The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
The rug finally arrived yesterday and it smells like moth balls and mold. This isn't good. I'm hoping for an exchange or a return asap.
No response to my email in these regards, yet. I just sent email this morning.

Great customer service! Our jute area rug arrived covered with black mold in the inner wrapping and they were very prompt in issuing a refund.
As mentioned in previous review, they were prompt in issuing a refund for the jute rug that arrived moldy. Thank you!
