Looking forward to seeing the rug in place - it is for our son & daughter in law's new home.

I recently notified you that the 6X9 rug worked out fine but the round rug did not. It was ripply and was not the same nice colors of the 6X9 and had no fringe. I wanted to return it. Communication was going along just fine and now I have not heard anything from you after I declined a 40% discount to keep it. Please get back with me and let me know how I can return the rug. I guess you get what you pay for... the rug I ordered might have worked in a smaller size but the colors and print were NOT as pictured. Rugs USA makes returns possible but only if the customer has a way to repackage (the packing large rugs arrive in can not be reused) and to transport a 10 foot rug. Will NEVER order from here again. Have already ordered another rug to cover this one which feels nice but looks VERY CHEAP because of the printing quality.

This was my first time ordering from Rugs USA. I LOVE the rug I ordered for my 2 year olds room. It is colorful and something that will suit the room as she gets older. It is a great quality heavy rug! Lol I will be ordering again from Rugs USA in the future.

I love the rug... my review is not about the rug at all. The rug was delivered in HORRIBLE condition. It was not rolled up. It was wadded up like an old tarp and wrapped with tape. It took several days to get the rug to finally lie flat.

Ordered before and feel comfortable buying from them again because of the great service. Description and images were helpful

DO NOT BUY YOUR RUG FROM HERE. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
To start, they left our rug outside in the pouring rain. Fine, Its the drivers fault, but they forced me to go through a claim process and ended up doing nothing about the wet rug. Fine, we let it air dry and when we placed the rug on the floor it wasnt even straight! The corners were literally lopsided it looks like a trapezoid. The corners arent even 90 degrees I checked with my carpenters square. Its glaringly obvious. When asking for a refund after over a month of going back and forth the most they could do is 50% off,... on a rug that isnt even usable.

I always check the Rugs USA website first and usually buy from Rugs USA. The pricing is reasonable, the selection is varied with different styles / sizes and the rugs are great- better than expected. This last rug I bought is perfect for what I wanted.

Super easy experience with purchasing rug. Delivery of rug was HORRIBLE and customer service regarding delivery was worthless. Rug finally arrived and it does not look like the picture online. Rug works in my space but was disappointed, especially after the cost. Would have returned if it weren't such a NIGHTMARE in getting it in the first place.

Called more than once about why I hadn't received my delivery or even a trackable link regarding delivery. Rep told me that link I was sent was trackable even after I told them it wasn't. They told me it had been delivered the week before I called saying that it still hadn't been delivered. When they stopped talking long enough to actually listen to me instead of reading from their screen they told me they would check on it with the manufacturer and call me back. They didn't call me back. I called a second time and went through the same conversation a second time with the same promise of a return phone call that never happened. Delivery company was supposed to contact me in advance of delivery but didn't and I was out of town when they attempted to deliver and called me telling me if they didn't deliver that day that it would be returned to their warehouse and an additional delivery fee would be required. They asked for alternate delivery location and I gave them one. They refused to deliver to alternate location because it was the "wrong direction" on their route. I had to get UGLY with delivery coordinator to have my rug delivered.

Can't believe what a discount I got. So excited! The rugs are really great quality too. I loved both.

This is the 3rd time I've bought a rug and the pad from you and every time the pad is about 5in larger than the rug even though they are labeled the same size. They are so expensive so its just a frustrating little detail.

My original order came quickly but was incorrect as the rug I wanted wasn't supposed to have tassels. I contacted Rugs USA and they were prompt and efficient with my return and sent me the new rug I ordered quickly after. My new rug is beautiful and soft. It is perfect and I LOVE, LOVE it! I am very pleased to say that I purchased my rug on September 7th and received it on September 16th in perfect condition!
