The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
I purchased two rugs and pads Rugs USA. When they arrived they weren't even what I ordered. I spent $208.00. I called immediately and they emailed me a shipping label. I sent everything back to them. I received a credit for $30.00. I called again and they told me that they only received one rug pad back. I told them I sent it back all in one box and I wanted my entire refund, in the amount of $208.00, exactly what I paid. They told me that there was a restocking fee that totaled $57.00. I told them I wasn't paying anything since they sent me something other than what I ordered. Long story short it took me four phone calls and weeks to get all of my money back. I will never order from this company again and either will my family or friends! They advertise easy returns at no charge! I don't think so! The rug looks exactly as described and is cute. It's a not a heavy pile rug, which I expected. I'm putting it on carpet in my office, so that's actually what I was looking for.

Love this rug and have wanted it for awhile. Thick and lays down pretty quickly after unwrapping versus other rugs in the past. Due to the texture, it does initially shed but seems better now.
Had this rug saved on Pinterest for awhile and finally decided to purchase.

I recently purchased a (3) matching rugs for my home. The large one MUST HAVE BEEN RETURNED by someone else because it came folded not rolled, we can not get the creases out, the smaller one curled at the ends and is constantly tripping me, did not bother to open the third one. Total waste of money.

We ordered two rugs from this site because they had a Black Friday sale. The first rug shipped quickly, the second rug was "backordered" and would ship 3mo later.
Several months went by and we never heard from them, so we called and they said the second rug was delayed another 6mo. Thanks for letting us know.
So we decided to get a different, but similar looking rug that was in stock. It arrived within a few weeks.
We called and tried to get our money back for the original rug, they said the check would be in the mail without 10-15 days. We called back 15 days later and they said the check would be in the mail within 6-8mo.
Overall we've been very unhappy with the customer service. Their communication is awful. They say they will "call us back" within a few hours, yet we never hear from them.
Will keep annoying them until they give us our money back and then we're telling everyone we know to avoid this company.

So, let's review. I ordered a rug a week ago. I called for order status last Friday and was told the rug had not left the warehouse. Then today I get an email saying I cancelled the order and a credit has been issued. I DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER - THAT IS A BOLD LIE. So I called your less than stellar customer service and find the rug is out of stock and you canceled the order. Why did it take a week to realize you were out of stock? Why do you lie about such things? I thought it sucked that it took a week for delivery in the first place, and now after waiting a week you pull this $#*!? What a horrific way to treat customers. Incompetent liars.

You pay for a rug when the shipping label is "created", but that doesn't mean that the rug has shipped. When you call customer service, all one gets is the runaround. Placed on incessant hold, where nobody comes back on the line. If you call back and ask to speak with a supervisor, you also get put off, "he was in a meeting". Its nonsense. They will not refund the money. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE MORONS.
