If I could give them a zero, I would. We ordered a rug in January, and I received an email that it would ship March 14. It didn't, and I called to ask about it. They said it was delayed a week. Same thing happened the next week, and the next, and this week they said it would be in stock April 6. The person on chat assured me I would get an email from him with a status update the next day, April 6. I got no email, and when I reached out, now they're saying May 7. If it's back ordered, that's fine. The absolute lack of communication from their side is horrible. Every update I received is because I called them, even when one of their reps said they would email me. They have my email, and my phone number - I got the confirmation email. They just couldn't be bothered to reach out. I'll never get a rug from them, regardless of the quality.

I have purchased over a dozen rugs from Rugs USA. I have loved all of them. The great thing is that the prices are so great that it makes it easy to change the look of a room with changing the rugs. Plus with 4 dogs and a cat they get a work out.

I loved the rug. Not to be gross but have cats and hair balls and the rug has spot cleaned perfectly. My only issue is the rug mat came a couple weeks after the rug. But life is not perfect and I am happy with my purchase.

I loved the rug when I first received it and put it down. It really warms up the space and I love the look. It feels soft underfoot. Within the first few days however, the strings started pulling up -- I can only assume it's from my dog's nails. Then, as I tried to vacuum it, more and more strings started pulling up and now get caught in my vacuum cleaner. It looks a mess and I've only had it a short time. I'm really upset that it is so delicate that it can't even be vacuumed.

So thin, unable to vacuum. I am unable to purchase a 6 foot pad for this runner. I only purchased it a couple of weeks ago. It is so thin it cam folded up in a small bag I am not thrilled with the purchase.

Check out, and shipping was fast and easy.
But, when I actually looked at the rug, the color that I thought was rust was actually coral so that was a little startling. Depending on how you look at it the color will change

We ordered this rug based on the rugs USA catalogue but upon delivery found out the color was much brighter than we expected. This led us to return the rug. We ordered one rug previously and liked it and kept it.

It was all through the website while requesting a return. No issues.

My rug was delayed, and I called to check on the delivery. Rugs USA was very good - checking the tracking on the rug, and assuring me that it should be delivered soon. It was, and it's an excellent rug - just what I was looking for.

It is great found what I wanted but when it came to laying the runners the premium padding doesn't hold the carpet. The carpet slides across it and the carpet is lumpy and won't lay flat. It's been down for weeks but no change.

The original order was for 2 identical rugs. The order was shipped to the wrong address. We contacted the company, explained the issue and they sent a replacement order. The replacement order was sent to the same WRONG address and they only shipped out 1 rug (supposed to be 2). So here we are weeks later, no rugs and now the order has been cancelled due to a mistake made by the company. Not good customer service at all. Also, the 15% discount is insulting. Keep your discounts and your clueless customer service. We will be ordering elsewhere.

We bought a plain silver shag like rug for our new nursery and we love it. Our dogs love it as well. It fits perfect and it's so soft. Very happy with our choice.

Nice website etc. But what I ordered and what I received could not be more different. I ordered a very brightly colored geometric rug and instead I got rug of all light toned grays. I'm too busy to go through the process of packing it up, getting the RMA and sending it back. So I'm keeping it. It's a nice rug, looks good; it's just not what I ordered.

Good. Beautiful color. Looks like good quality. Love the fringe on the rug. I am awaiting the delivery of the Maui Blue Color in this rug which is on a separate order from this rug. I am looking forward to receiving that rug as well.

The choices are fantastic and the rugs are quality! I've been searching for a 5×7 area rug with a matching 12ft. Runner for a long time. I was thrilled when I found these and they go so well in the space, I didn't even have to paint!

I bought three rugs and all smelt musty and felt damp when I opened the boxes and unrolled them. I was jot satisfied with the overall quality and found they were made in India. For some reason I thought the rugs were made in the UsA.

The rug was exactly the way it looked on the site, the "view it in your room" feature really helped me make a decision. The only issue is that when it arrived it has a really strong artificial/chemical smell, fortunately after a day in the room with all the windows and doors wide open the smell is gone.

I love the rug but it took a long time for it to arrive. I knew it was back ordered until a certain date but it was two weeks after that that After I made a phone call to the company to check on it they shipped it out. Almost like they forgot my order

There were no surprises in ordering our rug from Rugs USA. The colors were as expected and the shipping experience was as we were told. We're happy with our rug!

I found the lamps for far below the price on other websites. They shipped and were received within two days. I think one of the lamps had been received and returned. A piece of the switch was loose in the box and scraped the paint down to the metal in a couple of spots, but the same piece was in place on the lamp itself. I used chalk paint to repair the lamp and kept it. The second lamp was in perfect condition.

Returned the rug, to get a different color. Was sent the same incorrect color TWICE.
Was just a hassle to handle all the exchange/returns when the warehouse kept sending the incorrect color.
Finally on the 4th try got the rug I ordered. Won't be buying from here again.

Everything from the true to picture to the size of the rug was great- just it seems to collect grass and leaves, and we don't even wear shoes in the house.

First time I've bought from you so we'll see how it goes. Received the rug and love the colors but it won't lay flat in the middle of the rug. It's not a crease…it's like it's not made right and makes the rug appear cheap

This was definitely a hit! I ordered the rug and it arrived in a few days. Wrapped nicely so it was very clean.
The colors were perfect and so much prettier in person. I am so happy with this purchase.
