The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
I posted two requests to their customer service email box, I got the response in a 10 mins. It's impressive.

They sent my rugs to the wrong address and then let me know that I would have to take it up with their shipping company or figure out how to get them from San Diego to Pittsburgh where I am.

Great quality, Washes easily with no shrinkage or change in color. I ordered more to use to cover areas that are favorite lounging areas of my dogs.
