Despite confusion over a Cyber Monday promo, they were quick to respond and solve my issue. My rug arrived yesterday (10 days early!) and it's gorgeous.

Beware of this company before you buy. On the website there is not chat option that works, the phone number states they "cannot process customer service over the phone", the only option is to e-mail, which takes days to get a response. We ordered our rug on December 11, we received the wrong rug. After contacting them and finally getting a response, they wanted more information which took even longer to hear back from. They finally scheduled a pick up time for UPS to come get the wrong rug... It is now January 3,2020, and we do not have a rug. They have our money still and we do not have anything to show for it. I e-mail them almost daily asking for an update, all I get back is to be patient, nothing else about my order of why its taking so long to ship. I am going to wait a few more days (as I really liked the rug I ordered) and then I will request a refund. It doesn't seem right that they can keep my money and I have nothing to show for it, not even a tracking number. Do not order, no matter how "good" their prices seem. This hassle is not worth it. I've also requested expedited shipping on the correct rug and a partial refund for all of this trouble, and nothing... Be very aware and do your research like I wish I had done.

I have been looking at rugs for quite awhile and I liked the variety and easy ordering. I liked the ease of looking at your rugs but I didn't like the difficulty of eying it delivered and It looked different live than online so I don't think Ivwill ever buy a rug online againx

Easy to order, hit rug faster than expected. It's a round rug and will not lay flat. Has a bubble in the middle. Kind of disappointed about that as rug matches and was what I wanted.

I have ordered on this site before and was happy with item. However, this time around. I opened up my wrapped rug to find what appeared liked bird poop on one end of the rug. :(

The pad came, packaged well, quickly after I ordered. It was not as thick as we had hoped, but it made a surprising difference once we got it in place under our new rug - would recommend!

This rug is perfect for my living room! I was worried that the colors would blend in too much with the tan tiles but it doesn't. It also doesn't look like cheap print but woven instead.

I love my area rug I purchased from Rugs USA. It's beautiful & good quality. Would definitely buy from them again. I have sent the site info to a few people.

The rug arrived way sooner than I expected! On top of that, it looks exactly as pictured and it's very soft. I love it! It's earned a few compliments by friends.

My rug arrived damaged, and I was charged shipping for returning it. There are many suppliers, with the same products that provide free returns, at least for damaged goods. Go there.

The order came 3 days earlier than promised. Color is gorgeous and the quality is on point. I've experienced no shedding at all! Beautiful platinum and dark grey colors show through.

The carpet is beautiful and we are very happy with it. Only one tiny complaint. We wish the premium pad was a little more cushioned. Overall a definite 5 star rating

I bought 3 rugs with what I though had beautiful colors, but when I received them, all 3 rugs were faded and almost white-ish. See pics attached. One is the Multi Clover Medallion Tassel Area Rug and the other is the Blue Tribal Medallion Area Rug.

I received exactly what I expected. A beautiful woven rug. It was also delivered incredibly quickly. This is my second time having a wonderful experience.

This is the 4th rug I've bought from them, its been a great experience every time! Consistently good quality rugs at a great price :)

Please be aware! Rugs USA is a SCAM TYPE of COMPANY. They overpromise and underdeliver. I have spoke with 3 people about my transaction and they all gave me the run around. They didn't even have any respect for the customer at all. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Spend a little extra and get a product from a respectable company that stands behind there products. I had to learn the hard way... $ 287.00 later

We are really pleased with our rug. It arrived in a timely manner and was as described. Being a jute rug, I do wonder how long it will hold up, but so far so good.

Love this rug! Beautiful colors and feel. Wish is was a little more plush I thought the rug pad would help but that was super thin too. Still super cozy and easy to care for.

I like the rug I received, but it was shipped folded, rather than rolled. 2 months later there are still creases in the carpet. The rug was also cut on an angle, not straight so one side is uneven.

Overall great quality. A little more soft and plush than a true cowhide but honestly feels better to walk on than the latter. Just depends on what you're looking for.

My shopping experience was great! I accidentally double ordered on my cell phone and immediately called to change. They helped me cancel my order so I could reorder within minutes!
