The rug looks exactly as described and is cute. It's a not a heavy pile rug, which I expected. I'm putting it on carpet in my office, so that's actually what I was looking for.

Love this rug and have wanted it for awhile. Thick and lays down pretty quickly after unwrapping versus other rugs in the past. Due to the texture, it does initially shed but seems better now.

The rug is beautiful and as described. Although I've had it for 3 weeks the corner already has some threading coming out. Nervous to see if it continues to get worse or happened anywhere else.

Love the discount. It's fit in the area I love. I wish it had more fluff with the rug. It is soft and nice.

Website is so responsive. Pricing is great. Rug as described and after a few days even the corners laid flat

I recently purchased a (3) matching rugs for my home. The large one MUST HAVE BEEN RETURNED by someone else because it came folded not rolled, we can not get the creases out, the smaller one curled at the ends and is constantly tripping me, did not bother to open the third one. Total waste of money.

We ordered two rugs from this site because they had a Black Friday sale. The first rug shipped quickly, the second rug was "backordered" and would ship 3mo later.

Several months went by and we never heard from them, so we called and they said the second rug was delayed another 6mo. Thanks for letting us know.

So we decided to get a different, but similar looking rug that was in stock. It arrived within a few weeks.

We called and tried to get our money back for the original rug, they said the check would be in the mail without 10-15 days. We called back 15 days later and they said the check would be in the mail within 6-8mo.

Overall we've been very unhappy with the customer service. Their communication is awful. They say they will "call us back" within a few hours, yet we never hear from them.

Will keep annoying them until they give us our money back and then we're telling everyone we know to avoid this company.

Found what I was looking for in a textured jute rug for our living room. Ordering process was easy and quick delivery! It is just as pictured. Lovely.

The small round area rug arrived with some of the stitching defective which created a hole in the center. Customer service was very good and refunded my money.

This rug is even prettier than the picture! It looks great in my room. Colors are perfect.
Price was reasonable. Quality is very good.
Delivery was fairly quick.

Good prices with sale. I wish there were more colors to choose from. But the quality of the area rugs I bought for my kids' bedrooms was great.

The huge selection on the Rugs USA website gave us so many options, our biggest challenge was narrowing down our choices! We love our new rug and it arrived quickly with absolutely no issues.

Placed an order in November 2019 for 2 matching rugs. One was delivered the other was on backorder. It took me contacting them to find out that the second was never going to be delivered. Then, overnight, they cancelled it. Want me to pay to send back the first one. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Like both of the rugs and the lamps. On time deliver even during this difficult period when other companies are dealing with back orders and delays. Thanks!

The first delivery was incomplete and the customer service resolved the situation in 5 minutes or less. Perfect!

I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this rug. It was a great value and is really well made. Better than expected and quickly delivered. Just ordered another rug for another room.

It is cheap looking and very different than picture. It took almost 2 months to get here. I am also now needing to pay for the return.

The customer service is fantastic. I received a replacement for an original order that arrived wet and musty smelling. The new rug is much better. Great experience.

I love every rug I've purchased and so far they've been extremely stain resistant. I get compliments on them from every person that walks in my house!

It's so hot in the summer, but it's hard to stay inside. We extended our indoor space by purchasing a soft outdoor rug and mat for our screened-in porch - which is perfect for our busy one year old!

So, let's review. I ordered a rug a week ago. I called for order status last Friday and was told the rug had not left the warehouse. Then today I get an email saying I cancelled the order and a credit has been issued. I DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER - THAT IS A BOLD LIE. So I called your less than stellar customer service and find the rug is out of stock and you canceled the order. Why did it take a week to realize you were out of stock? Why do you lie about such things? I thought it sucked that it took a week for delivery in the first place, and now after waiting a week you pull this $#*!? What a horrific way to treat customers. Incompetent liars.

You pay for a rug when the shipping label is "created", but that doesn't mean that the rug has shipped. When you call customer service, all one gets is the runaround. Placed on incessant hold, where nobody comes back on the line. If you call back and ask to speak with a supervisor, you also get put off, "he was in a meeting". Its nonsense. They will not refund the money. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE MORONS.
