The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly

Horrible product. Feels cheap and is a flat lay carpet - not a 1/2" thick carpet, as advertised. Do not waste your money - learn from my mistake! To return it I will have to be out 1/3 of the money I put into the rug. Aggravating since not only was it described as thicker there is also a blue tint to some of the grays making it unusable in the intended room.
Saw the same rug for 5 times the price on another site. Should've purchased there as returns are easier and less costly.
Thought it would go in my room and deceptive advertising.

I always order my rugs from here and they come in great condition. I ordered one for my new home last week and when it came in it was wet and smelled kinda mildewy I reached out to customer service and they responded and said no problem we will send you a new one. Don't even worry about sending that one back just throw it out. I really appreciate this and will continue to buy from them!

Worst experience ever. I ordered 2 rugs a month ago. Still have not received them. I have called over 10 times and get a different story every time. They say they will call back with info and they don't. The online chat always gets disconnected. This is hands down the worst online purchase I have ever made. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere!

My two rug orders took much longer then stated when I ordered. This caused issues as we were moving so when date of delivery keeps changing that does not work. I called right away when the first rug changed delivery date to after our move to update the ship to address. The address never got updated with FedEx so being delivered to old address.

I received my rugs pretty quickly after ordering. I ordered three rugs, two of which are great. However, the rug I ordered for my living room started falling apart 5 weeks after having it. It's a braided jute rug, and the ends are fraying, the braided lines are separating, which creates holes in the rug. It's an 8x10, and is the most visible rug in the house. I contacted Rugs USA customer service via email and attached photos. I got a response 3 days later, and they said they do not allow any returns after 30 days, even if the product is damaged or defective. I paid $200 for the rug (on sale), and I wish I would have put that $200 toward a different rug. It's insane that they won't offer a credit towards something else, or even an apology that my rug is falling apart. I won't be ordering from them again. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because (so far) my other two rugs from them are holding up and look great.

I think the ease or working with them was great. This time however, my rug came folded and not rolled like they have in the past. I still can't get the seams out from where it was folded. I will hesitate before ordering next time

This company is awful! No one works in the USA. They promise they will call you back and they never do. There website says 2 day shipping. I have been waiting now 10 days. This is fraud and they will take your money. Do not buy from them!

I have placed 2 separate orders... both have gotten "lost" in shipping. They blame it on fed ex. I waited for over 3 weeks for the first one just to find out it had been lost and damaged in shipping and was now out of stock. Then had to wait another week for my money to be refunded. Although, when I went to the website I was still able to place an order for the same rug that was out of stock? I finally spoke to a manager and they apparently had the smaller size in stock, so i ordered that one and paid for it. It showed delivery date of yesterday and never showed up. I called this morning and this rug too is now lost in transit... This company is a complete joke! Don't waste your time!

I ordered eight different rugs in November. Rugs that were received was not as described. Call customer service to return. A 1-hour hassle with customer service to return. Finally approved and returned. 4 weeks later no refund. Call customer service more hassle. I didn't receive refund. 10 weeks later they want to give me a refund less than what I paid. I'm out $90 from a $363 sale. Be careful with them. Will never do business with them again.

It has been an entire month and I have not received my rug. The other two took 3 weeks. No help was given by their customer service. I was was told that I would get a call back 3 times in a row and no once called. I also wrote several emails to their customer service department. Geraldine told me that I could not hold for a supervisor as they were all on break?!?! She then hung up on me. She was the one who answered the called 2 days in a row. Terrible service and terrible company.

I returned my items with the mailing labels they gave me. Apparently one of those items went missing in their warehouse, and now a month later, they're still trying to find it to issue my refund. Wtf is going on over there? I have emailed every 3 days to check for updates, and the customer service rep is nice, but completely ineffectual and I'm not getting my money back even though I followed all the rules.

I still have not received the rug I ordered over 3 months ago! After much arguing back and forth they said fedex lost it in transit & I needed to wait 8-10 days for an investigation before I could be refunded! They never responded. They won't reply to my emails. Can't get a hold of them. I disputed the charge with my credit card. $#*! RugsUSA!

For $200 I got a large beautiful rug for my living room. Only took about 3 weeks to get. The website pictures were accurate, no nasty surprises like with some other rug companies. I bought two rugs from another company and had to return them because they looked nothing like what I thought I was buying. I will definitely buy from RugsUSA again.
I found rugs that I liked at prices I could afford.
I like things that are a little different, non-traditional. This was one of the few rugs I found that I really liked. It's an octopus! It makes me smile. And the price was great.

I ordered 3 rugs from Rugs USA and they all were exactly as site described. Beautiful and perfect for each room purchased for. I even had to email with customer service about a back order item and it was such a simple process to cancel and order a rug that could ship immediately.

A quick email to customer service and the problem was solved! They canceled the back order item and I found a new rug that shipped immediately.
I was introduced to Rugs USA by a coworker that gad ordered. I quickly found exactly what I was searching for and the prices were excellent.
The rugs I choose matched each rooms decor perfectly.

Avoid at all costs. RugsUSA let me order a rug that was apparently backordered, but gave me an estimated shipping time of 2 days. It has taken so long (a month now) that I have since moved and had to update my shipping address. They told me that it would ship to my updated address, but of course they didn't make that change and FedEx confirmed delivery to my previous address, which I am unable to access. I reached out to RugsUSA about this multiple times but the case is "under investigation" for a few more days, despite having confirmation of delivery to my previous address from FedEx. An absolute joke. Don't waste your time or money with this company. I wish I could get a full refund for the massive hassle this has caused me. Should've just ordered from Wayfair or Amazon, who are always quick and reliable. Will never purchase from here again, and I strongly recommend that you choose a different company!

After reading the reviews, I was 100% skeptical. However, ordered any way. Credit card wouldn't go through 2 times. Bit got email for the company. Called in and placed my order. Got my order on the exact delivery date. No problems at all. My rug was everything I expected it to be! I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews. I even got 10% of my order.

My order was delayed multiple times. I didn't receive it until 3-4 weeks from the day I ordered it. The rug had many small bald patches when I opened it up. They were dime sized bald patches. And I also did find tiny black dots on different areas of the rug. I took a chance and kept it because I thought it would fade out but it never did.

The rug is perfect! It's exactly as shown and described. Because it's shag it's comfy to walk on barefoot. You feel like you curl up on the rug while chatting with friends or reading a book.
This is the second rug I've purchased from Rugs USA and the first one was everything I hoped it would be, too.
One little annoyance: Both times when I went through the payment process, their website wouldn't accept my credit card even though it had a small balance. Their website forces me to pay through PayPal. It's much more preferable to pay via the credit card directly.
After looking through several other online storefronts that sell rugs, Rugs USA had several rugs I was seriously purchasing. Plus, I had a great experience the last time I bought one with Rugs USA.
I was looking for a lighter gray shag rug and this rug was by far the best choice.

I love the runner! Exactly what I was looking for at a good price. This rug is a beautiful combination of neutral shades & blends well with other patterns in my den.
I had an issue with the delivery service. The original delivery was on Thursday, when I knew I would be home. On my way out of town on Tuesday I received an email that my rug was to be delivered that day so I arranged for my daughter to pick it up on her way home from work. I then received an email saying that as no one was home they were unable to deliver. When I emailed them on Thursday, they replied that they were trying to locate my order. I never received another notice & my rug was left at my garage door the following Wednesday. Communication should have been better.

I wasn't expecting a luxurious, high quality rug for $100 but for the price (and being washable) it's pretty good. However, it had some bare spots so I reached out to customer service and they offered me a hefty partial refund which I was more than happy to get!
I let them know the rug had some bare spots and they offered a 40% refund which I happily accepted.
