I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly

Horrible company. I ordered a simple white sag rug over 2 months ago. It was supposed to originally come in 2 days. I had to call 3 times and each time they told me the order was missing from the warehouse and they will have to issue a new order. By the 3rd time I told them to just cancel and refund my order because at this point I had 0 confidence the rug will every actually get to me. I ordered from a different company and got a similar rug for cheaper and it came in 2 days no issues. Oh and I checked bu bank account. They refunded me for the warranty and the rug liner but not the actual rug itself which is the majority of the money I spent! So now I have to call back AGAIN so they can actually refund me correctly. I hate this company I will NEVER use them again. I gave them more than enough opportunities to correct themselves and they basically scammed me. I'm shocked if anyone has a good experience with this disaster of a company.

I ordered 2 area rugs that did not arrive in a timely fashion. I was not told until I inquired that they were on backorder and it would be another 5 weeks before they shipped. Had I been told the items were in backorder when I placed my order, I would have shopped elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
The company does not tell you if the item is on backorder.

Good selection. Couldn't find the size I wanted in some of the rugs, though. Overall satisfied. Two of my rugs were shipped folded up, which has made it difficult to get all the wrinkles out, to get the rug to lay flat. I currently have one rug rolled up trying to correct the issue.

I ordered before the 14th. I got the runner pretty quickly on the day they promise then my actual living room rug they have it in Henderson 40 minutes away from my house and still need it to Monday. It took them miren the 12 days. I definitely not getting anything else from them. I understand the weather you can't controlled but you guys are not even trying. According to the website it was at 2 hours from my house then I check the next day it was at 8 hours always so is obvious you guys are lying to keep customers. I don't like they shipping at all is absolutely ridiculous.

We were a bit hesitant about getting a rug online but for the price we decided to take a chance and it was totally worth it. Our rug is beautiful, not too soft but that's ok because we weren't looking for softness, we were looking for a similar pattern and we found just the right one at Rugs USA.

Upon opening this rug from its packaging it has a very sticky reside on it. The residue smelled horrible and took several weeks to dissipate. The rug is rarely used and has several areas where the "joints" of the jute are popping up and unraveling on the main body of the rug. Super disappointed in this rug and how it looks with only owning it a short period of time.

Lots of selection it was nice to be able to filter by the size of rug I was looking for. I ended up ordering 3 different rugs 2 of them were exactly what I was expecting and was very pleased, however one took twice as long to arrive than estimated, but I love it so much it was worth the wait. The third rug looks nice but the material/fiber wasn't what I thought I was getting, but it may have been my fault i may not have fully understood the description of the fiber, lesson learned next time I will read more carefully.

The rug looks good- too bad it smells so bad. It stunk our entire living area up (living, dining, kitchen)- the odor hit me every time I walked into the house. I reached out to customer support and it took them 5 days to respond. They basically suggested different ways to get rid of the odor and told me that in "most cases" these techniques work (well ventilated room- fan- open windows, etc.). Which tells me that these odors are common. Yuck. Spend a little more and buy somewhere else.

I spent $200 on two rugs and one of the two delivered was not the one I purchased. Customer service was fine but when I asked for the correct rug to be expedited to me he said no. I'm having company over and wanted my place to look put together but now I have to wait another week for my rug to get here. I was also prompted to purchase a rug mat with the 2'6 x 10 runner i was viewing on the site, which the site says they recommend. The rug mat I received was a massive rectangle that I had to cut into a million pieces to get it to fit with my runner. Overall, RugsUSA experience has been annoying and now I know why their prices are cheap.

I was not very happy with my rug. 1st of all it was much, much darker than the picture. It claims to be distressed but it is not. 2nd it was folded up many times and is bumpy and wavy on the floor. I tried to steam it but that didn't help. I suppose I can live with it for a couple of years at which time I will replace it.

When my original order seemed to be lost in transit, I was offered either a refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement, which arrived within a week. A couple of days later--surprise!--the original, presumed lost order arrived as well. When I called to ask about the best way to return one of the rugs, the customer service person not only thanked me for my honesty, but also very graciously arranged for a pickup (at no cost) so I wouldn't have to lug a heavy 8x10 rug to a FedEx facility. Bravo!

I ordered 3 rugs on 11-17-21, instead of shipping them together, each one was delivered separately. I received the first rug in four days because it was delivered by FedEx. The next 2 rugs were stuck in a Lasership Distribution Center in Ohio for 10 days. They finally made to another Lasership Distribution Center in Michigan. You would think since both rugs came in at the same time they would deliver them together. No, they delivered them separately, one a day later, and the second one 4 days later. I called customer service to see what was going on and they said their policy is to wait 10 business days, and if I didn't receive them yet, they either reorder or give me a refund. You would think they could call Lasership and see what was going on. As long as Rugs USA uses Lasership ( they have alot of complaints about their service) I won't buy from them any longer. My question to RugsUSA is why don't you use FedEx for all your shipping?

They gave the scripted answers, but didn't offer much help.

Previous representative made me reorder the rug i just bought because he couldn't change the mailing address on his end (they apparently dont ship to a post box, why this is not stated when you enter your address i dont know). He told me i would get a refund sooner rather than later because he would cancel my first order and it hasnt shipped yet( this was just a couple of hours after my first order). Now they're saying that both rugs has shipped and im being charged for both, and i wont get my money back untill they get the first rug back!

I am very surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have ordered many rugs from RugsUsa and have always been very happy with both the quality and service provided. Unfortunately, this last time I received a rug that was damaged. I called their customer service and they offered me numerous options, partial refund and keep the rug, full refund and return the rug, or return for a new rug.
I chose to return the rug, and after waiting on hold a few minutes the customer service rep told me to just discard the rug since it was damaged, and they didn't expect me to go to the trouble of returning something that is damaged. I wanted to leave positive review because most of the time people only write reviews when they've had a negative experience. Although the outcome for me wasn't ideal, my experience with the way my issue was handled was top notch. I will continue to purchase from this company without hesitation.

I placed an order for a rug and heard nothing for 7 days. When I reached out, they told me that my rug was on backorder indefinitely and that they would cancel my order. It is 2019 and for a company to wait 7 days to inform me that they did not have the product I ordered is unacceptable. I have had much better service elsewhere.

I ordered a rug on the 5th of the month. It wasn't until after my order was placed that I received an email stating it was "back ordered" with no expected restocking date. Frustrating to say the least, since I wouldn't have ordered the rug had I known it wasn't available. I've called twice since then and neither time were their customer service folks able to provide me any sort of status update. It's now the 27th of the month and I still don't have an ETA on when it will be back in stock or when it will arrive. I've called to cancel my order twice and both times got disconnected. I fee like this company is a fraud and I will never see my $200 or the rug I paid for.

AVOID this business at all costs.

This company doesnt deserve 2 star. I bought 3 roughly 2x3 kitchen area rugs from them about 7 months ago. From the very beginning they curled up. I knew the way they were stored so I tried straightening the rugs myself. Iron and wet towel, folded opposite direction, tape. Nothing worked. Contacted Rug USA and explained I wasn't happy with the rugs I paid 55.00 for and they suggested I do everything I already done. I told them when I buy area rugs I keep them for 2/3 years begore I change them. It's only been 7 months and they are curled even worse than before. They will not refund or even partially refund because of the time. I guess that's what I get for not complaining right away and trying to fix it. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. They sell you rolls of rugs that stay that way. So if you do order from this company and receive a rug that is curled up take my advice and return it right away cause it will never lay flat no matter what you do.
