The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
The rug is very beautiful, however, much thinner than it appears in photo. Kept it for my family room due to need and hassle of returning a rugPlus it was on sale for a very reasonable price!

Bought this for our living room and it rolled out evenly and doesn't have a smell. It is a true chocolate brown! We recommend purchasing a thick rug pad!

Disappointed that round rugs don't load into "see rug in your room" feature as a round rug but did load as rectangle. I was able to see colors worked.

After ordering online I received an email that the rug was no longer available but still listed for sale online ( a week after I ordered)

I like the look and style of the rug but it is super thin rug compare to those I purchased from the past buy other manufactures. I can see why you guys encourage to buy a pad too.
Cause the picture of the rug look really nice but boy how disappointed I was once I put the rug down on my floor.

I have ordered rugs from Rugs USA before that are good quality but this one isn't really comparable. The colors were mostly like the pictures but the thickness and feel of the rug isn't great.

Lamps were not the quality I was expecting. I've placed an initial return on the 4 lamps I ordered and have never received a follow up email with the ability to print the return labels.
I thought they would be a good quality, however they look cheaply made.

Unlike Rugs.com and others, Rugs USA charges huge fed ex rates, and then you have to pay even more when you ge to Fed Ex. I am going to reluctantly going to keep the rug. It's not at all the way it looks I the picture.
BUT I WILL NEVER SHOP AT RUGS USA EVER EVER AGAIN. No hassle retunes is a out and out lie. It's more like "you pay a lot to return a rug". I didn't read the reviews before purchasing. In this day and age that's just my own fault. Oink Oink

Im sending this to my mom as a gift. I switched the zip code on the site and changed the shipping address on paypal also. The confirmaton email still has my home address as the address the rug is being shipped to. Its upsetting because I would have to now pay for exra shipping to send this to my mother in another state. Update: after recieving an email from costomer service, I was assured that the address was changed via ups and my Mom would recieve her rug. A week later the rug still gets shipped to my house and not hers. I have purchased a few rugs from this company in the past but im sorry to say this may be my last purchase. FYI the rug is still packaged in my living room and not at my Moms house where it was supposed to be sent.

Picked ups a runner, cam in rolled up with the bottom exposed... go to roll it out and the ends are curled up.
How about rolling it up with the top side out this way it lays flat when you unroll it?

The rug order was quickly filled, protectively wrapped, and in good condition on arrival. The pale blue and off white colors go beautifully in the small guest room.
The rug seems to be well-made.
The patterns caught my eye and I didn't have to go out to shop. I kept my fingers crossed that the product would be well made, and it was. Also reasonable in price.

Not one to normally go out of my way to leave a review, but I hope this finds someone prior to making the same mistake I did, and that's purchasing from RugsUSA. If you're wondering "how are these rugs so cheap," it's because you're playing the rug lottery. Are there some good products available? Yes. Is there a 100% chance you'll a seamless check-out process? No. Is there a chance they'll ship you the wrong rug and take the shipping cost (20% of rug price— my ‘agent' did the math out loud) out of your refund? Abbbsolutely. If you're fortunate enough (surprise— you will be), they'll even suggest you wrap the rug in a shower curtain when you give it back to the shipping company... let me go ahead and fetch my spare shower curtain RugsUSA. I've seen other people have these issues and figured, for whatever reason, I'd have better luck, and I was very wrong in that assumption. My suggestion: shop in-person, even if it costs a little extra money. It's worth the cost to avoid the shot-in-the-dark that is shopping with this company.
