The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I ordered rugs for my new place. When I entered my Address, it had a different Shipping and Billing Address. But when the order was placed, it had the Billing Address same as Shipping Address. I sent an email to customer care almost immediately, but that was of no use. Later called the customer care, they were not able to change the Shipping Address nor were they able to cancel my order. Hope they resolve it soon. Please check your address before you place your order as it is not able to cancel or change the address later.
Extremely happy with the quality but the colours were slightly off from the images. Still very happy with the rugs.

The process of ordering was efficient, the turnaround time from the order time was crazy quick and the rug was as cute as the photo on their website!
I googled cheap rugs. Of the 20 something rugs that popped up from the different rug companies, this was my favorite in my price range.
The rug that I chose was affordable, colorful and cute!

I'm very disappointed that I was not able to "view in my room" all of the rugs that I was interested in - If you have that feature you should be able to view all rugs you have available. I love that feature but couldn't view most of the rugs I was interested in
