The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
I looked and looked & finally picked one of your rugs. It came & looked just like the picture. The price was pretty good & it arrived in a timely fashion.
They had the colors that I was looking for.

When I received the rug it was not sewed in an area -seam basically coming apart I am in the process of trying to return it And I am having to pay $$ to return it when it is damage good Not a happy customer

It is, understandably, tricky to see the colors via online photos. The rug is lighter than I expected, so I ended up using it in another room. But, it is a lovely rug!

I love this rug. We bought the runner and it really looks great. The pile is high and we had to cut the bottom of the closet door. But it was worth it.

The packaging was horrible - heavy lamp damaged the shade badly. I was going to return it but they allowed me to keep it and offered a full refund. That was appreciated. I donated the lamp.

The rug is amazing! It is good quality and feels nice. However, it has been over a week and the rug is still struggling to settle and flatten even after putting heavy objects on it.

Ordering was easy and delivery was timely. I like the pattern. I placed the rug on top of another rug in my dining room. I have not been able to get the ripples out of the rug.

Rugs came within a week! I then placed another order for another rug! Fast delivery on it also! The price on all of them was better than the Mfg. Store price!
