The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I ordered rugs for my new place. When I entered my Address, it had a different Shipping and Billing Address. But when the order was placed, it had the Billing Address same as Shipping Address. I sent an email to customer care almost immediately, but that was of no use. Later called the customer care, they were not able to change the Shipping Address nor were they able to cancel my order. Hope they resolve it soon. Please check your address before you place your order as it is not able to cancel or change the address later.

I had a bunch of your wool rugs in my last house. The pebble rugs were some of my favorites, was glad to find you still made it 5 years later to buy matching runners for my new house
