The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly

My leather pouf, which I really really like, was delivered to the sidewalk in front of my complex. Delivery was to be oceanfront lower apartment. This meant I, who am over 80 years old had to push it from the street to oceanfront. Easy if you're 16

The shipping experience was horrible. The rug was scheduled to be delivered when no one would be home. This isn't a small box FedEx can tuck in a corner, it's a 70lb 10x13 rug! When I called customer service to change the delivery date they said they couldn't do that. I couldn't do it through FedEx and the FedEx office is an hour away. Make sure you'll be home to receive your shipment. Rugs USA, use a better shopper.

I ordered my rug over a week ago and still do not have the rug. Same thing happened to me that I have been reading about in most of these negative reviews... Fed Ex tracking keeps pushing the delivery out... in my case it was loaded onto the wrong truck.
I live in Maine. Rug shipped from NJ. At last update it was in Kentucky. I had to Google the phone number of Rugs Usa because their number is nowhere on their website... GEEZ I WONDER WHY?
I called and spoke to someone with a HORRIFIC accent who I barely understood only to find out that the was loaded onto the wrong truck in Pennsylvania.
I'm so concerned that if I hate the rug, return shipping will be a nightmare.
DON'T order fro this company unless you are used to waiting a loooooong time for your order to arrive.

The rugs that I ordered are amazing -- I especially like the Nuloom runners I ordered. The shipping however took forever, almost 2 weeks to get everything. But, that shipping seems to be a problems for all companies right now.

I ordered a rug from here then immediately (30 minutes later) realized I had ordered the wrong size. I cancelled that order and ordered the right size. Both rugs were shipped to me and I was charged for both. When I contacted the company I was told that to cancel I had to call or email them. NO WHERE on the order confirmation did it say that. I processed the return of the wrong rug online 30 minutes after ordering it and no where was I alerted to call or email. I was told that I would have to pay myself to return the rug - over $100 to return it! I have complained to my credit card and to BBB.

The 5x8 rug we received was defective. We did get a partial refund, but then only a week later, we found other colored threads unraveling throughout the rug! You need to contact the manufacturer and tell them about this! Love the look of the rug, but super disappointed in the quality.

This is the second time that I have ordered a rug from Rugs USA and both times I had shipping issues. The first time my rug was lost in shipment and then randomly showed up weeks later. This time my rug showed it was delivered but it wasn't delivered to my address. I called RUGS USA and they informed me that I would have to wait 5 days to put a claim in for the missing rug. I hung up the phone and called the shipping company and asked them to locate the item. It was then delivered to me within the next 12 hours.
Was told I’d have to wait 5 days before I could file a claim for my missing rug. I contacted the shipping company myself and received my order within 12 hours

Beware, this company has no ehics. I am about to call my credit card company to report a fraudulent claim! My order is ws*******! If you do not refund my full purchase amount now I will be forced to report the claim! You sell me 2 products that go together! You send the one product that is of no use to me! You did not ask if that was okay! I want my credit card to be credited for the full amount of my purchase!

The product selection and ordering process was excellent.
We are very happy with the 2 rugs and underlay
The value is excellent. Communication was good.
The 4 items were shipped as individual packages.
Each package had different delays (some due to bonafide weather and local flooding) and each arrived separately. This resulted in lots of follow up, scheduling, arrangements and days of wasted time.
When shipments did arrive Fed Ex jleft them just inside our building door.
The largest rug was left outside the building door.
We would strongly prefer a single consolidated shipment delivered to our condo door.
This delivery experience was such that we will will think carefully about using RugsUSA again.
Customer service was responsive and helpful.

I placed an order for a rug and my credit card notified me that I was charged double so I called to cancel one of the rugs and was informed that I couldn't cancel it but they would call and get it canceled for me. I still received two rugs and was still charged for two rugs and was not going to pay almost half of what one rug cost to send it back
I was told that one of my rugs would be canceled since it was a double order for the same rug and it never happened so I was very dissatisfied with customer service

I was looking for a washable area rug and came across Rugs USA. The item arrived on time and I was really surprised with how much I love this rug! I thought the pricing on this rug was great too considering area rugs are SO expensive. Very happy and will buy our living rug with Rugs USA too.

Ordered two Mohawk floor mats early in January. Both paid for via credit card. Received one Jan15. Notified RugsUSA that only one was received via email provided on RugUSA website. As of Jan29, after endless emails and promises to ship the second mat, Mary A Joy with RugsUSA sent an email with a tracking number, but no info on how to track. Tried to respond and email is now blocked. Called customer service and after a long hold while they investigate, I was told they are not responsible for the failure of their vendors! They'll gladly take your money as a middle man, but accept no responsibility if the vendor does not deliver the items. Go to Amazon. At least they will intervene and mitigate on your behalf if vendor fails to deliver.

Ordered a 9'11 rug. Just not the right color. Customer service very sweet in phone however, returning a large item is very difficult. $50 return label with a 3 day expiration. Went to spam in email missed the expiration period. Rugs USA wouldn't issue another return label. UPS wanted $188 to return large rug which cost more than rug. After begging rugs USA for another return label I was issued one. 3 day expiration again, needed to find someone to carry this rug to fedex. Difficult to get item to a fedex then fedex would not wrap needed to go to Home Depot to wrap huge rug. As a small person this was an awful experience. Wayfair has a convient and free return. I will never deal with this company again due to hell experience returning a cheap rug. Not worth the purchase.

I had an issue where I was double charged by Rugs USA and it was $735, after given the run around and talking to quite a few rude customer service reps I am still out $735. Customer service didn't seem to care because it wasn't their money at stake, they couldn't figure out what was going on and even after sending them a picture of my bank statement and me being double charged nothing was done. I am still missing $735 from my account. Worst company ever. Then when I got my rugs from them they were absolutely NOTHING like the picture, when I emailed a picture to customer service of the rug I was basically told some pictures don't look exactly like the rug. The title was listed as a red rug and I got a faded orange (like it had been sitting in a sunroom then returned and resold), it not only wasn't like the picture on the website but it wasn't even like the pictures on the reviews. This company is a scam selling cheap rugs and stealing people's money.

I moved into a new house with hardwood floors EVERYWHERE. Short story, tried to buy 1500 worth of rugs. The order said processing for two weeks. Called customer service. They said it was a problem with my card, but they had taken the payment from my account. Called customer service about that issue. They said they would cancel the order and it would take about 3-5 business days before my refund showed in my account. So, desperate for rugs I reorder my same order.
Long story short, the NEVER REFUNDED ME MY FIRST ORDER AND NOW I AM DEALING WITH MY BANKS DISPUTE DEPARTMENT to get my money back. Be careful with this company. Something smells fishy.
