The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
Great rug but I have learned that navy is not a true navy. Nevertheless it's a nice dark blue and it works in our entryway! I even got a complement last night.

I liked a 10% off to make the purchase and loved being able to use Affirm. I was able to make 4 payments (zero percent interest) every two weeks and that made it easy to afford.
Credibility. I found the same rug on Amazon but 3 customers received the correct rug and 2 said it was nothing like the pictures. I knew RugsUSA would do the right thing so I was willing to pay slightly more fees for that guarantee. I finalized my decision based on actual customer pictures.
I wanted a rug that was easy to keep clean, had a vintage look without the price, would offer a warmer color scheme to my living room!

The rug was absolutely the softest rug I have ever owned or felt. The order was delayed by a few weeks but that's to be expected nowadays. It was well worth the wait!

I ordered a 14 foot runner. I love the design, it goes well with my furniture and walls.
It had a slight defect but the company was easy to work with to resolve the problem.
Customer service was very prompt to get back to me and very helpful in solving the problem.

Quick delivery and a great price for a wool rug. Itchy but I think that's how wool rugs are - I think I need to vacuum it a few more times to get past initial shedding.

It came really fast and it's a great rug! I think that these rugs are really affordable and great for heavy traffic. I have a husky and you can't see the fur!

Rugs USA has significantly lower prices on washable rugs than a competitor.
The rug that I purchased has an appropriate pattern, color, and size for my bathroom.
I chose the thicker pad to better insulate the rug from the cold tile floor in the winter.

These are so beautiful. We bought three and not long ago. One small one is already fraying on one side; the large round one will not lay flat under our table and the third one so far so good.

I have dogs and cats and washable rugs are the way to go. The texture of my rug handles the kitchen traffic.
I have 4 other rugs and they have lasted 5+ years so far. Love these washables.
