The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
I love my rug but the new way of shipping by folding instead of rolling is just terrible. The rug STILL won't lay flat and makes it look cheap and lumpy. Really don't like the new system.

Love my shag rug. The pile isn't as thick as I thought it would be, but still a VERY nice, sophisticated looking rug. Everyone loves it. Needs a thicker than 1/8" rug pad to go underneath it.

I returned my rug paid to have it returned and 5 weeks later I still don't have my refund. I called many times and the last time they said manager would call me back in a hour. She never called.

The rug arrived in the wrong size. A size that is not listed on the site. I was able to receive a discount but I would have been very happy if my original choice arrived without problems.

I bought a run that was a big percentage off on sale. It was still $190 dollars down from $400+. If I had paid $400+ I would've been so upset. It feels cheap and inexpensive. Very disappointed.

Happy with all of my purchase's. This is the 7th rug i have from rugs usa, and i love every single one! When it comes to style and good quality i chose the best.
One of my purchases had lost during the delivery time and the customer service was very helpful and they resolved the issue!

2 day shipping was not offered when it was advertised
Update, it actually took 2 weeks to get my order after 3 delays and no one wanting to take responsibility for the delays.
They did not help, ended conversation after 2 minutes of no reply, and did not care that my shipping was delayed.

DO NOT ORDER from these people in New Jersey. ZERO Customer Service: Once they FINAALY answer the phone, you get to talk to a call center in THE PHILLIPINES! You cannot track your order as they do not input/update or even assign a tracking number! There is an order number generated (duh) and they take your money. When i e-mail them, the e-mail bounces back... no one actually answers e-mail. This is just disgusting. All I want to know is tracking info and where is the rug!. Next step is to contact my CC Co. What a joke of a company.
