The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly

I receive my order and wise a little disappointed in the rug because I thought that it would have all brown color cowhide and not gold Color and the work if I could get a replacement of the road without the gold in it I would appreciate it thank you

I decided to buy some rugs from this company because of a sale and the recommendation of some friends who have never had problems. Unfortunately I have had enough problems with this company for everyone. First - they will ship rug pads first and use that as an excuse to bill your credit card for the entire amount. Then - they may or may not ship your rugs until you call to complain. Some of your rugs might be on "back order" and it will take another 2 weeks plus 10 days for them to refund you - (at least I hope I'll be refunded). Then they will ship two rugs with the same UPS # - at least that is what they tell you when you call. They say they will call UPS - seems they never shipped that rug after all but it is on its way now. Oh guess what - UPS lost your rug and the company can't do anything about it until their investigation is complete - which will be about 10 days from now. Everytime you call customer service they will not have any information to give you - they say they will call you back in 1 day. It usually takes 2 and they only answer half your questions. I will NEVER order from this company again and will file a claim with my credit card.

Ordered a rug weeks ago. Never heard a thing. Finally emailed them and was told that my items would be sent out in 24-48 hours. Nothing happened. I then received the below message:

This is a bit awkward
We are so sorry, but we ran out of one of your items! Sometimes, our products go so quickly that they run out before we know it. (Silver lining: This usually happens when an item is an unexpected hitso it means you have great taste! We're still sorry, though.)
Our warehouse says we won't have more of these until 11/10/2019. We hope you'll wait, but we totally understand if you don't want to. Just reply directly to this email or give us a call at *******210, and we'll cancel any items that are back-ordered, no questions asked.
Again, we're really sorry, and we hope we can fix this and keep you as the valuable customer that you are.

Product was promply delivered. It smelled but the bad scent has since dissipated after rolling it out. The rug color looks darker than website and still does not lie completely flat after a month.

Please learn from my mistake! I bought 3 rugs and the quality was subpar, the one I have now I purchased at Target and is better quality. So I decided to return them and spent over $200 to return them! I took a $200 loss on buying these rugs online- NEVER AGAIN! DON'T DO IT! Go to an actual store and buy them so you can return and not lose your money! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY STUPIDITY!

Please consider when ordering from Rugs USA, they charge you a very high "Return Label Fee" Yes you are able to return your item if returned within 30 days but buyer beware their return label fees are HIGH and you are charged for multiple return labels for every item purchased. I purchased four items, they are charging return labels for each item. No thank you, I will go back to Amazon, their returns are free!
Tip for consumers:
BEWARE returns are within 30 days and you are charged a Return Label Fee, very high fees I might add!
