A little reluctant to buy rug sight unseen but figurd we could return if not pleased. Rug was delivered as scheduled. Very pleased with purchase. Very nice rug at a great price.

I originally ordered a 4x6 and an 8x10 carpet. Several days later, I was notified that the 8x10 carpet was not in stock and it might be 3 to 6 months before we could get a replacement. I had to reach out to your customer service department to cancel the smaller carpet since I would not need it if I did not also have a larger carpet. I might add that the larger carpet was STILL listed as available on your website when all this happened. What a joke. A week later, I found two more carpets that I like (a 4x6 and an 8x10). I ordered them on 9/18 and you shipped them. I received the small carpet but the large carpet was lost in shipping. Your customer service unit cancelled my order for the larger carpet. I complained about cancelling it since once again, it was no longer in stock and I figured that FEDEX might be able to find the carpet. As it turns out, they did find the carpet and I ultimately received it. In the mean time, however, I went to a Walmart Superstore and bought two more carpets to replace the 9/18 order. I ultimately did receive the 9/18 order and do like the carpets, so I am now going to return the Walmart Carpets. I have WASTED well over 12 hours on this project and think that your internal operations are a mess. Camilla is customer service was nice, but that is about it. Under the circumstances, I request that you totally waive the cost of the large carpet. I already paid for the small carpet.

There is a lengthy email string with Camilla who was very nice, but your back office is a mess.

Had the items we chose in stock unlike other sites visited for ruggable rugs. Despite this we were sent the wrong rug. The underlay was right but we received a runner instead of the rug we ordered.

I ordered multiple rugs in black because I wanted to try to bring in more color to coordinate with my black windows. Immediately upon receipt, which was initially fast and seamless, I knew that color was too bold for the space. However, the quality was great. Unfortunately to discover this it will cost me additional shipping cost to return them. I was ok with that - I guess, I didn't see another viable option. The experience fell apart once I placed two new orders in different colors. I ordered four more rugs to try in the space in the hopes that two will be perfect. One rug came right away and looks really great. But then nothing - no more rugs!? I waited patiently for them to arrive for two weeks beyond their estimated arrival. Finally, I called to follow-up only to learn that one color was on backorder (not noted at time of purchase) and the other rug in the same color as the one that I had received only one of was well - simply M. I. A. So as I write this review, I am still awaiting the one rug and have to go back to the site to revisit the other colorway that was on backorder. The morale of the story here; shopping for rugs online without a tryout option is neither time or cost effective. You may get lucky and love your first choice and actually receive it by the date indicated but best to give yourself a big pep talk on patience and budget before you enter the world of online rug shopping. This is the 3rd rug I have ordered from Rugs USA! Great quality and the outdoor rugs are beautiful and easy to clean with dishsoap and the hose.

Rug was super delayed and did not receive any offers from Rugsusa to make it right. Also the quality is very poor, the rug is so thin and honestly not worth the money.

I love my rug (multi color trellis 6x9) but the shipping a was a bit wonky and hard to know when I should be home to make sure it wasn't stolen off my front step. Otherwise it was great!

Sooo cute! The rug being a circle is a great piece and really gives my room a pop! Great quality for a good price! Not super comfy but still nice! Also the print is great!

It was easy to buy and my rugs came quickly. The only bad part is that the tracking on my package was never updated, it wouldn't register when the package would arrive.

I had heard so many good things about this company and I needed a couple of new rugs so I decided to give them a try. I found a style I really loved so I ordered two. One was a runner and the other was an area rug for my living room. I also ordered two rug pads which were the same size of the rugs I ordered. When I placed the order, I was notified the the pad for the runner was on back order and that it might be awhile before it arrived, which I was ok. Shortly after ordering, though, I received notification that both of my rug pads had shipped. They arrived with no problems and shortly thereafter, I received my runner, but no area rug. A month went by with no change so I reached out to the company to inquire if there was any way to see when the rug would be shipped and was told that the rug was on back order, which I was never notified of, and I wouldn't receive it for 3-6 months. A couple of days later, I got another notification that my order had shipped, but what arrived was a third rug pad, which I did not order. I reached out to the company again to ask how to return the third rug pad and to see if my order still reflected that I was supposed to receive my area rug. They told me that the rug was still on back order and they they cancelled the order and refunded my money and that I could keep the third rug pad, but I never told them that I wanted to cancel my order... I'm just so disappointed because I really loved the products I had received so far, but the lack of communication and good customer service I received is such a shame.

Quick and simple and fast. Only needed an outdoor rug, so this was the perfect site. The checkout was quick and easy. The quality of material surprised me and I will definely will buy here again.

Great quality, affordable and so many choices!

The rug is so hard to vacuum. It comes up from the rug pad any time we try. And it has bubbles everywhere because we weren't able to get it flat on the rug pad, which is too big for our rug.

The product definitely was quality and delivery was fast but the coloring was different than what I expected. The company did assist in offering solutions.

Liers, scamers, and incompetent people working in this place. Poor management and awful rugs. The warehouse inside is a trash can dirty filty and a lot of roaches and dust do not buy here please

The rug was supposed to be 6'9" x 9. The rug came but was exactly 6 x 9. It's not a huge difference but it is a pretty skinny rectangle. Would have preferred if the rug came as 7x9.

The rug has transformed the entire room, from a worn wooden floor, to a textured and colorful background to the rest of our furnishings. Easy to order and free shipping.

Ordering easy Peasi but took awhile to get the standard mats came quick but took a long time to actually get the 2 rugs but all in all I'm happy with them.
