantastic. When I got the rug it smelled weird, didn't uncurl for over two weeks, and then I had to put heavy things on top to ensure it would lay flat. Mostly I'm upset with the quality of the rug. It doesn't look as pictured. The rug looks cheap, if you walk on it you can see every little speck of dirt/fuzz/lint, and the tread count is so low on the rug you can see gaps. It just looks awful.
I had heard good things about Rugs USA.
I needed a new rug because my old one was ruined.

The ordering process was good and the delivery was fast. The rug is very cheaply made. It is a shag and is so thin you can see the backing through it. Not really happy with that, but the color was exactly as I expected.

I was looking for a kitchen rug to break up some of the black and white and wanted something to cover most of the floor. The rug I chose was a black/white/grey woven oval which was going to replace the smaller mats I had in front of my sink and stove. It also reminded me of my grandmother, and fit with my industrial/farmhouse theme.
This is the third rug I have purchased from Rugs USA. They offer quality made rugs at a fair price.
My kitchen needed a refresh and that was going to be the rug to do it:-).

Had to re-route (my fault) but it took an exceptionally long time to get here.
The rug is ok, but expected more for the price.
The picture represented a lot of gold color - but the actual rug had more orange and very little gold.
Just fine. They explained that the rug re-routing would be handed over to the carriers, and I just had to wait to see if the carrier accepted the re-route.
My neighbor suggested it.

I've purchased several rugs from here - totaling over $2000. 00. It seems every rug I purchased has HORRIBLE shedding or wears very quickly. One rug even had its threads pulling out. I contacted them and since it wasn't within 30 days, they won't return or exchange them, or even give me a discount! I sent pictures and all!

Ship time was great, but the quality of the 8x10 wasn't as good as other 3 rugs I purchased. The stitching on 2 edges was very loose & coming apart. I was able to cover them with furniture, hoping they will not get any looser.

Do NOT order a rug from this company! I was sent the wrong rug, and upon contacting customer service, was given the worst "service" I have ever received. They told me for weeks that I could exchange for the correct item, but everytime i asked for an update, I was told to ask for a few more days. After weeks of this, they told me the item was now back ordered for months and I wouldn't be receiving it. This experience has been nothing but a hassle, please do NOT give these people your business, it is not worth the struggles!

I took advantage of the Labor Day Sale and I am very happy with the two rugs I bought. The look and quality are great for the "on sale" price. I probably would not be as happy with it if I had paid full price as I do not think the quality is there. Shipping was fast! And I did not have to manage to get it from a store to my house, it all came to my front door.
Customer service was friendly and took care of my issue in a timely manner.

Purposely sent me the wrong rug knowing they were out of the one I ordered. Then proceeded to tell me I had to rewrap it in my own wrapping, print the label and send it back to fedex! All a huge inconvenience for something that was not my fault at all! Then they only refunded me a portion of what I paid. When I asked them why, they said it was a mistake and they'd refund me the balance. Still waiting. Horrific customer service and a joke of a company.

I wish I could give this company a good rating, but I can't. I waited and waited all month for this rug to arrive, however, I never once received a shipping update. 20 days went by, and I began speaking with customer service, who admitted to printing my shipping label but basically doing nothing with it. They were not very helpful or kind. It amazes me how they can run all kinds of ads, but they can't fulfill an order. It's been 23 days now, and still no shipping updates. I'm starting to think I was scammed. They sent me the rug mat the first week, and it wasn't even in a box. It was just sitting on my porch, which I thought was really suspicious at the time. The rug was supposed to come in a separate shipment, but yeah... I don't even see it coming at this point. I felt so stupid and invalidated when I spoke to customer service the first time that I'm afraid to even request a refund.
