The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly

Love the rug it goes perfect in my living room, but it does shed a lot as though I have a pet. I gave it a really good vacuum which helped a bit.

Easy to place order. Decent price for a large washable rug but the actual color of the rug is not as described. Instead of cream it is a pale green

The rug was poorly described leaving me to have to return however you charged me a LARGE fee to do so when it was your poor communication to begin with
I have used you for all my rugs. My last 2 purchases have been horrible with chemical odors or wrong descriptions

8x10 was folded 2x4, not rolled which caused multiple crease after 3 weeks still have crease in rug.

They are not honoring their 30 day refund, not shipping me a return label and are a fraud company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Impossible to get a supervisor or manager on the phone. Buy at your own risk

This rug is fraying already. It does not hold well with the rug pad. Very thin not as described on site. Very disappointed
