The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
This has been the worst experience. They delivered me a rug that was falling out of the packaging before we brought it in the house. I called the same day i recieved the rug and emailed them a picture of what they had sent me. They said that they would refund my money back because the damage was on their end. It has now been a month, still no money back in my account. Everyone I speak with says that "you should recieve it within 24-48 hours". I have called three times and now emailed them. I will never order from them again. They have been no help to me.

Placed our order and received a notification that it has shipped. FedEx states that it was loaded but there is no ship date. Delivery date was today... ship date still shows pending. Rugs USA can not tell me if the order was actually shipped. Customer service is worthless.

As others have said this is not a reputable company. Its the first time I have ever had to dispute a credit card charge. After realizing I had made the wrong order I tried to cancel 10 minutes later and they would not allow it. Any company that operates like this is a scam. I called to cancel and they said they would "try" but I keep receiving emails about my order in the process of being sent to me with no tracking number and despite my reminders to them that I canceled.

I ordered these rugs in advance of moving to a new house, with the delivery dates quoted prior to furniture being moved in, but there were several email notifications of delivery delays and the first rug and pad arrived after furniture was moved in, so everything had to be taken out of the living room to place it. The second rug arrived a day later, but the pad didn't arrive until more than a week later, so the same had to be done in the dining room. :/

The rug is very good and I'm happy with it. However, it came rolled up and shrink wrapper which caused it to flatten out and left folds in it when I unwrapped. The folds still haven't completely gone away yet.
I saw it on a TV ad and I needed a rug. I hate going to brick and mortar stores, so I ordered it online.
I liked the design and it was the right size.

I had an extensive online chat with a representative to make sure they changed the order to ship to my new address. She assured me the new address would be used. The (expensive) rug went to my old address. I think the new residents were going to keep it, but luckily when we had a neighbor reach out they did give it to us.

I received the rug I ordered within 10 days. It didn't look like the picture of the one I ordered. I proceeded to contact Rugs USA through their LIVE CHAT, only to be sent an email form and have my LIVE CHAT questions squelched. Both appear to be dead ends. I didn't call because I knew better. A conversation with a customer service agent may have been able to resolve my concerns, however after reading all the bad reviews it's no wonder that the company's website doesn't have review capabilities. I will not be doing business with this company again. Wish I had seen the reviews before I made my purchase. Thankfully I didn't spend a lot of money with them.

I send my purchase to friends house because I wasn't around in 2 weeks. Then it gets extended for 4 weeks. The delivery cycle is the only crazy thing about ordering from you... but I love the rugs so I will put up with it.

My overall order experience was pretty smooth at first, but soon after I placed my order I received an email telling me that my order was delayed. I understand the shipping shortages but I felt misled by the website right from the jump. In addition to that, when I received my rug it was not exactly as vibrant as it seemed online and had several spots on the rug that can't be cleaned out. The rug does the job for the space intended, but def going to be more careful if I ever order from this place again.

My initial experience with Rugs USA was great! I had forgotten to apply my promo code so I chatted with a rep and she took immediate care of it. I purposely purchased the rug I ordered because it could be delivered quickly. The delivery date came and went, with no tracking information available. On the FedEx site it said the order had been picked up - that was it. I emailed Rugs USA for a status update and was told FedEx "lost the package and the rug I ordered won't be back in stock for 3-5 months so they will be refunding my money! To say I'm livid is an understatement! Had I NOT emailed them, I would have NEVER known my order was 'lost' and cancelled. Horrible!

I received a very large rug nicely wrapped in plastic. When I opened it up completely, the rug was damp and smelled like mold.
The company offered me at 30% credit back or I could return for new one. I was able to clean the rug so I asked for the credit.

With all of the supply chain problems going on during the pandemic, I had a low bar of expectation. However, everything (rugs, rug pads, and lamps) were all delivered in a timely manner. I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of what I received.

Representatives have been courteous, helpful and prompt in replying to questions. The rug itself meets my needs but, if you are looking for a "good quality" rug, this may not be the product for you. The colors are not as bright as they could be and the rug itself is quite thin. However, I wanted a washable rug and this meets the criteria.

Our order was delayed, but we overlooked that due to global supply chain issues. However, we got an email that our rug was delivered when it was not. It was a hassle to contact customer service and the email chain was hard to follow. We did eventually get our rug and everything is fine. But I'm not sure it's worth all that trouble.
It was confusing. I know they were doing their best, but some of the email communication went to my junk folder so I had no idea where our order was. After a couple tries, one rep in particular was very helpful and took care of everything.

I ordered a large rug and when I received it, the rug was most definitely not as pictured. The colors were much lighter, so much so that I thought they sent me the wrong rug. I sent them pictures and they were quick, catered their response to my need and went beyond my expectation of how the return process should go. I was very grateful for that.

I really love the rug, it fits beautifully in my space and aesthetically it's exactly what I wanted. The one problem I have is that it sheds. I've had the rug for about a month and a half and initially the shedding was so bad I was vacuuming a few times a day. The shedding has gotten better but it's still there.

I ordered a rug on line specifically that could be delivered by Thanksgiving.
Once the order was placed, I called Rugs USA and was told the rug was out of stock but was due in that week and I should still have it in time for Thanksgiving and that I would receive an email to that effect.
I never received an email so I called again the next week. At that time, i was told the rug would not be in stock until sometime next year (2022). If you go to the website right now - it still says you can get this rug in a week!

Although I had some problems flattening the round area rug we purchased (at great price!) from rugsusa, the customer service was excellent. Because of that, I am not hesitating to check the same site for purchase of another area rug. The rug looks exactly as pictured on the site and I'm very happy with the outcome.

The rug arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. The quality of the rug was ok, not bad. Didn't want anything to expensive under the kitchen table. When you have kids and a dog, it's actually perfect. It's very pretty and it's what I wanted.
