The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
The rug seemed very cheaply made. I ordered the exact same rug two years ago and the one I just received seems like I different product

Rug was cut very uneven on both ends.
Called for a replacement. Second rug came just as uneven as the first. Waiting on a credit now.
A new rug was ordered and I was told to keep the first one. Then the second one came and I called again. Told me they would refund my money and I could kee9 both. Waiting on my refund. The rugs are in my garage. Not fit for in the house. Customer service was great.
I expected a good quality product.

It was fast and easy... the packaging was very basic! Just a plastic bag over it, I was expected maybe a cardboard box.

I am happy with the quality of the rugs. We were sent a lamp by mistake, but the company sent the rug as soon as we contacted them.
We were sent the wrong item, but they took care of it very quickly.
