The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
It took forever and a half to get here, but it was also on back order when I placed the order. It's a beautiful rug!
Not sure how I came about on this company but I buy from here because they are cheaper and there's a bunch of options.
I chose this product for my bedroom because we have all cement floors.

The photo on your sit shows a turquoise rug, the one I received was blue. It did not fit my decor and I had to return the rug.
Good after telling me that there was a charge for the return . I explained to them that I should not be charged sine the rug they send was the same as the one the web. They understood .

I purchased a runner and area rug. I love it! They cane in 2 separate deliveries which at first was concerning. But it worked out great. LOVE IT
I called regarding delivery as the tracking experience changed. It all worked out and I received my rug faster than expected!

Steph was WONDERFUL when I called in to ask questions about return policy on defective items and shipping and other general questions. NICE, KIND PATIENT AND VERY VERY HELPFUL AND REASSURING!
The ease to track my order, the prompt delivery of my rug was just awesome. MOST OF ALL Steph in customer service was 100% FANTABULOUS and the way he put me at ease in the event I had any defect in my rug when I received it, made me feel confident enough to place my order!

I had purchased this rug from another web site and received that rug defective. That web site customer service was HORRIBLE and I had been a customer of theirs for a long time. But, the way I was treated on the rug, when they had CLEAR PICTURES of the horrible defect on the rug was just hurtful and very disappointing. I’ll never shop with them again. When I called y’all and asked my questions, I was reassured and the young man, Steph, was super super sweet, empathetic, reassuring, helpful and understanding of my concerns. He answered ALL of my questions and was just super patient and sweet to me! The rug I received from y’all is PERFECT—no defect just beautiful and so soft over my manufactured wood flooring for my hurting feet! I also saved 50.00 from the price I had paid on the other web site. I’ll DEFINITELY always shop for my rugs with y’all in the future!
