The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
I did not know the rug I purchased was not a woven rug but a mat that the image of a woven rug is printed on. I never would have bought if I had known. It looks pretty and I like the colors but when you touch the rug it feels cheap and not quality. I have purchased many rugs from Rug USA and didn't realize they sold this type.

Shipping was a nightmare it took a long time for the deliverers to find my address. Upon arrival it was left out side the building for any one to have taken. I found it when I went out to walk my dog. No one bothered to ring my bell. I hesitate to order again due to delivery practices

Being able to put the rug in my room with a picture is what made me decide quickly. I didn't want to have to shop around at more stores and bring the rug home to see if I liked it in the space, and then have to return it if I didn't. It saved me time and money and it is shipped directly to me so I didn't have to haul it around myself either:-)

I ordered the rug. I called the very next day to cancel it. The person I spoke to said it would cancelled. No refund and the rug was delivered. There is nothing wrong with the rug I just wanted to go another direction. I ended up buying another rug from another site.

Shopping for this rug was simple and the pattern was beautiful, but the quality was terrible. The rug was like cardboard, would not flatten out, slid all over because it was so lightweight even with a rug pad. When I tried to return, I discovered I had to pay for returns and for a box to put it in making the cost to return almost the same amount as I paid.
I asked for help with returns and with finding a similar rug of better quality. Response was not prompt. I was sent a copy of return instructions with no answer about a similar rug.

When I added the rug pad to my order, it did not automatically give me the same size as my chosen rug. It was really frustrating trying to figure out how to change the size. I eventually figured it out.
I really wanted to find one that was washable. Ruggable was too Expensive and I did not like any of their designs. Your website had so many machine washable options and amazing designs. It was hard to choose.

Do not order from them, the return policy is a scam. Be aware that they say "easy returns" on the site, not "free returns". When you try to return they charge you $50 for a return fee. $50 to return a $150 rug, ridiculous!

I called to return my rug and I told them it was falling apart. They gave me free shipping return and were really nice. They even had fed ex pick it up from my house. Rugs USA has a lot to choose from, and I found exactly what I was looking for in the size I wanted. The downside was the item was on back order, so I had to wait 30 days for it to ship. I know there are shipping issues, so once it was shipped it took a couple of weeks to receive it.
I followed up with customer service to find out when my rug was going to be back in stock (it was back ordered). The customer service advisor was able to let me know it was back in stock and was going to ship out in a couple of days.

Bought a rug. Received the wrong one (wrong size, wrong style). Contacted them vial email, didnt hear back after a day so I called. They sent Fedex to pick up the wrong rug, which was picked up a day later than they told me. The correct rug did not come on the day they promised. I called again and this time the line said that due to technical issues they can not receive calls and i need to email. So I did, it has been 3 days, i still haven't heard from anyone and still haven't recieved my rug!

I ordered and paid for a rug and pad. I received the rug but not the pad. The pad they sent after I called was not the one I ordered. The rug didn't work in my room. I returned both. I received a refund for the rug but have not received the refund for the pad. They confirm that they received the pad and keep telling me the refund takes 24-48 hours. It's now 16 days.

The rug was nice but when I tried to send it back because it was too big they said they sent FedEx to pick it up and that someone attempted to which was a lie cuz I was there all day long! I waited 3 days and no one ever picked up my rug to be returned and they kept lying to me and telling me that someone did. No note no nothing at all and I was home all day so it was a bald-faced lie! And also their returns cost money to send back it was going to cost me $25 to send back my rug taken off when they received it. Their customer service is an absolute joke! Buyer beware!
