The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
My first rug was left out in the weather by the delivery service. The rug was wet and stinky when we found it. I called rugs USA and they replaced it no questions asked. Got the new rug within the week.

I've purchased two rugs from Rugs USA so far, and the first one was a jute rug that was a bit messy. It shedded quite a bit, but after a year or so, that slowed a bit. I guess that's to be expected for jute, however. The second rug has been absolutely beautiful and perfect. Very happy with both purchases!

I ordered a rug and after a few days of opening it. I noticed that by toddler had serval bites on his legs. At 1st I thought they were mosquito bits. But it kept getting worse. So I actually sat on the rug myself and looked all around me. And saw them moving through the rug. So I called customer service and they offered to send me another rug. I told them I don't anything else from them and that pissed the guy off. He was so rude. Told me to send the rug back to get a refund. Do not buy. BED BUGS!

I ordered my rug almost a month ago. My rug was supposed to be delivered at the end of the week and never was. I have called every week since and was told each time to wait 3-5 days for a tracking code to be sent and still have not received one. No one will tell me if and when my rug will be sent out. And I can not get a hold of anyone with actual information. Very sketchy and upsetting

"Risk free" returns = you must pay for shipping return but we don't mention that anywhere.
$140 in total to return = also add another $100+ in a return fee we never told you about but you won't find out until we don't refund you the correct mount of money.
5-7 days for refund = I received a refund ~30 days later (for less than agreed).
I will never use RugsUSA again.

I purchased some rugs on 7/6/2020. Wanted shipping to be delayed a few days (we're moving into a new house, and I needed the rugs to be delayed a few days but wanted to take advantage of the July 4th sale). I called shortly after placing the order, and the representatives assured me that they will be able to delay the order after I get a shipping confirmation. I just needed to call back after getting a shipping confirmation email. After getting a shipping confirmation, I call back to try to confirm the delay, and the representative tells me that in fact they cannot delay the order, and I also cannot cancel because there was already a shipping confirmation. Will never be purchasing from this company again

I ordered 3 rugs with "Standard" grip pads. The rugs were satisfactory. The pads were not as expected and wished to return two unopened pads. Rugs USA requested pictures of the produce prior to return. Rugs USA said to wait a day for an email to reply with photos of each pad. I waited many days and finally received an email that said my issue would be closed. I replied with copies of the pads as instructed. I am still waiting fir a shipping label and instructions for return.

This was supper simple and satisfying. The rug was easy to unroll. I took the advice of other customers and placed something heavy on the edge of the rug that was on the inside of the roll. I left it weighted down over night and the next day it laid flat with no trouble. I will totally order from them again.
The huge selection caught my attention and the reviews were full of good information.
The cost is extremely reasonable.

I got the wrong item, twice. They withheld the refund. I would have liked the correct rug instead of the refund, but they couldn't manage that. Still argue about the refund, even though it is clearly their mistake. There's better places to get cheap rugs.

Ordered online. Received rug fairly quickly. The label was stuck to the rug and was very difficult to tear off without pulling out some of the fibers. Very irritating but it didn't ruin the carpet. Great rug otherwise.

I hope this is the entryway runner we have been looking for and it washes well. Update. It is very thin and a weird material. Haven't washed it yet so I guess time will tell if it's better than my last jute runner. The pad I bought is not very wide but it will do.

I very much like the quality of my rug but was very disappointed that the rug was not the same color as the picture. I wanted black and white, as shown, but the rug is black and beige. Your return process is a monster so I am keeping it but won't buy another from your site.

I am very, very pleased with the quality of the rugs I purchased. When I received them I was hesitant about putting them in the washing machine but am happy to report that I worried needlessly, they came out great!
Took a chance on a Facebook ad.
Needed a couple of reasonably priced, washable 3 x 5 rugs for my entry. I liked the patterns and found the on line photographs to be accurate representations of the actual rug.

The rug pad was delivered promptly but it took a couple weeks for the rug to arrive and I was not provided with a tracking number. The colors of the rug were great with the black and white design with the color pop inlay. The quality of the rug is not what I hoped. Within the first week the inlay became unattached which will catch every time I vacuum or someone walks over it. The inlay is just sewn on top of the weave. It would be better if this was actually woven into the rug. The rug seems more of an outdoor rug than an indoor rug.
Good price.

The first product was covered in mold and the replacement was full of holes. We had to pay a hefty amount to ship the first one back so we don't want to pay to return the second one and also risk another damaged product. We will not be back.
