The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
The rug came delivered just fine. However the rug is super thin/cheap and will simply not lay flat no matter what we do.

The rug was dirty, stained, and had holes in it. Looked like someone returned it, was never checked and just mailed right back out to a new customer.

The product was exactly what I was hoping for. Delivery took forever and communication with updates wasn't good.
Customer service was helpful when I reached out. I do wish I would have been contacted when a significant delay occurred with my item.
I had ordered a rug previously and was happy with the product and shipping was fast.
I chose the product because it was part of a sale and because it fit what I was looking for.

I bought a rug that was 4 x 6 and it was too small. I was willing to exchange it with RugsUSA for the correct size (And paying for the price difference). First off, when you start a return, RugsUSA WILL NOT OFFER A FULL REFUND. They will take a portion of it for "shipping costs" (In this case, they took ~$24 from an $80 purchase so they keep 30% of your refund) - Once you agree to that, they will send you a shipping label with explicit instructions on how to mail the rug back (Spoiler: There is no easy way to mail a rug back but they want it in similar packaging it came in) and the partial refund will be processed after they receive the rug.
The return process is a pain and did its job of encouraging me to keep the rug rather than going through with the hassle of returning it. It's also effective in convincing me that it'd be easier to resell my rug privately and purchase my next rug (One that's the correct size) with another company. Would not recommend due to a bad post-purchase experience.
Oh and if you buy the rug pads with the rugs, the rug pads won't be delivered as the same time as the rugs because they're sold by a separate distributor - So why even buy them together at checkout?

Enjoyed the selection of rugs to choose from and the option to picture them in your home was a big help on selecting which rug to get!
I had a coupon for them in my mover’s mail, and I just browsed. Then for the aforementioned reasons I couldn’t resist. They were on sale at the time and super affordable. It’s also nice to be able to pay over time with Affirm.
I loved the gold accent touches on this rug which fit flawlessly with the theme in my apartment that I was looking for. Now, having it in hand, it is extremely soft and being in a place with all wood floors, it’s so nice to have some “carpet”, or at least feel like I do :)
