The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
Easy peasy! Found a rug we thought we'd like, pictures were helpful, the description was helpful. Rug arrived quickly and looks perfect in our office. Very pleased.

I ordered a small rug to be placed under my desk in my bedroom and overall the quality versus the price us great. It's super modern and chic and I am happy that it is washable. Love how it looks!

It was on backorder. So, I knew I'd have to wait patiently. Was touch and go there for a bit towards the end. But it did eventually get to me. Thank goodness.

I fell in love with the color. Having a toddler and two dogs makes it next to impossible to own rugs. I finally bit the bullet and got a washable rug, but not only that... Made sure I got a BLACK washable rug. I am very happy with my choice. The only down side was figuring out our Dyson Animal V6 didn't work on it. Which was a huge bummer. It was about time for an upgrade anyway and got the shark Apex with lift away, and the option to vacuum on shaggy carpet/rugs. Works beautifully.

Easy check out, great price! However, I received the wrong rug. It's the same type of rug,, but it was two tone. It has a border of darker jute braids around an all white braided rug.

I really like this rug! I was not sure how it would look in real life but the colors are really good, they are not too bright/ overly bold but really give my room a nice pop of color.
Both times I called people answered the phone really quickly which is really rare for customer service these days. and were so helpful!
Fast shipping and discounted price
We have a black dog that tracks in red clay so nice that it camouflages everything. I also wanted something somewhat neutral but also with a pop of color that would complement my green cabinets.

Unfolded the rug. It was left flat on the floor outstretched for 2 weeks and I never could get it to lay flat. Poor quality! I have ordered other rugs that I was pleased with but not this one.
I have several other rugs from Rugs USA that I really like.

"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY SAY THEY SELL DIRECT FROM THEIR MANUFACTURER TO CONSUMER/NO THIRD PARTY INVOLVED BUT IT IS ALL A LIE. I PURCHASED 6 RUGS FROM THEM FOR MORE THAN A $1000 AND ONE ITEM FOR $63 GOT DAMAGED AND I INITIATED A RETURN REQUEST AND SOUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ACCOMMODATIONS ON THE RETURN LABEL ONLY FOR THEM TO CANCEL THE ALREADY APPROVED RETURN REQUEST AND COMPLETELY REFUSE TO HELP ME WITH ANY PARTIAL CREDITS OR REFUNDS. DO NOT BELEIVE WHAT THEY SAY ONLINE OR WHAT THEIR CS PPL SAY ON SOCIAL MEDIA. I READ SO MANY BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR CS AND I STILL TOOK A CHANCE AND BOUGHT THROUGH THEM. THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WILL DO THE SAME WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THEIR BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I like the rug very much. Have had it a little over a month and the roll marks haven't come out yet. Also, one of the corners became unglued and my husband re glued it.

The rug looks great in my dining area. It is thin, but ok for the use. It came folded instead of rolled, so it has a few weird bends in the rug that will hopefully flatten with time.

My first go round with Rugs USA was not good. I gave them another chance and the rugs were delivered quickly and in good condition. The rugs themselves are adequate quality, but nothing mind-blowing.
Once I had contacted them, they were helpful. Especially after I voiced my concerns.
It was recommended by a friend.
The look of the products was the determining factor.
