The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
Waited almost 2 months for my rug, only for it to to be lost in shipping. Was told I'd receive a refund for it. Ordered a replacement rug. Original rug was suddenly found in shipping, but I was told it was too late to cancel the second. They said they would reroute the second back to their warehouse and only refund me when it was back there. It shipped to me instead. Would not cover shipping cost back to them as I'm in Canada. Would have cost me at least $100 to return a $200 rug. Never received any refund or help from customer service. Most frustrating experience of my life.

Received rug very quickly but was not what I was expecting. The color was completely different from the picture. I expected some difference of course from what's on the computer verses in person but the main color of the rug was almost completely missing. I ordered a rug that was mainly orange with hints of blue and yellow but instead it was the other way around.
Even though the rug wasn't as expected and returned the customer service was excellent in helping me with my return.
Customer service was excellent. I explained my situation and what I expected and it was handled quickly.

First, I absolutely love being able to see how the rug will look in my home by uploading a photo. I love the silver/grey shag rug that I ordered. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged, due to the fact that it was only wrapped in plastic, and our Fedex delivery driver is terrible:/
I was SO pleasantly surprised however, that RUGS USA made it right with a replacement immediately upon notice. I couldn't be happier with their excellent customer service!
My complaint (rug damaged upon delivery) was handled perfectly. A new replacement rug was immediately dispatched. I've been thrilled with all of my RUGS USA purchases/experiences so far.

The rug that I ordered is perfect. I love it. The process to get it was a more of a nightmare. After waiting long past the due date I called RugsUSA and it was determined it was lost in transit. So I placed a replacement order.
Several days later the first rug was delivered at 5:00 pm a Saturday. I'm not sure if I will get a second one. BUT I do love the rug that was delivered!
The two people I interacted with were sympathetic to my issue and I was able to resolve the problem.
I like the selection and the prices.
It was perfect for the room I want to put it in.

This is the third rug in this design that we have ordered, so I expected this one to be the same as the others. Unfortunately, it is not - the grey pattern is much more pronounced on this one which we do not care for. We also ordered the premium underpad, and it will NOT sit flat. We have put it into the garage for now to see if it will settle. It's been three weeks and neither the rug nor the underpad are close to flat yet, though the rug is improving very slowly. Because we are in Canada we cannot return the rug so will have to live with it.
Successfully ordered previously so feel confident, easy to order for Canada, great selection.

I was ready to purchase four large rugs from them and I just had a question about one of the rugs I tried calling them and the phone rang and I was on hold for 20 minutes I finally hung up and bought the rugs from Amazon and they were about the same price. They lost my business!

It was amazing. I placed my order, it shipped quickly, and got here so quickly that it beat the estimated arrival date, leaving me perplexed but delighted when the delivery was made. I absolutely love my new rug and the price couldn't be beat.
It was on sale! And so pretty.
The rug was beautiful, and since I saved on it, i splurged to get the better rug pad since I have slippery hardwood floors.

The price was great and delivery was quick. Rug was soft and gorgeous and exactly like the pictures. I was prepared for insane fiber shedding because of other reviews so it is what it is (two months in and it's still shedding like a dog in springtime) but was not prepared for how bad it would smell. I left it on the patio for two days, sprinkled it with baking soda, left the windows open for a solid three weeks... and the entire room still reeks. At this point, just gonna stick with it and hope it goes away over time but yiiiikes the smell is bad.

I ordered 1 rug and cancelled immediately because they listed it as wrong size. I reordered and got the 2nd one as expected. However, it took several phone calls to finally get the refund for the first one. I am pleased with the rug I received.
The first person I spoke with didn’t do something right because I never received a credit. I called again and started all over on the credit procedure. Didn’t hear anything for a while so called a 3rd time and the person I spoke to said I would be getting my refund soon. All worked out well.

I looked many days for the right rug to tie my room together, I am incredibly picky so its been difficult. I finally found the one and was beyond excited, it was the last thing for the room. Placed the order, everything was confirmed. It was supposed to show up and then I got an email stating my order had been cancelled. I emailed them multiple times, no response. I tried calling them for days, was placed on hold and then hung up on before I could speak with anyone. When I finally got someone they could barely speak English and were incredibly rude. They wouldnt give me a reason it was cancelled, nothing. I went to rebuy the rug and now its sold out. Im so disgusted with this customer experience. They cancelled my order after I was supposed to receive it, and then were impossible to get a hold of and so RUDE when I finally did. No apologies, no reasons. Horrible. I will be shopping elsewhere always.

The first rug I bought (Striped Tiles) was good quality, felt thick (but was only 3/8" thick, not the 1/2" stated in the description), dense fibers, soft, good color and stitching so decided to try another.
The second one (Blue Abstract Contemporary Area Rug) is defective, hemming is crooked, edges are buckled from uneven tension in the stitching. Poor quality in general, very thin (only 1/4" thick, NOT the 1/2" stated in the description), design, though interesting, is not done well--the color is garish and brighter than photos and blending is poor, the weaving is skimpy and coarse. It does not have enough weight to lay flat. I will want to return it and won't buy more.
In general, beware their thickness descriptions are NEITHER accurate NOR consistent.

I don't like the pad. Nothing keeps the rug in place on top of the pad. Maybe not a problem for larger rugs but a problem for smaller rugs.

Our rug has a strong musty odor. I covered it with baking soda and hopefully it will help. This is my second order of this type of area rug, the first returned because of the odor. Hopefully i can fix this, i have lung problems!

I purchased a rug from RugsUSA and received it in a timely manner, however the size I was shipped was almost a foot smaller in width and more than a foot smaller in length. I called customer service and was told to take pictures and file a claim, so this is what I did. I put a tape measure on the rug and emailed the pictures. I was asking for a discount because I paid for a bigger size than I received. Within one day I received an email stating my claim was denied. This is a case of false advertising and the worst customer service imaginable. Do NOT buy from this company. Save your money!

I ordered a rug early August, was delivered September 24, damaged. Immediately began trying to get a return label, finally got one 2 weeks later. Return rug was delivered to them October 16. I received an email that my return was "complete" on October 31. November 9, Mark G. From customer service said he sent the refund that day. November 22, I have still yet to receive a refund and Mark is "forwarding it to the accounting team". Mark lied to me, rugsusa scammed me, I have no rug and no money and I'm pissed.

Shopping was fine, but the actual product received and returning the product was frustrating. The item description said "brass" but once I received the item it was clear there was nothing brass about it. It was a terrible orange copper color. I also couldn't take the item apart because it was all glued (unnecessarily) together. Then when I went to return the items, they charged me a pretty hefty return fee.

I was looking for an inexpensive rug to cover carpet in my living room that my fog ripped. I shopped around and found RugsUSA had the size I needed and a large variety.

The rug took 2.5 weeks to be delivered. FedEx was not helpful in giving a precise delivery dates they never did actually. It kept changing, but was never honored. The rug went from NYC to California to Washington to California (to actual location). Absolute non sense

I purchased a rug for a new house. Once we settled into the new home, we opened the rug to find a large, black-ish stain on the face of the Octopus on the rug (which is also the focal point of the rug). RugsUSA would not take care of this situation. They would not exchange, return, offer a discount or offer to ship me a stain remover that they perhaps recommend for their rugs. Horrible customer service. I am stuck with a brand new rug that cost: $450 rug, that has a large black stain on it that I am unable to hide with furniture or with anything else. I am donating this to Goodwill and contacting my credit card company to help me dispute this charge.
