The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I ordered rugs for my new place. When I entered my Address, it had a different Shipping and Billing Address. But when the order was placed, it had the Billing Address same as Shipping Address. I sent an email to customer care almost immediately, but that was of no use. Later called the customer care, they were not able to change the Shipping Address nor were they able to cancel my order. Hope they resolve it soon. Please check your address before you place your order as it is not able to cancel or change the address later.
Very happy with this purchase! Rug is just how it looks online, softer then you'd expect from jute and arrived super quickly to Canada!

Unfortunately quality in both the rug and pad are highly lacking. Won't be shopping at Rugs USA again.
The customer service was ok. They tried to be helpful but the company policies aren’t as efficient as companies like Wayfair and Amazon. Their merchandise may be a bit pricier but the peace of mind of excellenct corporate policies makes it worth it to shop with them.
I came across it while shopping for a runner.
I thought it would be a nice runner and the price looked good. But now I know why the price was so low because the quality is as well. Lesson learned.
