The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
The rug is average, with a loose weave and it is difficult to keep straight even with a pad under it. I would have returned it, but it is too much trouble..

Rugs do not look like photos and they do not allow returns past 30 days, even for store credit. I got another washable rug from Mark and Day for cheaper and they allow returns.

It was a nice Rug but it was inaccurate description of the picture it shows on the website. They need to update it, or they simply shipped the wrong one to me. Oh well
They said we will get a refund. So far we have not to this day.

The underlay arrived first but then days later the rug arrived. I was impressed with the quality of the products and the quick shipping for coming from the US.
Responsive on whether underlay and rug were supposed to arrive together. I was assured the rug would arrive soon and it did.

I bought a runner in the same style as a large rug I was considering. I didn't end up getting the large one but the runner is great and I found the perfect place for it.

The rug was fine but the original delivery dat was pushed back by a week and a confirmation e-mail for the original order nor a change of delivery date e-mail were ever sent.
Needed to call to find out the status of the order. Never received a confirmation email and was never notified about a one week change in delivery date

I thought I was ordering another washable rug, but this was a regular rug. However, I liked it so much that I am not returning it and just ordered another washable one also.
Was looking for washable rugs online that were one piece instead of 2. When I put that in the search enginie, Rugs USA popped up.

The site was find except for the picture and the color. I order what looked to be a rug with a lot of navy blue in it. What whipped as a rug with a lot of gray and little blue. Very deceiving picture

Shopping was easy but tracking our order was less than easy. We received all of our rugs, but tracking where they were and delivery date was a challenge.

Thought they had a good selection of the large size I needed. Turns out they don’t even have items listed.

The rug is beautiful and I love the colors! I recommend getting the premium rug pad as the rug is on the thinner side, but I like that it also fits in my washing machine!

The rug is great, but the fringe!?### It was white yarn! Who does that? But the good is it was very easy to cut off, and as I said, the rug without the fringe is great.

The white portion of the rug was portrayed white in the picture. When I received the rug it was light yellow instead of white. I returned it and am waiting for my refund

The app kept trying to force me to sign in using my Google credentials. So
I kept having to back out and start over. After two tries, it then switched to Apple credentials! Gah!
Had a reasonable priced product I wanted.
