The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly

We ordered a rug for the bathroom and wanted something fairly flat with a non-skid back. The rug we got is perfect. And it's beautiful as well!

I needed to change the shipping address and in one instance find out if it was delivered. They were able to assist/ resolve my issue each time I called.

It came folded and after we laid it out, the folds remained. We reverse-rolled it back up, which helped. Still some folds but optimistic.
